I came to Red City Auto looking for one car but was too late, not to worry! He helped me find a car that was a better fit at a great price! I was able to get great financing and excellent customer service. Driving off the lot with an extra clean smooth ride I was very happy with my purchase!

Bought a used vehicle with a branded title with low mileage and good condition - my PPI mechanic noted it was well maintained and the price was fair. Friendly and accommodating staff - was not pushy and were upfront about the vehicle. They were confident in the quality of what they sold. Would recommend to anyone in Omaha looking to get a daily driver for a good price.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry with 63,000 miles and with a previously salvaged title. Since I ve been buying previously salvaged cars for twenty plus years, I was extremely comfortable and new what to ask for. I had the pleasure working with the owner, he was extremely honest and offered full knowledge and pictures of the damage before repair. I ve ran my personal businesses for over 38 years and was extremely impressed by IL s professionalism and told him I d recommend his business to my 150 employees. Great experience!

These guys were real easy to work with and laid back. Didn't feel pressured to buy at all, and they were real easy to talk to. The car they advertised was exactly as they described, and I bought it after driving it the second time. The whole buying process (paperwork and all) was real seamless and very quick. They're a small company, but I'd recommend them over a larger dealership for sure. Thanks, guys!

I bought my 2016 Chevy Malibu from here and I was very happy with the quality of service, IL is very honest and very knowledgeable! Very straightforward and honest which you don t get from a lot of dealers. I had no issues with my car and his youngest son (which was also intelligent about cars) helped me get my car! Definitely shop here! You won t regret it !!!

I had an amazing experience, the guys who work here are super nice, informative, and helpful. They gave me a great deal for my trade in (even better than expected) and got me my dream car- a hatchback Subaru Impreza for an incredible price. They helped me get a really good financing deal and changed the oil and washed the car for me before I left. I would absolutely recommend red city auto to anybody looking for a used car with zero flaws. Don t waste your time going somewhere else, I seriously went to every car lot in Omaha and Bellevue and this one is by far the best.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from IL. We weren't sure what to expect from a dealership specializing in salvaged vehicles, but this turned out to be an incredible experience! IL made the process really easy. He explained everything we needed to know in our decision making and never pressured us. We ended up with a great car at a fantastic price. The next time we need to buy a new car, Red City will definitely be at the top of our list!

Stopped by to test drive a car. Employee was washing a vehicle at the time and immediately stopped to see if he could help me. I spent some time there test driving a vehicle and discussing its history as well as the possibility of purchasing the vehicle. I looked up the facts on the vehicle afterwords and they had been completely open and HONEST with me. These fellas are genuinely good people. It s not like a typical car lot. You ll know what I m talking about. I can TRUST these guys and I will eventually purchase from their lot. For me buying a car is not only about finding the vehicle I want, it s also about who I want to do business with. I have trust in these gentleman. I can promise you that you ll feel the same way.

This was our first time buying a previously salvaged titled car and IL made it super easy. He s got a great reputation with a credit union so it was easy to finance and get everything done. He was very honest and upfront about any questions I had and you can tell he cares about making everyone happy and satisfied and enjoys what he does. Will definitely be recommending him!

I got my car from here last week after my cousin got his from here weeks before. 2020 Ford Ecosport with 28,000 miles. They have great prices and the own we Il is fantastic to do business with. Very accommodating and easy to work with! If your looking for a nice used car at great prices SHOP HERE!

Purchased my second vehicle from Red City Auto today love it! 2015 Buick Encore, previous purchased a vehicle from RCA was a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee had it for 5 years very reliable no major issues just recently wrecked it hence reason why I ended up car shopping again. Process was very easy and management is great! They made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend RCA for a reasonable priced reliable vehicle! Bought my 2011 Lexus LS460 from IL. He has a great personality, easy going, and very honest. Financing process was easy even through a holidayAll of their oil changes are done with either Liqui-Moly, or Motul. They genuinely care about their work, and their customers. Can't praise him enough!Thank you IL!

Purchased a 2017 camper today and my husband and I could not be more pleased. We were treated with such great respect and trust throughout the whole transaction. Paperwork was a breeze and professional. I'd highly recommend doing business here. We even experienced some hurdles getting the camper lights to work for travel, at no fault of the dealership, and they went above and beyond to help us solve the minor issue! I looked all over the country, literally. I even used a car buying service to get a $300 kickback through one of my financial institutions. Nothing was worth the dollars spent. I am very picky with my automobiles just like upgrades to my home. Needless to say, IL and his team at Red City Auto took great care of me. My buddy purchases his cars and SUV'S from Red City Auto.We were in the market for a mini-van or 3rd row SUV type vehicle. We own a travel agency and we do travel at least 8 times a year. That being said, we don't fly all time so we needed a bigger vehicle for traveling purposes.We test drove a Mercedes R350 and loved it. We already own a ML350 so we know what to expect and of course how much things cost when dealing in the Benz world. Everything was in alignment and I was able to get the VIN ran through Mercedes to get some history. We got a GREAT DEAL according Mercedes of Omaha. Hands down was my best experience at a car dealership. IL and YAN were very awesome to work with. Not only did they sell me a car, but they recommended a better credit union to help me get a better interest rate, and a more affordable monthly payment on my loan. Also, they through in a complementary oil change for no charge. Would recommend anyone to go there!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. IL, the owner, down to all who work there are great! No matter what kind of car you're looking for, more likely than not, Red City Auto will have something you will want. He has luxury to sporty cars, to trucks and campers. Great prices with low mileage. He literally passes on his prices to you. I bought a Kia Soul, 32,000 miles, one owner car for a very good price. You can buy your car with cash or Red City Auto will finance you. This isn't a "buy here, pay here" place like you find outside of a dealership, he's a good guy that wants to help you find what you need in the price range you have. I suggest that when you get your taxes back and you're looking for a nice affordable car that you can depend on, go see IL at Red City Auto. My sister purchased her second car after getting into an accident and she swears by them. Now I do too. Thank you IL and all of the Red City Auto family. Keep being great and people will tell their friends about you and RedCityAuto. I also want to tell you all , thank you for giving me dealership quality without the hassle of the "salesmen " vibe. Thank you for a great experience!I needed a car on pretty short notice, and I've had less than stellar experiences as a woman looking at vehicles in the past, so I can't say I was looking forward to the experience.However, I was excited to find a manual 2014 Chevy Cruze at Red City Auto. I was so pleased with the service and respect from Il, and the car was exactly as expected. It's a salvage title from hail, but it will do the trick. Il made the purchase a breeze and even delivered the vehicle when I was having trouble getting out there to get it! He really seems to stand by his vehicles and I wouldn't hesitate to go to him in the future.Thank you for making this purchase such a pleasure!

My name is Moses, yesterday I bought a 2009 Toyota Camy With Salvaged Title. Honestly at first I was very hesitant because I know how dishonest people can be, but the owner was very understanding and kind and helpful. He even had the car dropped off at Toyo Techs just so I can know if the car was good. It had a few minor things and he was quick to get it fixed and even sent photos and videos of the process. He even went with me to the dmv to help me with the title because im not from here. He provided alot of guidance and I respect that and appreciate that, he was also very open with information about the vehicle. I can honestly say i would rate higher if it was an option. Thanks alot for the help and understanding.

I recently bought a 2008 Honda Ridgeline from this group, very nice and upfront. No beating around the bush and they know about what they're selling. I looked at 2 others that day from other places that were priced higher but in worse condition. I'd recommend them anytime!

I bought a 2018 Nissan sentra from here around May 26th, 2023 it's a salvaged title because of hail (I call it my dimple car, that's besides the point lol). I do have a problem with the wiper fluid not spraying however, IL the owner of the establishment who is a very honest and straightforward guy who said he would be able to find the problem and fix it for me on June 1st however they were currently working on two cars at the time and I told them I had an appointment at 5pm which was around 45min around that time, long story short they looked at it and we all thought it was better if I come back a day later since I had someplace to be update to follow.Update 6/14/23Went in for the follow up appointment to fix my fluid sprayer problem was there for max 1 hour after them tweaking with the wiper fluid issue and sent me on my way 100% fixed, I normally don't post reviews on companies or organizations but I fully believe IL is just a genuine guy who has his customers best interests at heart (only said that last bit of info becuase the initial post and the update were a week or so apart)
