Very attentive and responded to our needs for tires right away. Quoted a good price that showed selections of tires to choose from.Customers have access to a nice table of drinks and snacks. Has wifi enabled in the waiting room. Approximately 6 seats for people to wait in. Music playing in background.Will come back here if we need more tires.They have the capacity to tow as well.

Never had this level of service at any other tire repair shop in Omaha. Friendly and fast service. Affordable and offers great amenities!

A friend had a tire blowout so we called and they got our tire replaced for us in no time at all. Super quick and great people working there from the receptionist to the tech that took care of changing the tire and the owner. Definitely would recommend!

Absolute terrible phone service, rudely answering phone trying to rush the caller demanding tone. If this is how the run their business it is no wonder it is only 4 stars and getting lower DO NOT GO HERE absolute disregard for human decency. There are much better places with much better customer service and customer service is key in the type of world we live in today. With the type of culture we live in you are here on day as a business and canceled the next.

I came in this afternoon for used tires but I honestly need new tires. Sadly, I have limited funds. The receptionist is awesome for going out of her way by setting up a payment arrangement with me as long as I make $150 down payment today. It's hard to find good people and a business that is willing to extend some trust. That is amazing! That is so amazing and I am thankful.

Fast and friendly service. I went in today thinking I might drop a few hundred on just two tires. I was informed that I could get a full set for less then the price I thought I would be spending on just two. These were brand new tires as well. They had me pull up in back and I was out of there before I knew. I remember that the last time I went to Walmart Automotive there was nearly a hour long wait to get my car in the bay, and I still have to wait 45 minutes for one tire. Needless to say, if you want great service, if you don't want to wait all day, and you want to save some money. Come visit this place, plus I overheard that they have a guy that will come to you. So if you're stuck at home with a flat, you should ask them about that. One last thing, I would like to thank you. I work for the Postal Service and this is one less thing I have to worry about for the upcoming holidays season. Thank you.

Took care of my son's vehicle fast and efficient with 2 new tires meant for the vehicle! We will be returning to get the other 2 before snow flys.Friendly employees great waiting area gaged to customer needs

Had a slow leak in my tire. They repaired it and got me back on the road in 15 minutes. And it didn't cost a fortune!

This place is absolutely amazing! All men here are gentleman and go beyond to help you! They explained everything to me and y my tire looked like that and what I could do to fix the issue. They will always have my business. Will recommend to anyone who needs tire services.

I purchased 4 used DRY ROTTED tires from this place for $170. They told me they were highway ready and safe to drive. I asked for my previous tires back and a refund and the man said I don t have ur money and get ur car out of my shop. In the most disrespectful way . I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. TOMMY TIRES IS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY SAVE UR SELF THE TROUBLE!

Asked for a simple job take some wheels off and put other ones on and change some lug nuts so I can do it myself next time and they charged me 100$ and only did 2 wheels and couldn't get the other 2 on 100% ripped me off would not recommend going here
