Highly recommend this O Reilly auto parts store. Andrew went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my car battery. Really helped me out, especially when it was severely cold outside. Exceptional service!

Came in last night I had a lifetime warranty on my breaks and dude gone tell me it s not valid if the old breaks don t have pad on them and still took my old breaks and made me pay for new breaks like what was the point of a lifetime warranty if I still have to pay for new breaks whole time I called another location this morning to see if that was accurate and they said no he should of just switched them out for new ones y all need to hire people that actually do they job correctly

My husband bought few gallons of oil to change in our 3 vehicles today, so we just came to store to disposal the old oil but the guy there only accept to take 3 containers and he wasn t friendly he is acting like he pays out of his check the oil truck, not coming back rather go to Autozone farther but friendly staff.

If you go here make sure you talk to one of the younger kids that works during the day or a manager. Anyone else will refuse to do anything. Very stereotypical North Omaha service that makes us all look bad. I placed an order for parts and no one from the front desk would go to the back to get it. Someone from the back heard me use the old "do I need to bring my husband" trick, then he grabbed the parts I ordered and brought them up front.

While SOME of the employees are super helpful and seem to know what they are talking about, others act like you are bothering them in the place they work, it gets old fast. Expect to be on hold for 10-15 minutes if you call (if not more) I've even called from an empty parking lot and been placed on hold, just because they were "too busy" to deal with the phone, i.e: on their phones, this is why I try to wait until the ones that are super helpful are working before I get my parts otherwise it's like I'm bothering the rest. I've spent a ton of money in this location and I have yet to not get the correct part if the ones that "don't want to deal with people" have to order it. Otherwise it would be a better review.

This place is a mess!! The floors are super dirty, the employees look a mess! Most the shelves are empty! I went in because I was having trouble with my car battery, I don't know nothing about cars i assumed their employees would be a bit knowledgeable about their products but when i asked them if they could help me find out if my battery had to be completely changes the guy said he didn't know. Didn't even try to help me or answer my question. South omaha store is way better.

It has gotten a little better. Haven't tried to order on phone for pickup again. Last time manager told me my stuff was pulled and sitting behind counter. I should up and it wasn't. Worst part they sold the items I was there for.

During my last visit to Oreillys on N 30th the two employees abruptly closed the store in the middle of the afternoon because they were "understaffed". They did agree to return my battery they were testing. The store smelled like weed when they opened the door.

I would give it ZEROstars if possible. Pulled up at 6:45 today, 9 months pregnant, just got off of work. As I get to the door a big lady ran to it and locked it while yelling WE CLOSE AT 7. It was 15 minutes til 7 I said back and she walked away.What kind of service is that! Disgracefull!

I went in on Sunday night about 7.15. Asked employe to cheap my he refused.Turns out it was the . I got one later at another store.He really did not want to work.Safe I have always gotten good help hear before.

I would recommend you make the drive top the 52nd and Ames location or go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto. This location was unable to find an oil filter that was in the store, order a part, have the correct part delivered, or make it right with the customer. Their employees were rude. I literally will drive the extra 25 blocks in the future to a location that is worthwhile.

Every time I've come here I'm ignored or the employees do what ever they can to get you to go somewhere else I've had a few vehicles with c.e.I come on.and every time I go there there computer is broken ...unfortunately its the only place close to my house so having to go else where o a bit convient. I just hope who ever is running this location reads his reviews this place down right sucks no service. Ride employees. I would rather drive up to saddle creek and give them my money.

This place charged my battery and told me they would call when it was ready. They never called so we drive back over there, it was exactly 7pm and they were closed and locked up. I couldn't get my battery back that evening.

Terrible customer service. I have been there 5 times over the last 3 months and everytine sone excuse for why they dont have a part even though another store just sent me to this shop saying the system says they have the part. I recommend to all my friends and family to not go to Oreillys ever because of this poor service

Some of the employees are mean and I can never tell who the manager is...I only live one block and I go here a lot instead of the competitors. They should be nicer
