A family owned business that takes great care of their customers, with oil changes that in my humble opinion make the "Nascar ones look like they are in slow motion". ;-) Top quality service, and the repairs are fair priced with their mechanics are very good. I have not purchased a vehicle here as of yet, but there are many to choose from if you are looking for a good vehicle, that is fair priced and that their mechanics have checked it out very thoroughly.

These guys did a fantastic job with fixing the A/C in my 2015 Subaru Impreza today. They found the exact problem that was causing no cold air to come through the vents (which was improperly used foam sealant applied by a prior owner), and proceeded to replace the HVAC System and the evaporator core. They did the job in two days, and now I can finally enjoy fresh cold air again to deal against the brutal hot summers we have here. The cost came out to be $2,726.07. Suzan is nice, honest, and does a great job at in informing me what kind of parts will need to be taken care of, and fixes me a fair and reasonable pric for the job. The rest of the staff are pretty great too. I highly recommend them!

Wife and I have been going here for seven years, we love this place. Never have to wonder if we re getting taken care of or if the mechanics know what they re doing. And it s a family owned local business, it shows in how they treat you!

I have been coming to this place for years for oil changes. They use to claim cheapest Oil change in Nebraska . Price went up a lot. I had a disappointing experience with Prime Auto Their cars are severely overpriced, and they were absolutely unwilling to negotiate or offer reasonable prices. It felt like they might be trying to compensate for bad investments by shifting the burden onto potential customers. Buyer beware! I for one will no longer be bringing my business here.

Fast, friendly no pressure service. They kept it simple, didn't try and hassle me about other services. Did the oil change, shared their recommendations and I was out of there in less then a half hour. I recommend this garage and will return here.

They ve help me keep my son s older car on the road.They did a quick fix today for no charge. They are honest and upfrontabout repairs. Fast and reasonable oil changes and maintenance.I really appreciate them and will return.

Came in for a walk in oil change and was greeted by a very nice lady behind the desk. All I said was I needed an oil change and they got right to it. Only took them 10-15 minutes to get in and out. Drove 400 miles the next day and had no problems. Very cheap price if you re looking for a bargain. Definitely recommended!

I have bought two cars from this company and I have been getting my oil changed there for years and it's always been the same price. Today I call to see if there is a wait and say I need an oil change, the girl at the front desk tells me to come up. I drive from council bluffs. When I get there she says , oh by the way the oil change price went up. And I said I only have $28 on me because I didn't know it changed and I wish you would have told me on the phone so I didn't come all the way out here. She then says they can't do the oil change because I don't have enough money but they will be more than happy to check my oil and top it off me and I said yes thinking it was a courtesy for not telling me the price changed and I drove that far as a returning customer. While I'm waiting I make an appointment to get my oil changed somewhere else on Friday that's a little cheaper and When she hand's me the keys she tells Me I Now owe $9 for 3 quarts of oil that went in my car , She never told me I was getting charged for That either. The manager comes over and knows who I am and sees I'm frustrated. She doesn't seem to really care to much. I don't understand why they wouldn't just give me the oil change for the old price just this one time since no one told me on the phone and I drove far . Does it really even make any sense that I would pay to put oil in that will be dumped out the next day ? The oil change went from 21.95 to like $38.99 and I get that oil has gone up but there was shown no customer service to me today at all. I'm getting $13,000 back from taxes and was thinking of coming back to this car dealership but now I will not be returning customer anymore.

I have done my oil change at Prime twice now and I have been treated very nicely both times for my Toyota rav4. They informed me about oil change prices and honestly it is still cheaper than other places for full synthetic. The lady doing my oil change came out and showed me that my oil cap was worn out and asked if i wanted a replacement instead of taking that upon herself. I am very satisfied with the service. My car hasn t had a problem.

I was in town for work and needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube refused to service my car due to a cracked bumper. As I was driving away, I saw that Prime Auto Sales And Service had 19.99 oil changes and swung in to see if I needed an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was super fast. I will definitely be back! I strongly recommend them!

In March 2022 I went to Prime Auto Sales and Service in Ralston/Omaha. After weeks of searching for a decent used vehicle, I was excited to find one. I took it for a test drive and it seemed to be in working condition. Within days of pulling off the lot, things changed. Clicking and popping sounds. Steering wheel shaking. Taking forever to turn over and start. Within 6 weeks of purchasing my vehicle, I was stranded on the side of the road. Once we got it to the mechanic, it was only bad news. My engine needed to be REPLACED. Phrases like I have never seen such a disgusting engine and did anyone ever change the oil and I can t believe someone let you buy this and more came from their mouths. I was scammed and tricked. Some lady too trusting went to a dealership and spoke with a friendly face and was beyond let down. The mechanic told me that this was from neglect over a period of time. They told me that there was no way that the people that sold me this car could not have known what was going on. I called Prime Auto hoping that they would have some common decency and was turned away and told that it was not their problem. I purchased the vehicle from them but it was on me now. They didn t care at all. I was also informed that for the six months prior to me purchasing the vehicle, the owner s driver was using it as her personal car. Supposedly, she never had any issues (which I find very hard to believe) but she obviously continued to neglect the vehicle and not follow proper routine maintenance. The mechanic that helped me out informed me that by slightly overfilling the oil in the vehicle it can cover up most of the problems I soon came to experience. They knew what they were doing and cheated their way through to get a sale. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I need to spread the word so that no one else will be scammed by them. DO NOT GO TO PRIME AUTO IN RALSTON. -signed, a very dissatisfied customer.

I've been here twice now for an oil change. Both times they were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes with no appointment. They are very friendly and affordable. They were upfront about the oil change price would be higher than advertised because of the extra quart of oil my vehicle requires. So no surprises when the bill came. Still under $30. Can't beat that price and service.

I've been to Prime Auto with our vehicles 10+ times over 5+ years (see Google Reviews by Andrew Burgin-Anton - can't edit) and couldn't be happier. This place is legitimately fair, honest, and skilled. They don't upsell or try to fix stuff that isn't broken. They tell me exactly what needs to be repaired, and what could last a few more months, or another year, etc. In 10+ visits, they've finished everything on time, and at or under the estimate provided.

I have used Prime Auto several times over the last 10 years. When my fuel pump went out on the interstate, I had the car towed to Prime. They had it fixed in a timely manner and were very reasonable in price. The owners are good people and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I was getting my oil changed here for a while and loved it but my last oil change led to my car almost breaking down. causing trouble to my engine. I noticed they changed the oil a little to fast but didn t pay no mind to it and it led to paying a higher bill later gotta watch where you get your service from or at least from who.

I had an oil change performed on my car today. They finished the work promptly and they did not try "up-sell" on fancy oil or radiator flush or any of the other things the other places do. The guy who did the work was quite friendly and professional. Scott is an actual certified mechanic and not an apprentice oil changer. The owner's were quite friendly as well and it was pleasure meeting two people who seem to have a sincere interest in providing top notch service. After this pleasant experience I will most definitely be returning when my car needs service. 5 Stars. if my review was helpful please smash that thumbs-up button.

We take our cars here for oil changes, we have had other work done as well, today my daughter who just turned 16 and got her first car had a weird noise coming from her exhaust so she took it here (without me) which I was kinda scared of because most places would try to up sell especially to a vulnerable 16 year old, they looked at the problem told her it would cost $30 and she was so happy. And I m glad they were honest

This place has amazing customer service. I always change my oil here. It s only $20 for an oil change. No appointment is needed and you can just show up whenever. Usually done pretty fast. I ll probably be going here for as long as I live in the Nebraska area.

Great oil changes , no appt. Advantage is they have mechanics looking over your car and will let you know if something needs attention! That's important.

Disappointed. Brought our cars here for a long time but now $100 for an oil change! That is double the price what it was 2 years ago for the same vehicle. Found somewhere else for $35 less.

1/2 - Oil change completed in < 15 minutes! The staff were all attentive and waiting for me, not the other way around. Fantastic first experience.2/2 - tire patch - quick and easy3/3 - perceived alternator issue - discovered and fixed corroded fuse concern. Presented extensive notes regarding electrical concern concerning the battery sensor. They inspected and fixed the concerns in only a few hours.

My wife and I love Prime auto. They have been our mechanics for 10 years, and are very upfront with what needs to be fixed right away, and what can wait. They also have great used cars. I have purchase 4 used vehicles from Prime Auto for myself, wife and kids. They are good reliable vehicles and priced fairly. I recommend Prime Auto to my friends and family, and to anyone who wants honesty and fairness in their mechanic, or a reliable used vehicle to buy.Thank you Prime Auto :)

Stopped here today for an oil change. Great customer service at front counter and my car was done in about 10 mins. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Thanks again. I'll be bringing my wife's van over soon as well.

I went to Prime auto today for the first time and it was Awesome!!! Jeremy was great and got me in even though they were busy!! I was needing my car fixed as it died and in dire straights and they got it fixed and back in a short time and the price was better than I expected! Thank you and I will go here any and everytime and will reccommend everyone to go here

My car got an oil change at prime auto 4 months ago where the shop over tightened the oil pan bolt and stripped the aluminum pan. Flash forward to now I recently took my car to a different shop where they found the mistake covered up by prime auto and it cost me $450 dollars. I went back to prime auto just to ask for them to cover the repair bill since they were the last shop to change my oil and caused the damage. After talking to the owner Suzan we were yelled at and told to leave. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and want to warn people to not go to this shop. This is not the way to handle business. After returning to talk again today, the other owner told me to leave as well without even listening to the proof that I had of their mistakes. Don t trust these people with your vehicles.

Bought a car from them. They made the decision and process easy. They didn't push me to get the car I was looking at. No pressure from them to buy. It's a relief to find. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again. The staff was so friendly. I know my car is in good hands if I need any work done on it. Had to bring it in for a cel and they fixed the issue right away. The process was painless. Nothing wrong with the car, my mistake for not putting a gas cap on right. Rookie mistake. I'm glad that I got the car there.

Best place for my regular oil changes by far. My a/c went out in my Lexus GL450. I had been informed it would be about $4000.00 to repair since a new compressor was needed. No way could I justify that on a 2004 vehicle. I took my car to Prime Auto. They replaced compressor and repaired a/c AND changed the oil for $1000. Highly recommended!!

Horrible.. had to go here for a last minute oil change due to no one else having time the staff was rude, the lady in the back was okay but everyone else was rude, replaced a piece and charged us without asking.. so a $29 oil changed turned into $45 absolutely ridiculous.. WILL NEVER GO BACK. If I could give 0 stars I would.
