Russ's Garage is a local privately owned garage who does excellent service on my families Subaru! Easy to schedule visits! Prices are very reasonable and staff are so friendly. I recommend the garage to everyone I know and anyone else looking for a great price for car repairs and regular services!!

Superb Subaru service, hands down. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to the smallest details, organized, methodical and fairly priced. My '11 WRX runs, sounds and drives like new now. Many thanks to Jim (and Trisha) for a job very well done. I'll never have a dealer work on my car again -- RG only from here on out.

I appreciate the staff at Russ' Garage. We have taken our Subaru here several times for various things, and we feel confident in their work. Easy to talk with over the phone, and they explain things in a way I can understand. It's nice to find a place that takes care, while also being knowledgeable and fair.

I've been taking my Subarus to this shop since 2012. It's great to have a shop that I can confidently rely on and refer to others. They've become like family in these last few years. They have a friendly, experienced, and incredibly knowledgeable staff.

I ve been to many other places in Omaha for my Subaru, but this is far and wide the best! They are honest and knowledgeable about all things/issues with Subarus

Russ' Garage has never disappointed me. I have been going to them for all my Subaru 2008 Outback maintenance for over a year. I've had many oil changes, struts/bearings replaced, and my radiator/hoses replaced, all at Russ' Garage.Their prices are great, and I feel like they really know Subaru's. They are always honest about what maintenance is important/required vs. what is not. Even if there is something that they can't do for your Subaru, they will refer you to someone else that can do as great of a job (such as tire alignment). Russ garage is knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable- everything you could want in a garage. As a female, I always worry about getting a fast one pulled on me since I know nothing about cars. EmJay immediately took that worry away the first time I called. She has incredible customer service! Jim is great at what he does, and takes the time to get to the bottom of the problem. If you drive a Subaru, there is simply no other choice for your auto repair needs. This place is truly A1! So glad we found them.

Needed a part replaced and they got me in quickly and took care of me quickly. Even did some additional items to help with the longevity of my vehicle. I've been taking my Subaru Forrester to Russ's Garage for 5+ years. They are always kind, accommodating, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. The car is from 2004, and they've done an amazing job sourcing parts or diagnosing potential issues. Can't ask for a more honest, reasonable, and reliable crew. I 100% recommend Russ's Garage for all your Subaru needs.

Unfortunately had to have the head gaskets replaced in my 06 Forester due to oil leaks. When they did the estimate, I got the impression they were very thorough and fixed things right. I got an estimate at another garage and when I asked if they use the original style gasket or the tri-metal gaskets, they didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and they missed a few of the things found in Russ's estimate. He came within $50 of his estimate so I was happy with that. Russ's was $100 more but for the peace of mind that he used the best quality parts, and it's fixed right, it was worth every penny. He also fixed a couple of things not included in the estimate. The alternator failed 3 weeks after the repair, but it was old and only a 20 minute job to do it myself. This will be the only garage I use for my Subaru in the future.

Russ' Garage has saved me thousands of dollars just in the two times I've brought my car there. When other mechanics have told me I needed expensive repairs, Russ' Garage has fix my vehicle or given me a trust worthy opinion for a fraction of the price! I wont go anywhere else!

Just simple maintenance needed. Not everyone works on Subarus so it's great to be able to take our Subarus to a shop that only works on them and knows them inside and out. I bought my Subaru a year ago and have gone a couple times for oil changes and once for a misc. fix. I won t take my car anywhere else. They know what they re doing. There s nothing better than having people that you trust work on your car. Emjay at the front is always nice to talk to and really helpful too. If you have a Subaru you should be bringing it here!

I had a great experience and I will be back! I was made very aware of the work that was completed on my Subaru Forester with a very close estimate on cost. EmJay explained the details of what needed to be done and why. This is the first time I didn't feel the need to research anything before during or after the work because I felt that confident in the work and integrity of this shop. Get your Subie worked on here!!

As long as I live in Omaha, I ll drive a Subaru just to be able to bring it to Russ s. They always provide thorough explanations, a handful of options & unparalleled prowess. It s the opposite feeling of when you go to a dealership & feel like you re getting bent over with every problem they can possibly find. Russ s is the best!!

Russ and Team are amazing .They rebuilt my STI motor for full track ( and some street) use last year and it's been great .Everything from listing/addressing concerns and recommendation for upgrade path of common problem areas. They have great communication and mechanical expertise and care deeply about the details! If you want a trouble free Subaru or plan on hanging to it long term they are my only trusted shop.Russ also built a PPG 5 speed gear set for me a few years ago which was a blast and sounded amazing. I never had a problem breaking gears again ! :).

Won t take my car anywhere else. Subarus are unique, and baffle many otherwise good mechanics. This garage is full of Subaru specialists. If you drive Subaru I wouldn t recommend going anywhere else (including the dealership).

I don't have a Subaru but another import kind, 08 BMW 328i, and Russ did an excellent job on it. He lowered it, re-tuned the suspension, did a full brake jobs (rotor, fluids, etc.) and more to come. You can trust your car (Subaru preferably) with him. He'll treat it like his own. No BS! :)

Great people doing great work. Russ, EmJay, and put a lot of time and effort not only into the Subarus they work on, but the cars' owners, too. On more than one occasion they've patiently answered my numerous questions. They're a shop that's really willing to go above and beyond. Omaha's lucky to have them.

Considering how often I've taken advantage of their services I feel rude for not previously leaving a review of the place. Over the last year and a half, Russ's garage has been helping turn my stock 2013 BRZ into a turbocharged, airlifted, bodykit sporting, nfs underglow beauty that's straight out of my 11 year old self's wet dream. No matter how ridiculous my inquires are they always find a way to get it done, and get it done right. If there were a medal of honor for going above and beyond in the industry they should have a couple of them. They know what they're doing, be it a simple oil change to building a show quality tuner.

Went in with my wife s Outback throwing all kindsof codes. The folkshere are friendly and got my wife back on the road fast. And the repairs cost much less than the dealership wanted.

Words cannot express how much I love this place. They are the only people my cars visit for repairs and maintenance. Their experience and attention to detail is unrivaled.
