Had a great experience here. They followed through w everything they agreed to. Helped resolve any kinks. Duane sold me a great car. Was honest and gave me a great deal. Scott did an awesome.job getting us financed and dealing w our trade in. I have bought cars from Duane for 10 years and they have always been good quality and no problems. Also sold me an extended warranty. Definitely recommend buying your next used car from Duane and Scott. They go above and beyond to help u get the car u want.

I took my dad car shopping this past weekend and Quest Auto made us feel like they genuinely cared about getting him into a car that fit his needs. They were our fourth stop that day and the only ones who sat down with us. They did what they could to make him feel comfortable and my dad left in a beautiful, reliable ride... his first time buying a car in 20 years! We were ecstatic, he Needed this win!! Thank you thank you, Scott and Duane! You don't know what your help means to us both, especially to my dad. I'll remember you when I'm ready to upgrade!

I really recommend Quest Auto Sales. The two people i worked with, Duane and Scott were very friendly and made me feel valued. I told them what i was looking for , my financial situation, and focused on a vehicle that would work for me. i got a great car that I am very happy with. When it was all done , they welcomed me into the family , and honestly that is the way i felt, like family! Ty for the superb service, you have a customer for life.

We were very happy about our experience and purchase yesterday at Quest Auto. Everyone was most friendly and helpful. Tom was our salesman assisted by Bill the manager. Also met Mike the owner and Terry in Finance. All four were very knowledgeable and informative. The facility was nice and had a wide selection of quality pre-owned vehicles priced competitively. Thanks Tom for guiding us through the entire process. Well worth the road trip to Omaha. Love the new car !Terry & Ginny Kruger

Mike was great to work with my husband and I. I contacted the dealership through CarGurus and Mike promptly responded. He answered all of my questions. I had to travel over 400 miles to make the purchase. So I wanted it to be a sure thing, not just a maybe. He assured me of the quality of the car and put me at ease to travel for this purchase. I believe if the car were not up to satisfaction he would have told me. And not waste either of our time. Mike and his boss, Eddy, both came in on a Sunday to make it possible. This was the only day that worked for me. They were both very pleasant, personable and professional. I felt at ease making this purchase. Thank you so much Mike and Eddy. I love my new brite red 2007 Mustang GT!

Bought a 2017 Ford Transit from them. Their mechanic told me everything was great on it. Didn t even last 3 months before it needed over $15,000 in repairs for the transmission and other things that their mechanic just told me was in great shape. The warranty they sold me covers none of the repairs. They won t return my calls. Check out better business bureau for my info and the repair bill.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They were able to get us into the vehicle we wanted and worked with us when nobody else would. I am in love with the van I got. The warranty they offer is outstanding. Thank you so much to Scott and Alan I appreciate everything you guys did.

Went here to get a car for my Papa, and had a very good experience with this place. We had an excellent experience with Matt as our car salesmen. He wasn't over pushy at all, very nice and laid back and fun to work with. So ask for Matt if you go here. Scott was our finance manager and he was awesome to work with as well. The facility is very nice and clean and just has a home body vibe to it. So overall me and my Papa were very impressed with the experience here and walked out happy customers.

Bought a 2015 jeep it threw service codes literally on the drive home told quest about it immediately and they said sold as is. Its very clear they erased the codes and set the vehicle on the lot for some suckee to buy. SCANDALOUS. Spend ur money at a reputable auto place. NOT at QUEST.

Being a satisfied repeat customer, I purchased a third vehicle (consecutively) from Quest Auto Sales Omaha (over the course of 12 years). The owner, sales staff, and finance manager are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, attentive, and down to earth. Financing approval was a breeze. I prefer supporting local whenever possible, and take pride in giving my business to a reputable merchant for such a significant purchase. The process was a smooth one and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Quest Auto if in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Went there to sell my car in good condition but high miles. Straight shooters that met my asking price. Far easier to deal with that those large auto groups who would like to work with you but their hands are tied by the manager.

Mike is great to work with and knows how to keep a customer. This is my third vehicle I purchased from Quest. Both times easy and at a good price. This time I had a door that needed attention. It was almost 30 days after the sale, I wasn't sure how they would handle it. I was happy to see they said yes they would fix and they did perfectly. So happy with Quest Auto Sales.

BEWARE: This dealership cannot be trusted and will do everything they can to sell you vehicles with major issues. They sold a commuter van with extensive rust issues and knowing covered it with thick paint to hide rust and needed transmission repairs. Don t trust the dealership or sales people without doing a thorough inspection on the vehicle yourself.

Tom and Scott are the best!! They really care about their customers and not just trying to sell you a vehicle fast. They get to know about you and also tell you some about them. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like a person not just another sale. I will definitely tell people about my experience and refer people to them. Keep up the great work!

Quest Auto is honestly, honest. Their vehicles are fully inspected. Scott is easy to work with, we got a great interest rate, and a vehicle service contract that covered exactly what we wanted.

I have never been to a car lot where I ve experienced such amazing customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and sat with Alex who I had an appt with. Alex was very persistent about getting me in to see him because he was so sure he could get me into a vehicle. I was hesitant due to my credit and past history. But I went in and within a few hours Alex had me in a vehicle that I m absolutely in love with. Great price, low miles and only 2 years old. Alex and his managers, Josh and Ed got me an amazing deal with a low monthly payment. I would give them and this company more stars if I were able to. I d highly recommend this place to anyone who asks. They will work with anything you ve got. Stop in and see them for your next vehicle purchase. thanks again guys!

Recently purchased a 2014 BMW from Quest and was absolutely impressed and satisfied with the helpful service provided by the staff. I immediately felt welcome walking into the dealership and they all managed to make choosing the right vehicle an easy process for me. I'm very picky when it comes to the mileage, make, and year of a vehicle, but the owner, Mike, was very patient and honest with me. I specifically explained to him everything I wanted in a car and he showed me everything that fit my needs, regardless of the price. It was such a nice and memorable experience and I will most definitely be returning.

This is hands down, the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had! From the first phone call to my new (to me) Jaguar being delivered to my front door, it was a PERFECT experience. The car is pristine, everyone was unbelievably professional and personable, and I will definitely be a return customer- even from another state.
