I had my first experience with Omaha Casing this week, but I can assure you, it will not be my last. The customer service both Troy and his wife Laura showed me were top notch. They were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help get my car back on the road asap and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them for all of your tire needs.

Hands down the best tire shop in town. I feel like I have the worst luck when it comes to my tires. The past 2 times I ve been here they have been so helpful and friendly. I will continue to go out of my way to come here when I need anything tire related. Every employee has been so helpful, kind, and personable. I will gladly recommend them to anyone! They are a step above everyone else in town, and both times I ve been there I had my dogs with me. They welcomed them into their waiting area and gave them all the pets and attention just like they were one of their own dogs. Truly a great place!

Outstanding experience at Omaha Casing. Day of blizzard they got my snowblower tires reset. In and out with a seemingly jam packed garage. Fast. Courteous and professional. I ll be taking all my vehicles here just because of this.P.s we slipped you a twenty under the calculator!

They really are good people!! I stopped by without an appointment because a used car I bought had some TPMS issues. I was out of there in 10 minutes all FIXED UP and 100%.Amazing attention to detail and value, putting the customer first A+

Omaha Casing is hands-down the best tire shop in Omaha!! I just traded in my factory 33" General Grabber AT tires and upgraded to a set of BFG 35/12.50R18 T/A KO2s for my new 2022 Ford F-150 Tremor. Roger Clary worked very hard to find me several options and make sure I found a tire that fit with the odd factory rim size and 2.5" level kit. It wasn't easy but I couldn't be happier with the results!! If you want great tires go to Omaha Casing and if you want great service, make sure to ask for Roger!!!

I got a tire repaired. The staff was friendly and they got me in and out fairly quickly. I will definitely recommend this small tire shop over the big chain stores. Great service!

Over priced. Asked to put a set of tires on my minivan. Cost a $193. Thought it was high so I called around. Go to Walmart auto. they would have done the same thing for $132.68. Called back to Omaha casing to see if they would match that price. They would not. I will be taking my business else where. To bad.

Stopped by real quick with my boss the day before and he told her that my 2 front tires may need replaced..so I went by later and my patch in the driver's side was bulged..so she ordered me 2 tires..and I got them put on yesterday. Now the boss drives like a dream. They are crazy, buso you want to stop in rather than call. If possible and make an appointment. My gall was great. I will have to call and get her name and update this. It is located in millard. you Turn next in when you see the duck inn bar on 132nd. I missed that turn all the time. If I don't look for the duck Inn and piccolo bar.

I bought some tires and Wheels off Facebook Market Place from Troy Childress and he was great to work with, fair and honest. I would recommend Omaha Casing and Troy to anybody. Great experience.

This is my second time using Omaha Casing and they are the best tire shop that I ve done business with! Couldn t be happier with their services. It is great to do business with a company when the owner is in store working right along side of their employees! Outstanding company!

Their integrity and great work is what keeps us going back to them! We had a tire emergency over the weekend and was told by a different shop that our tire needed replaced. We waited until OC was open on Monday to buy a new tire, brought the tire in to have replaced, they then told us they could repair it - which they did within a couple hours. Theres a reason everyone I know in various car businesses recommends Omaha Casing, they are Trustworthy!

They guys at Omaha Casing are awesome. When the pothole from hell bent the wife's overly priced factory wheel, they were able to send it off to be straighten & a good used tire installed for less than 1/4 of the price of a new wheel at the Stealership. Oh & they were all done in less than 3 hrs. Wish I knew about them before ordering a used wheel & new tire but they helped me out there too, mounting & balancing the tire in minutes and not charging me any extra. They truly care about their customers and are speedy fast.

Troy at Omaha Casing was able to get four new tires on my vehicle quick, and for far better pricing than the dealership. Less than 24 hour turn around with very little back-and-forth discussion. Highly recommend!

Save your time and just go here first. If they can't get your tires no one in town can. They were able to get me in right away. They are also very friendly and reasonably priced. I won't spoil the surprise, but the waiting room is worth checking out as well. However, I didn't have to wait very long. But if you do there is plenty to look at!

Can't express how awesome Omaha casing is. First, it's hard to beat their prices. They have new and lightly used tires that don't break the bank. Second, they're always the friendliest people you could ask to work with. Third, they're fast and efficient. Honorable mention, they suggest few things to help but they're never out to up charge you for things you do not need. Will always recommend!

I had been dealing with Jensen Tire on a wheel and tire issue for over two weeks and kept getting the run around so I started googling places and found Omaha Casing. This place was great and Roger was excellent to deal with! I called them at 4 in the afternoon and they had new rims and tires on my vehicle and ready to go the next day at 9am! Great place, very friendly and I can honestly say this will be the only place I take my vehicles from here on out!

Always fast and friendly customer service. Prices are reasonable and fair. They won't sell you anything you don't need. Put tires on my car at a fair price.Edit: Went in last week for a tire repair. They pulled my car in straight away and got it fixed. They are my go-to for tires and tire repairs for not only my vehicles but for my family's vehicles. I am happy to support a local business, especially when they are efficient and fairly priced.

I love this place, took a little time to get my car done. I dropped my key off and went up the way to have a couple cocktails. When I came back I looked at the price for having 2 tires put on, I felt like I saved at least 300 dollars! Amazing service and laid back management love it folks! I will be recommending this to family friends and co workers! Standing Ovation! Thanks
