Nail in tire- I took tire in late Friday and within 90 minutes they called back that I could pick tire up. I went in early Saturday morning and they put tire on and put my spare tire back under rear of vehicle where it belongs. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great customer service!Definitely recommend Pomp s.

Top notch service, every time. One time on the way to work I realized my splash guard lost a screw and was dangling, these guys took care of it without an appt and didn t charge me. Never going anywhere else but Pomp s!

I was greeted with a friendly hello ! John was very polite and quickly assessed my tire problem and followed up with the diagnosis and recommended treatment and assured me the tire would be fixed the same day. It was! He thanked me cheerfully for my business and helped me out with my tire!

For me, time is very important, when I set up my service which was to change a tire, I have to wait for almost 2 hour and 45 minutes, they did not let me know, and when I asked about almos 1 hour in, the answer was I don t know. My experience at your business location was not great.

I was transporting a travel trailer from Denver to Indiana when I had a tire blow out in Nebraska After reading reviews of the other dealers I decided to go with Pomps. They were kind, courteous and saved the day within an hour I was out the door and back on the road. Highly recommend them.

I have been working with pumps for 20 years nothing but great experience. Mike Knott is great and easy to work with. Would use them anytime for heavy or lite weight tires.

Salesman Shawn K was great to work and the shop guys were very professional. I would recommend Pomp s to anyone. From your car to trucks, RV s to your big rig. They will get you rolling again.

Jon saved our day. We were traveling from Kansas to Council Bluffs, IA. We got a flat tire on the interstate. We were able to make it to his shop where he had his team get right on it. We were able to make it to our destination with time to spare before the concert started! Thank You Jon and your team.

Took my travel trailer in for new tires. They had a set in stock which was a win. They are a hard working group and they do good work. The wait was longer than expected but I realize their priority is with their primary business, commercial trucks and other heavy equipment. The price was right and compared to most RV dealerships in the Omaha area who told me it would take weeks to get a new set of tires put on, Pomp s is the best choice for same day service that I have found so far!

Needed 4 RV tires. They obtained the Continental tires I specified. Mounted and balanced in timely fashion. Expert office from front desk, through Jerry the tech. I am going back next week for tires for our Jeep. Great group!

Picked up a drop & hook trailer nearby that had a low tire, I found a nail in it. Came over here to get it repaired. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Awesome job! Thank you. Highly recommend this shop!

Needed a riding mower tire repaired. No appointment. Walked in and Dropped it off. They had it fixed in a couple hours. Great service and fair price. I ll use them again.

Came in to get new brakes installed. Jon was very pleasant and had the staff get started right away. I was out of there in the time period I expected. It may be a bit out of the way, but this is the place that I trust for tires and brakes on my car!

Got a leak in my tire. Called Pomp s and they were able to fix my tire while I played golf nearby. Very courteous; very professional.

I came over and drop my trailer off and explain to the gentleman at the front desk that I had a nail in my tire he said great and he would take care of it. I didn t got a phone call and he said my tire was finished and then I noticed a little bit later that they did not do a repair on my tire but yet they charge me $41. I took it back they said that that nail wasn t there to begin with I told him they were high and it was there. I told him that s the reason I brought it in they did not take my tire off the wheel to inspect it. Will not ever come back for service

The shop got me in right away. One of the repair guys got right on my truck. The tire was repaired quickly. Matt who checked me in and Michael that repaired the tire were both very positive people. I appreciate the service I received at the west Omaha shop. Thank you!

I was visiting my parents from out of town and wanted a quick oil change. Pomp s answered the phone right away, was friendly, & they made the oil change happen same day! Recommend for sure.

As always, GREAT service. Called because woke up to a low tire, called, they got me in that day and my tire was fixed and back to me by afternoon. Counter guy is a hoot, very personable, I think his name was Joe/John? I recommend these guys to anyone who will listen!!

We dropped off our dump truck to have a few things looked at and get a new set of tires on the vehicle. I asked them to keep me updated with the truck and what was going on with the vehicle and never once received a call in over 3 weeks of them having the truck even though i called and spoke with someone multiple times and they took down my info to call me back. They never called me about questions they had about the work they were doing to the truck, they just left the truck sit until i called. The truck needed a DOT inspection, which they ended up doing, but when the truck got back to my shop it has an air leak in the drivers airbag in the back. They were supposed to check the engine light and a transmission sensor, which they never checked and never told me until I was pulling the truck out of their shop. They did end up putting new tires on the truck and doing an alignment on it as well as a brake service. For having the truck for 3 weeks, there was absolutely zero communication between the shop and me, or between either side of the shop. When i did finally end up hearing back from them that the truck was done, i was told they would have everything ready and when i walked in to pick up the truck, no one knew what truck i was talking about, what service was done. There was also no ticket even though I was told they would have it ready. We waiting for 35 minutes in the office before they were even able to get the ticket ready. Probably worst experience i have ever had with any service department as far as any kind of communication or work being completed that was asked about. Will be using another place of service 100% and would not recommend to anyone.

These guys do good work, but when I took a truck tire in solo, it took them three days to get it as the tire got shoved way in the back of shop and forgotten about.
