There is a huge selection of snacks and drinks and all of them are well-stocked. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the cashier definitely could have been a lot friendlier. The hot food was ready for purchase but the burritos were not very good. There was a freezer with different single serve ice-cream bars which was nice.

I've been here in the restaurant twice today, 03-11-2024. Frankly, I'm a bit disappointed. The service was good for breakfast, they didn't have a few things I wanted, the waitress was apologetic. I knew it wasn't her fault, so I moved on. I ordered my food, a country fried steak with eggs and potatoes. My food came, and I noticed a hair on my steak plate. The waitress came and took my plate, asked if I would like it remade, I did because that's gross. Not long after she brought the plate back, she brought the check. There was no offer if anything other than to remake. Like having hair in ones food is just normal. I paid my ticket and left. Good was great. The simple fact that the hair was just ignored left a bad taste in my mouth.I came back for dinner, had wanted the special, and ordered it, meatloaf and whatever side. However, the waitress came back to my table and told me that the cook had lost count and they were out of the special. Again, not her fault, but extremely disappointing. So, I order the Country fried steak dinner with garlic Parm fries, and a side salad. The steak was huge, I barely ate half, most of my food ended up in the takeout box. The waitress brought my ticket and I paid, but I like to sit for a bit and allow my food to digest before walking back to my truck for the night. Once my check was paid, I became invisible to the waitress. There were maybe 2 other tables at the time, so it's not like she was super busy. Having been a server before, I take customer service pretty serious, and I dislike when servers act like customers don't exist. I may have paid, but I could open a new ticket, get coffee and/or dessert, but you'll never know because you never checked on me again.The service is nice, the food is excellent, but should always continue to check on someone who's still sitting at one of your tables. And then to top it off, they come to tell me that they closed and I'm no longer allowed to sit in there.

The bathroom and store were clean and organized. Lealand was very friendly and helpful with a good attitude. The food items I wanted were not fresh and he requested fresh food to be made for me, to which I was very thankful.The food items in the case should be timed for quality and freshness. Sapp Bros has some of the better deli food, keep it fresh!

The Coffee Kettle Restaurant is great. I had breakfast there 2 times this week. Ordered the same thing, because it was so good the first time. Dennis the cook knocked it outta the park again!!!

I been coming here for years. The staff here are amazing ppl. Loretta and Dan always super cool and friendly to everyone. They have cheap showers. You can wash your cloths at their full service laundry mat that has an ironing board as well. They cash checks. They can repair your truck. They have an amazing waiting area if you want to snack and just relax with expensive lounge wear to sit back on. Their bathroom is top notch that's always clean.

Wonderful gas station. Clean rest rooms. Used the scale for a DITY move and had outstanding service.Apple barrel has good food too. The menu is pretty small in variety but it was awesome and we had great service. (Picture is not how it was served, I combine my breakfast food)

Nov. 1, 2021 Sapp Bros is my go-to coffee on the road in the area I m currently in I love their AWAKE flavor BEST! ..makes me see in the dark PLUS ladies their bathrooms have heated bidet toilets oh yes they do! Clean.

Burrito Bros at this location is Amazing. Chris is the go to guy amazing service very nice always clean just does a fantastic job. Most definitely recommend this to all truckers to go grab a meal

I ate at the diner inside, great food and awesome waitresses... Cleanest showers around! They also have a nice laundry room and TV area/lounge.. This Sapp Bros is awesome!

Went for an oil change for our business truck. Month later when doing our usual truck inspections we noticed we were loosing substantial oil. Could not figure out the issue as too why we were loosing oil. After about 30 minutes looking everywhere around the linings, we found the issue. A mechanic from Sapp Bros creased the Lube Filter that was causing all the oil to spill. Notified the manager about the situation, only solution they could resolve for us was 1/2 off next time we do an oil change with them but replaced our Lube Filter for free. THEN 2 weeks later, our turbo blew out in Washington. The mechanic in Washington told us the issue was that the turbo was starved out from oil that caused additional issues to the truck. 9000.00$ in fixtures!!! If it wasn t for my lack of knowledge over the internals of a diesel truck, I would have sued the living hell out of this business. I will never trust this company again to fix anything regarding our trucks. Ridiculous how they offered to give me 1/2 off an oil change after what they have done, as if I could trust them after what they did. Be very weary of doing your fixtures here.

Apple Barrel was spot on. Cassy had in-depth knowledge of the menu and made a bullseye recommendation. She also had legitimately good customer service without being fake which was pleasantly surprising. I ordered the burnt ends with mashed potatoes and I tell you, friends that would put anything in Kansas City to shame.

Very pleasant experience with truck shop, repaired my air leak fast and price was very reasonable! I wish there would be more shops and more mechanics like that out there for us! Great specials and I paid my entire bill with points that I ve accumulated over time. Managers are knowledgeable in what they are doing, definitely will be back!

What I appreciate most about this location is the service team. I cant speak to the food, the store, or other things they provide; but I give the service department 5 stars. This is the second year in a row where a cross country venture has me stopping at this location for service. One member of the team was especially helpful both visits even though they were a year apart! Thanks Dillon for your help and thanks to Christian and the team who did a professional job as always.

Great place in the morning for coffee. If you like big breakfast this is the place to come to. Today I got a great deal on gloves, 3 pairs for $17.00.

Not the cleanest over priced gas station around. I've been here 3 days waiting for a delivery time and have been watching a minimum wage guy wiping gas pumps off for customers as they approach the pump. Sounds good right? Sapps doing stuff to help stop viruses. However, only that customers pump is wiped. Most of the customers do go into the store and all of them share the same handle. I asked the guy why he doesn't include the door handle in his routine and he said he was told to do gas pumps. He is very good at not doing anything extra. Mostly he just stands against the wall.Meanwhile, in the bathrooms, there are empty soap dispensers and a counter that hasn't been wiped since I've been here. (Pile of gritty soap still there)

Clean, friendly and well stocked. The only thing I don't care for is the Bidet toilet. Trying to use the restroom and read instructions how to shut it off. Then if you use the handicap stall it's not even where it can be conveniently seen. It's on the door that doesn't face the toilet. I think there should atleast be one regular toilet as a option.

Don't want you to drop trailer to have truck worked on. Unless it's their shop. But will give 4 hours. But after that threatened to tow it.But there is a truck torn apart in parking lot. There are 2 spots with enough oil on parking lot that I'm sure EPA would be impressed with.I used to love Sapp Brothers. Was my go to place.Might have to rethink. Makes me sad.

I've been stopping here for a while, the main restaurant was just renovated, they have a Burrito Brothers, and the fuel desk has a little Chester's Chicken all are tasty.

So we didn t get gas only stopped to find food and Lucille s fried chicken was definitely good. I would ve given it five stars but this place is too busy not to have rotating fresh food more often.

I stopped tonight and got 2 pieces of Lucille's chicken, when I got home and saw that chicken I was disgusted. I cannot believe that employee sold me that. Totally disgusting no meat and the little meat that was there was totally discolored. I did not feel safe to eat it. I will never stop at another Sapp brothers for anything.we all work hard for our money to get service like that makes me so mad!!

I love these Sapp Bros truck stops. My dad only used these when we would drive out to the ski mountains. I would walk the lot checking out the big rigs. And my mom liked the mom approved bathrooms .

Columbus NE. But likely other locations as well. Why do they not accept cards at the pump? Have to go in and pay. This is Stupid, Moronic, Anti-customer service inconvenienced during bad weather, not thought out, ticked off. So just paid a few bucks to get me to Hy-Vee down the street and filled it up. You want revenue, then think of customer service.

Professional staff, very friendly and helpful. I would like to call out one lady, her name is Kelley, she is a great asset to Sapp Bro, her kindness and and friendliness is infectious. Associates like her is what brings customers back time over time. Thank you Kelley, you brightened my day! Bathrooms and showers are clean and sanitized. The showers are spacious, they even have soft, large towels instead of the more common small towels that feel like sandpaper at other competitors. I will make this my stop over from now on. Thank you!

I took my semi truck for an oil change last Friday at this location thinking they will do a better job doing the job , for now I don t trust this shop anymore, I paid for an oil change and clutch adjustment job,they didn t I just the clutch I have to remind them to do it then 2 days later my fuel filter was leaking pretty bad it drain Most of my fuel thank God I was not too far away from the shop I took it in they replaced it with a new one ,the Lady at the cash register she didn t even apologize for the bad job they did. This people don t care about customers it seems like nobody s in charge of that place. They didn t even offer to help for the fuel I lost .

Ate at the diner they have in there. My daughter's chicken strips tasted like fish, there was a tablespoon or more of butter on her half cup of corn that never melted and my hamburger had no flavor. I left a tip because the waitresses were very friendly and the tea was good, but for $27 I would have liked a better overall meal than just the french fries. Don't waste your money.

Super nice crew. Took care of filling our kerosene APU for us. Kerosene is next to their scale. One of their staff will come out and unlock it after you check in at the fuel desk.
