If you don t like to read a lot, here s the short story: To me, this place appears to be your stereotypical shady used car dealer. Go somewhere else if you can afford to. If you can t, save your money until you can.Flew in from out of state to look at a white 1998 f250 XL. I was led to believe over several calls the truck was in excellent mechanical condition. In person, they again assured me their mechanics just reviewed the truck and found no issues. First thing I checked on the engine indicated that truck had water or coolant in the oil. This typically means there s a big issue within the engine. This is also, normally, one of the first few things a decent mechanic will check for.I genuinely can t tell if they weren t aware of the issue, or just decided not to tell me.Whether it was incompetence or malice, they still appeared to have full intentions of sending me down the road on a 10 hour drive with a truck that had obvious evidence of significant mechanical issues, while telling me it was in great condition. Do with that what you will.Now I m out a day s work, two one-way plane tickets, and a night in a hotel, with no truck to show for it. My hope is one of you reads this and learns from my mistakes.

I wouldn't give this place not even a star. Con artist trained to take advantage of good people. Truck ran good on the controlled test drive around the block . ( Had an engine issue that only happened when the truck was fully up to temperature and they made sure that didn't happen )Didn't make it home from the lot was promised they would make it right but they quickly turn the other way steal your deposit. Crooks, liars, thieves all by design. Save yourself the headache. Stay away .

So many complaints. Do your due diligence..get the car inspected prior to purchase. I did..if they disallow it. Don't purchase! THe cars are AS-IS! They make that abundantly clear.

My daughter and her boyfriend worked hard to get money to buy a car from Paul gerber. The test drive was not to leave the lot. Needing a car to get to work they bought the car. 100 miles later the transmission stared acting up, now they either get that fixed or start over.

Great people to deal with. I had a very tight budget for a car. They found me several choices on their lot. Their values were more than fair for my budget. I do believe that I ended up with a great deal and bought a car. They were all very helpful and the paper work was fast and easy. I will definitely go to them again first for my next used car. And will recommend them to others. Thanks Guys

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! i just got a car last week and I m already having problems with my transmission and my starter is going out and i have a 1 year old & it s hot outside but they won t help me with anything I took it up to them and they told me that I m responsible for everything on top of them wanting me to make payments every two weeks they don t care and will sell you anything just so they can steal your money

Very bad service they took the truck from me and not happy they stole some branded glasses and a pump to put air in the cars they are some thieves told me the man there go the glasses if they went but only a couple of thieves glasses for nothing they burn

Bought a Ford Taurus from Chad here. Sent a message at 2 am thinking I would here back in the morning. Buy heard back almost immediately set up a time and appointment. Little while later bought it paid for it and drove off. Very painless and our daughter was thrilled. Thanks Chad

I would give this place one start because I have to in order to put my review.This place has the worst cars ever, beside that they don t try to fix even safety issues if they will pay more money. They cheat customers in services, they cheat customers who are trying to buy. I have never seen a place like that in my life.What I m posting is the complete honesty, they are cheap in regards of fixing cars that will be sold to make their profit the double. This place will be good if they started to be honest with their customers and fix safety issues like brakes.

Salesman was great. Paul even took the time to walk through the process with us. Go to plate car on the Friday before the intransits expired the next day...and we re told the car needed to be inspected. After communicating with the office lady we were told someone should have called us to let us know. No one ever called. Not one voicemail.Wait for Tim to call to set up an appointment to meet us for inspection. No call until the following Monday. I asked how he advise we proceed, driving with expired in transit tags. He claimed it was our problem as he had tried to call. He had not. He was rude when we expressed discontent for the situation we were put in.We agreed on Wednesday at 10am. His lack of customer service and frankly what I believe is a misogynistic attitude were less than professional.Called office and asked to speak with Paul... no return call.Arrive at 9:50am at dmv for inspection where we were directed by dmv staff to park and wait for the person with title to show up. At 10:07am Tim approaches our car and said we needed to pull in to the garage. Then huffs that he has been waiting. He was clearly angry. I curtly let him know we had been there since 9:50. He turned back to the car and stared me down like he would like to hit someone. Again... ruder than anyone should want for a person to represent their business.Once inspection was over he let us know we could plate the car the next day. Great. Four days without legal use of the car. Never mind the bind that pits a family in especially in this time.Never again. I have not been spoken to by a man like that in a long time. One star is too kind. Heated.

I bought vehicle there couple years ago no problems but just recently went to see about another vehicle wasn't very pleased. I had lil money to work with and a trade in and wanted to finance being a single mom need something reliable. Tried to sell me a vehicle way overpriced that was 195k miles! Burning oils and misfiring. I'm a female but not a dumb one. Got better deal else where, if your looking for vehicle there are way better places that will work with you! Save your time.

Absolutely do not go here. I went in and put down 1250 for a 2002 Jeep liberty drove off the lot and heater wasn't working. Went back and didn't get it back for 3 days. 2 months later they had to replace the whole engine and proceeded to charge me HALF of the cost. After I reluctantly agreed 7 months later the transmission blew. When I told them I was done they didn't even apologize or try to make amends. Seems like this is normal routine to them.

Great place to do business with! Got me into a car for a reasonable price. Then when the vehicle was totaled a month later (Sneaky deer) they got me into another vehicle for a reasonable price. I look forward to buying another car from them in the near future!

Jimmy is the best car sales man ever. He sat down and explained things and answered my questions and never made me feel stupid. He also told me if he would buy the car and when I had a problem with anything, the millage on the car being way to high or the simple problems like breaks not doing to hot on the test drive, he always bent over backwards to assist me in finding a new car I can afford to get me out there and leave feeling better.

Was saddened that had to sale it but it's where I got excellent conditioned vehicle @ great price, deal was few years back when got hit with really bad hail storm. Prices reduced and paul Gerber's had hosted Huge sale on Any and all vehicles on lot had Hail damage. GREAT PLACE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, FRIENDLY attitude and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Came in with 800 down looking for a truck. What I was offered? Two pickup trucks, Dirty, Rusted out and torn seating. 2nd truck half of the dashboard was ripped off. Trucks looked like they belong in a junkyard and they had the nerve to offer me this? Do not entertain this dealership.

I wouldn't leave any stars if I could. This place wants all of your money! I was approved for a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville with over 180,000 miles on it and the asking price was $6495. After all the fees, it came to over $7000! I looked up other Bonnevilles with the same year and mileage and they were asking $2000-$3000 less. I asked them if they could lower the price and they said no. After I brought it home, I found out that the cruise control didn't work. The screen that shows the time and the stations on the radio didn't work. The cd player didn't work. The windshield wiper fluid button didn't work. And the alignment was off big time. Once I got up to around 50mph, the front right side shook really bad. They don't care if they sell you a piece of crap or not. All they want is your money! STAY AWAY!! Crooks!

Absolutely a rip off. I bought a truck and less than 1 min the engine light turns on. Be ready for a lawsuit buddy. This will be used as fraud in the court and false advertisement. $100,000,000 here I come

One star for customer service. Zero stars for the condition of the cars. The vehicle I bought appeared to be in good shape. However- it started giving problems the very next day. It had so many mechanical issues that has cost me thousands of dollars.

Bought a truck only because the sales person told us a specific price while sitting in the truck after test driving it negotiated on price a little. When time to sign papers for the loan (1 1/2 hrs later to get papers) the sales price increased $2700.
