Amazing service. I wasn't able to get the order I needed online so I went inside the store and staff was absolutely awesome. I was able to get my windshield wiper blades replaced and the staff helped me out with no problem. I wish I knew the younger gentleman's name he was so kind and helpful thank you all so much.

So I was in yesterday for an issue with my 2018 chevy Silverado...I wanted to get it scanned...A young man by the name of Matt acknowledged me right away told me it would be a minute let me help some customers first "completely understandable " not only was he competent but this guy should be a manager or higher...the way he was composed and focused and still able to multitask really sets him apart....please O'Reilly reward him

I've never bought a battery at O'Reilly Auto Parts before but I was pleasantly surprised with the staff at this location near 50th and L. I don't know if it is standard procedure but they even helped me install the new battery, which was awesome! Thank you Kalib for taking great care of my Acura.

O'Reilly is a GREAT place to find whatever U need for any sort of vehicle. The one I went too ( 50th & L st in Omaha, Ne)...the Customer Service guy was very helpful. I would go back to that store.

No one can make paint at this location and the 24th st location, went to both locations two different days because I was told that they could make the next day. I tried calling multiple times and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes each time I called

Customer service is great. But their parts are junk. I absolutely hate giving a poor review. But I have never bought parts from these guys and not had to return them because the part was defective in some manner. The quality just isn't there. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Auto Zone is the only place I go to anymore.

Needed help getting my old license plates off. A very nice man did it for me and only charged me for a pack of new screws $3.00. This simple act restored my faith in humanity. I will definitely shop there and highly recommend!

O Reillys is getting a five star rating today because of a young man by the name of Xavier. I called in regards to renting a coolant pressure tester for finding a coolant leak. He answered the phone and asked if I could hold which I agree to. Was it on hold very long and he also got back to me to ask how he could help. He told me that they had one in stock and he would hold it for me $27.99, is their current rate to rent it. When you return it you get the full amount refunded to you. I don t know about you. However that s INCREDIBLE customer service all day every day!!! O Reillys is lucky to have you Xavier!

I came in asking about my battery. The male service tech was very disrespectful. He told me my battery was a piece of "junk". What he didn't know was my battery had been stolen and replaced. Nor had he given me the time to explain. I then went to the 24th St. O'Reilly and was treated 100x better. I don't recommend this location.

Ordered online. Picked up and they gave me cheaper product than ordered. They then brought me a completely different type of product than I ordered. Eventually they found what I ordered but acted like they were "giving" me a better product. Also of 5 employees only one had a mask on and multiple customers were coming in without masks, despite having 8 "mask required" signs on the front door.

When I Googled it, "We have this part in stock". So , I went there. Oops! They have it, just not at that store. My fault for not digging a little deeper. So, I went to the store that had it, went to the breakdown location, put the new ignition module on and drove away.

I gotta tell you, there's an older distinguished looking bearded hispanic man working here who just has a great and helpful attitude. He's quick and to the point but very friendly. Wish there was more of him around, especially in the auto parts business.

My go to for parts and supplies, whether it's for the Harley or for the cage, they've usually either got what I need or can acquire it within a day. Darick is my go to guy for assistance. Very friendly and remembers his customers and their vehicles. 10/10 would recommend this location!

They looked a part up for me, and the man behind the counter said he would match the competition if I showed him the comps. ad, so I did and sure enough, he matched it!

terrible service. called and got put on hold for 30 mins before getting disconnected. called back to be put on hold again. they answer the phone and ask if you can hold. without even listing for a response they put you on hold for another 30 mins. my shop will never do business with this company again

My first visit was great a friendly Latino guy helped me did great. Second time was the worst I stood in line while the guy behind the counter was rude to everyone. Third time the same guy argued with me about him being rude. Not a good thing for someone that works in customer service. I will never go back. I feel sorry for the young Latino guy the fact he has to put up with coworkers like that while he does a great job.

My daughter and I went there looking for a socket set and some oil, never have I been in a place where the employees are so rude and disrespectful!! I could feel tension in the air so thick I could cut it with a knife! I live around the corner from there and never will me or my daughter go to any Orileys let alone this one!

Heather and this one gentlman ( I'm sorry I forgot his name) were so very kind, and helpful to me. They gave excellent customer service. They helped me and I appreciate what they did for me. They are outstanding employees. Thank you both again.

I went to autozone and nothing...I was looking for a part for my car which is difficult since it is an old car but sure O'Reilly got it, called ahead and super nice and very professional gal Heather gave me the answer and info I needed...once there a person named Angelo helped me not Only getting the part But also explaining to me the options of how to install the new part...If I was the manager/owner of that specific store then I should call myself the luckiest person because with that team of professionals, attentive & very knowledgeable team is that a business prevails and gets a great reputation...hats off to everyone at this O'Reilly...Thank You soooo Much!!!

Wouldn t waste my time. Employees just standing around talking while people are waiting.Doesn t offer any of the things they advertise such as code checking, battery tests, alternator test.

Went in for a replacement part and also to see if they could do a check engine light check for me. Place was empty but guy working the counter said he didn't have time so he had me do it myself! Now even though I did it myself and really didn't mind, it was as though he was too lazy to help and that's what I didn't care for. Probably won't go back to this location.

Went in because my check engine light was on. Tony ran a scan and told me I needed a new thermometer so my car wouldn t over heat. Unfortunately my car requires a special type that cost more than normal. Tony went to the back and grabbed both my part, and the generally used part, took them out of the box and explained detail by detail why my car used that specific part and the differences between the two. Exceptional service! Very thorough and honest. Women that don t know a lick about cars appreciate people like Tony. Thank you for your service.

Went in to get a headlight bulb and I had to disturb the two kids behind the counter from watching a YouTube video to get checked out. Pretty Rude also.

I tried to return a product which I opened and was not able to use since my phone is wider than the product was made for, I also picked two other products from the shelves hoping one of the two will work, the price of the two added were more than the one I was retuning with the original receipt.SO this Moron kid behind the counter asks why am I retuning the product?I explain why.He then asks why am I not returning it at the original store?I say this one is closer to me now.He says " I have to ask incase there is something fishy going on."So I tell him that makes no sense what so ever, I have the original receipt and I have products worth twice what the refund is so I have to shell out money.So he asks why I'm getting upset?Stupid snot nosed kid asking a 38 year old well dressed man a moronic question but he wants me not to be upset!!!!!!! What kind of training do these guys get??? Obviously not the common sense kind!!!!

I usually compare prices for parts and for a new radiator O'Reilly had the best price.The staff at this location were friendly and eager to help.They even gave me a Veteran discount which saved me quite a bit.

Very helpful. And never an issue if something needs to be returned or exchanged. Staff goes out of their way and there is bilingual staff available.
