I went to put money down on a car last month with $500.a Lady told me $700,so this month I bring $700,the Guy tells me $800 and won't take my $700.. I Guess worker's and owners don't communicate. Still looking.. thanks Larry Lopez sr.

I have had 2 vehicles through mike and both of I have had any issues they have had a mechanic check it out! I highly recommend this car place I tell all my friends and family about them.

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from them and had problems with them and the car immediately. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful and the car hadn t been cleaned out whatsoever. Wasn t a problem for me until it needed maintenance within a month of driving it. And now, they repoed my car without contacting about payment. All after I paid them 3 months in advance. Instead of calling me they stole it back at 12 AM like thieves and when I speak with them about it the next day they state that they don t have to call me about anything. Even desperate buyers should beware of their illegitimate business practices.

Don't buy a car from here they'll rip you out your money, then when it's time to look for a reliable vehicle no communication. These cars are only needed for those who are desperate, I was one of them. Mike was rude, he told me I put down 1160.00 on a jeep only writing me a check for 1060.00 a manager of mines I work with appointed me to this place. I saw a car of my liking it wasn't for sale but from the outside not looking in I thought I was of good quality. $160 every two weeks for a car payment it's not paying for a car that'll probably need 2,000 in repairments. I purchased a jeep got the contract with no title. I finally get the title, it's written as exempt. Instead of putting the actual mileage on the title. Gas cap, engine light, gas smell blowing from my vent. I probably drove this car to the lot at least 8 times. If somebody claim they'll help you, I would think they'd do it the right way.

I purchased a vehicle a month ago. 2006 Nissan murano. After being told by friends this is a decent car lot if ur desperate and need to get in something quickly, I went and yes they got me in something quickly but the first red flag I ignored like those toxic relationships u pray u stayed out of was them charging me 7 grand for a car worth less than 2 grand. It had new tires and a recent oil change, didn't notice any leaks and at 160 000 it seemed to be ok. Don't know how they hid all the MAJOR issues but they did and after this terrible purchase only a week in these major issues slowly came to light!! Now I had the option for them to make repairs but they would add it to my total cost amd I'm sorry it's far from worth it. 10 put of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND they took advantage of me being g a single mother desperate for a car!!! Sad day

We have purchased 5 cars total from Preferred. These guys are great. They will put you in a car with very little questions asked. Just make your payments. They WILL repo your car if not ... but you can catch up and get it back. Not that many car dealers work with you as easily as they do and a lot of us out here have bad credit. We have paid off 3 and traded in 2 for other vehicles. Usually a nice selection. Great guys.

I bought my used Lexus from them had no problems the whole time I had. Went back an took some one else they also received a nice car with no problems.. Look over what u gonna buy up keeps get expensive.. If needed I'll go back again...

Sold a car that I can't unlock with the key they gave me, and wasted hours of my day for nothing in the heat. Failed to return a call they said they would. So now I cant lock my car let's pray it doesn't end up missing. Just bad business, period. Been a customer less than 48hours and I regret it already.

Mike and James are the absolute best. I have bought many cars over the last ten or so years. If there is a problem....its fixed. My newest is a Caddy. I feel like we have become friends over the years. Mike has really been great to me. The first time i bought a car there it was because i had no credit. No i buy there because i choose too.

My experience has been very impressive. Preferred Autos Fellas that work the office are very professional with great personalities open-minded to help in every level. Preferred Auto has a wide selection of vehicles that are all very nice. I would truly recommend Preferred Auto on your next Auto purchase.

These people are horrible!!! I came here and payed down on a car and gave them automatic payment info. They repossessed my car without any notification that my there was a problem with my account information. Had they contacted me to let me know something was wrong I would've made arrangements to fix the issues, I have 3 kids was in a domestic violence situation in shelter and they took my car off the domestic violence parking lot, which caused me to lose my job because I don't know anyone here in Omaha as I only moved here to marry. I had cash and went up there and offered pay what he said I was behind even though I was unaware they had any issues because no one called I thought I was making payments on time because I had given them permission to go into my account and take thier payments. But he said no I was only behind about 200 which I had in had but he said I needed to pay close to 600 to get my car back. I only had the car 32 days and just payed 500 down payment. I feel like I got robbed! This is how they do hard working single mothers trying to get back on thier feet after their family was destroyed by domestic violence. Do not put money in these peoples hands they will come back and repo for no reason to get you of more money and then if you want to been they will charge you round another down payment to get it.

Some people that lived in our apartments had a Volvo through here. They have literally been going back to the dealership monthly and getting new intransit's they have been driving on those for almost a year. Still haven't plated it yet.

Love This Place..I am Getting Ready To Purchase My Third Vehicle From Them..They Are Not Like Wolfsons or any other car lot that wants a huge down payment and then it doesn't go towards the price of the vehicle. Any money that you put down actually comes off the price of the vehicle. And They Give You Awesome Monthly Payments or Bi-Weekly Payments. Also If Your Vehicle Breaks Down...They Will Fix The Problem Or Help You Get Another One.

When something seems to good to be true...OT IS! Exactly what it was with preferred auto March 19, my husband decided to go to preferred auto to buy a car he got a 03 Pontiac that worked great when he test drove it but 2 days later it breaks down we call preferred and speak with mike he has a tow guy come get it a couple of weeks go by we call to check on the status just to be told they haven t even began working on it and to call back in a couple more days so we did and he told us it was fine and to come pick it up ....we did and it broke down a week later mike towed it to the shop called the next day and told us it worked we got it back and a week later it left me stranded in the parking lot of Walmart he then tows it back for the 3rd time weeks go by we call for the status and he says they don t have a key for it and couldn t work on it when I put the key under the seat like every other time they towed at this point I just want my down payment of 600 dollars back he said let them see if they can fix it well they couldn t so they gave us a new car with the same down payment not a week later the power steering began to give along with the brakes and it kept saying needs a oil change even tho that s the first thing we did then it began over heating then finally today it cuts out in a middle of an intersection preferred auto has cost us so much money including the original 600 we have paid for new batteries antifreeze after antifreeze diagnostic after diagnostic 1500 later we stuck without a car or reliable transportation just to discover preferred auto is NOT a car dealership it s a lemon dealership lesson def learned

This is my 3rd car buying from here & not once have they ever failed always great running cars. The people always willing to help you out. I've made a mistake once & went somewhere else defiantly a big mistake.

This place awesome bit nice explorer it took a dump they fixed it then it took a poo again and they took it back write the loan off ! Where do they do this only here ! Then I could get half down on next! bot honda accord it's great ! These ppl here nice as can be go here trust me two rides later reliable ppl and auto oooooosssssss

Worst Customer Service Ever. And their mechanics they send you to for repairs......they are the worst, I DO NOT Recommend any one buying a car from them unless you plan on paying for it yourself because they not gonna get anything done right for ya

They basically sell Junk cars that look nice but run like sh!t, burning oil and if it doesnt blow up shortly after u leave the lot with it, it will! DONDE ENTRAS MANEJANDO Y SALES POBRE, LLORANDO y CAMINANDO!! they will sell to anybody for the right amount of money.

Sold me a car and it started messing up within 2 weeks (transmission hose busted) I sent it in the told me they would repair it and when I got the car back a week later my moter mount had fallen they took my car 3 days at a time to fix those problems that are still not fixed they are worse then city motors at this point

Fun atmosphere and definitely patient. They tried doing everything possible to work within my budget and got me in and out within 30 minutes or so.

This dealership is good quality and good people. But not organized they take to long to get the stuff required for a complete transfer of the vehicle.
