I ve been going to R&G Service Center since I had my first car at 16. These guys are legit. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and very honest with their customers.I have no problem waiting a couple extra days to have my vehicle serviced here because they always deliver on their promises. They ve also been able to hook me up with loaner cars too if I am having an extensive or out of the ordinary service/repair done to my vehicles.Highly recommend.

Took in my car for routine servicing and to locate an odd "rumbling" noise.They found it and fixed it.The mechanics have always done immaculate work on my car, and the front-of-the-shop people are nice and quite friendly.Everything they do is explained to me and even their prices seem reasonable.If you DON'T use R&G, you're probably making a mistake.

I highly recommend R&G Service Center. Rob was extremely professional and kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle when a 2x4 disabled my wife's transmission on I-80. We all have seen, been or heard horror stories about, getting taken to the cleaners by mechanics, that will NOT happen here.BUT. a quick (kinda,.. not) story first....I moved from Cali to Omaha in 1991 and was driving bosses car, 73 Nova, couldn't go over 55 or so b4 shimmy shaking started and it would overheat if I remember right...I stopped at one place and got a alignment and balancing... still happened...stopped in another state and got a full radiator flush and fill......still happened...So finally, having to get to my new home and work some 1200 miles away, I stopped in Salina, Utah. There was one service station, it was open and there was one person working ( I assume the owner)...I explained my issues and my urgency to get to Nebraska, and I asked him to give me a full tune-up, plugs, wires, filters, oil, etc , and he told me to wait and let him look at it.I said I REALLY need to get there and just want EVERYTHING done! I was starting to get anxious.He looked at it for a minute and then said I just needed new points.Now I started to get frustrated and compelled him to please just give me the full tune-up.He damn near yelled at me and said "I'm not going to do senseless things that you don't need", (he was an older gentleman) , ...and again I argued that I don't care, I will pay, I have to get there and don't want to have to stop again!NOW the REAL mechanic came out and the REAL human being as he almost lost his mind telling me to basically shut up and calm down and trust him, to let him change the points and if that wasn't the problem, he would do the tune-up and not charge me.Well, I had no choice, I was in the desert and there wasn't another stop on the highway for over 160 miles....Long story short, it WAS the points!,He sent me on my way with a small charge for the labor and probably a 5-15% markup on the points from what they paid, truly amazing and I proceeded to drive all the way with no issues.In fact, it ran soooo good, (I was young) I tested out this new power, I went 120MPH a few times smooth as silk. No shaking, no overheating, no $broke.OK, NOW THE POINT OF THIS STORY!!!! That mechanic in Salina was the most honest mechanic I had personally ever encountered and was what I believed all people should be like!!So, ...years later with a different car, probably around 2005 or so, I was sent to R&G by a friend who said they do good work and priced reasonably...WOW, was I amazed when the guys at R&G told me everything that was wrong with it BUT let me know how much time I had, like "The brake pads are good but you may want them looked at again in 3-7 months,... so and so was leaking a very small amount so we did such and such (no charge) and that should keep that from leaking, but maybe have it checked if you start to see any fluids from this area of the vehicle on the driveway"and they did only what I asked and there were no "oops, well, while we were replacing so and so, the such and such was so rusted it broke so we had to replace that too"When I think of R&G, I am reminded of that old man in Salina (minus the yelling) .Honesty, Integrity, Decency!I have taken every vehicle to them since and recommended them any time I hear anyone talking about car problems and having to find a mechanic.Final Review, VERY Highly recommended <3Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I went for the coolant leak issue with my Cruze, and they provided me the honest and correct issue diagnosis. I had to go back to fix the issue as the required part was not in the inventory. But they got me scheduled for the next visit and fixed the issue without any new surprises.I would definitely recommend them over any other places.

It's been a while since I've had any work done here but it was done well and they were honest with me. Been working with Tom recently to get a repair done in a few weeks. Every shop is slammed right now and the dealerships are scheduled weeks out but he has done a great job communicating with me on getting this done.

I found this location by using the former R&G location near Aksarben (now retired and closed). The crew there have been knowledgeable, professional and - just as important - honest.The people here have worked on my father's, wife's, daughters' and my own cars. They tell you what needs to be done, must be done, what can wait or what doesn't need to be done. Another mechanic recommended my daughter have a costly shock replacement on her car. When taken to R&G they checked it over and this issue was not needed.I probably waited way too long to post this review out of my own selfish interest as I know where I can take my vehicle when it needs work. I didn't want to have a bunch of others filling up all their spots and making me wait.

Highly recommend! High quality work and great customer service.Came in late on a Friday after a breakdown on the highway and they went the extra mile staying late to get us back on the road. The mechanic came up front and explained everything and luckily they had the parts we needed. I also saw and heard a lot of good interactions with other customers while we waited. Very friendly and seemed welcoming. The reason I gave a 3 star review is because the repairs they seemed to suggest for my car were way over priced. They were asking $700 for a repair that other (3 others) mechanics were saying between $300-$400 dollars, with labor and everything, and they were suggesting parts that were not needed in my repair. All other mechanics only wanted to replace the problem part. I do appreciate the time they spent to look at my car, and to walk me through what was going on.

Good experience! I'm one who wants to understand how things work and why it doesn't now. I talked to a couple different folks on the phone, and when I dropped off and picked up my car. Both helped me understand what was going on with my car. Price was in line with what others charge to diagnois and resolve a problem. I know- I called two other places. I think they were having fun!

Great place! Friendly, knowledgeable people. Crystal clean environment. Reasonably priced. I had a general diagnosis of bad alternator and battery from someone else. We are from out of town and our vehicle broke down and was towed on Labor Day to R&G Service. We received a prompt call the following morning from Rob with an estimate for repair. Unfortunately, due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, we opted not to repair it. We feel Rob went above and beyond, offering to remove the plates, check the vehicle for any items that had been left behind, etc. and send them back to us, saving us over a six hour drive.The estimate to diagnose the issue was very reasonable.

We use R&G Services to take care of our fleet of cars They do a wonderful job, always ready and willing to get the job done fast and on time. Also, I have used them to take care of my personal vehicle. They go out of their way to do what they can to accommodate. I would recommend to anyone looking to service their fleet or personal vehicle.

I was getting hosed by another repair place in town so I took to R and G on a suggestion from a coworker. They found some scary mistakes Baxter made and repaired them. These guys literally saved me thousands of dollars and made sure I was driving away with a safe vehicle. I personally will bring my vehicle to them alone and I would 100% suggest them to anyone. Good people over there.

My car had some body work to be done at another shop and they had issues with the turn signal wiring shorting out. R&G took a look at for 1 hour of shop time (on my dollar) did not find the short. They called me back 1.5 hours later and found the short (on their time). They charged the time and repair back to the insurance company.I was so impressed with them I decided to have them take a look at my other vehicle. Jensen Tire had quoted me $1450 to have the top half of my engine replaced. R&G qutoed me $450 dollars less than Jensen. I had them do the work and have been impressed with their repair and customer service. Small town garage in the big city. I have been recommending them to friends and family since then.

I work for a locally owned company here in Omaha, and we take all of our vehicles here for service. The staff is very, very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Our most recent visit was for a van that has some obscure issues, ultimately needing to get sent back to Ford. I had to go there today to unload tools that were inside of it for one of our technicians, and Matt "Chuck" Norris was extremely polite and helpful. He helped me beyond what I would have expected him to, and he was beyond polite the entire time. Thank you, Matt, and R&G for always doing a good job, in a timely manner. The staff was so nice here. I will always go back here for any car troubles I have. They communicated with me about everything wrong with my car as soon as things came up. They showed me pictures of what was wrong and helped me understand the problems with my car in a very polite and clear manner. I will highly recommend this place to anyone having car problems.

Chad and his team are amazing when it comes to customer service! My dad had a stroke which left him paralyzed on his dominate side. We found an old 1992 Chevy Astro Van with a wheelchair lift on Craig's List in Sioux Falls. It drove home fine but when we stopped, it stopped and wouldn't start again. We had AAA tow it to the closest shop, which luckily for us, was R & G Service Center. Chad helped diagnose and repair the vehicle and has been caring for it ever since. They are fair and honest and truly care about not just the car but the owner, too! I highly recommend them for all of your maintenance and repair needs.

We have used R & G Service for several repairs and maintenance issues. They always exceed our expectations. They go above and beyond on customer service. They are able to quickly diagnose and repair issues. They even worked well with my warranty company. I have gone to dealership services in the past and have been disappointed. This company is fair and treat their customers well.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles. They thoroughly explain everything and will answer all of your questions. The pricing is fair and they guarantee their work, even though I've never had to take anything back.They are honest and have a high rate of integrity. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled my truck for knock sensor replacement and to check out creaks/squeaks in the suspension. Dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning, hadn't heard from them by 2:30 in the afternoon so I called to check on it. I was told that they were really behind and were just taking a look at it and would call me in an hour, but they definitely wouldn't have time to get it fixed today. He called me back after an hour, told me 3 things that were wrong, 2 of which I already knew about (that's why I brought it in) and that he would need to keep it through the next day to do the repairs. Very disappointed in the service, spent $120 for diagnosis of items that I already knew were wrong, it wasn't there for diagnosis, it was there for repair. I felt like this shouldn't have been charged since it was supposed to be fixed that day and now I still have to take it in to be repaired, causing me the inconvenience of another day without a vehicle and trying to work around my work schedule. This was my first time trying R & G Service Center, needless to say I will be going somewhere else where they will honor my time and the appointment and get it in and fix it when they say they will.
