Mike, who is the assistant manager I believe, always goes above and beyond the call of duty to a level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. From cleaning acid off of my battery to installing the battery in my key fob, Mike is always more than willing to help without even asking. I hope that he is recognized for his hard work by the company. Thank you for all of your help!

Quick, Easy, and Fast Service!I recently had to get a new battery to my vehicle and after calling my dealership and other places, this location was the best and fastest to get my car fixed. They ran a test to double-check the problem and my issue got fixed in the same day and I was good to go. S/O to Matt for the quick service and prompt assistance.

I usually stop at this location since it's close to home and I've never really had a problem there. Went to pick up a serpentine belt, came home and found the gentleman behind the counter gave me the wrong one(no worries, mistakes happen). Went back and had another gentleman there named Will exchange the belt for the correct one. Even though he was dealing with other customers, he got me in and out quickly with no headaches, even made it right with me. I was very impressed with Will's customer service and expertise. Nothing against the 1st guy who helped, we all make mistakes and I still plan on using this location.

Amazing customer service by all the employees-not only did they help me find the correct part, they installed the new bulb super fast. So appreciate all the help- all O Reilly stores are the best but this is my favorite one.

This store rocks. I will never go anywhere else. What sets this store apart is they will install what you buy at no additional charge, if they can and it's reasonable.I went to get my battery terminal connector replaced because I broke it removing it from the old battery. The guy working there helped me pick out one that would work. There was no wait. The connector cost maybe 3 bucks. Then he offered to help me install it. He literally did everything and I had that connect fixed over lunch. Great people, awesome store.

Awesome helpful knowledge staff. I described a phone, in a very female way to them, they knew exactly what part I was looking for. I bought windshield wipers there for our truck, I couldn't reach them to change them and the staff came right out and changed them for me. I have at least another dozen stories just like that but just know those guys go out of their way every day to help customers. So impressed.

Walked in, was greeted and helped right away. They told me exactly what part I needed and where to find it (was just wiper blades this time) and then offered to put them on the car for me. Stellar service!!!

Stopped in to rent a tool. The guy behind the counter had no clue how to look up the tool we needed. He got the assistant manager who had no idea what he was doing. We could look the part up on our phone faster than they could figure out how to run their computer. The guy didn t have the tool and refused to check other stores because he didn t know how.Employees need training.

Was not a good experience at all! The guy ordered me the wrong battery, attempted to put it in for 15 minutes before realizing it wasn't fitting. He told us a guy would be out to help us in a minute, we waited for another 15 minutes before going inside. Once inside we waited another 15 minutes before I decided to get back in line so someone who hopefully knew what they were doing could help. The guy who originally helped us just stood there repeating he got us the wrong battery, but never asked for help from another employee. Finally, I got to the frount of the line and another employee fixed the mistake. The correct battery still needed to be installed and while installing it the first employee who was helping us dropped a bolt and spent another 5 minutes looking for it. The whole ordeal took an hour and a half.

Mike is an awesome guy. He helped me glue my rear view mirror on when I clearly didn't know what I was doing. It was freezing out, my rearview mirror was not in great condition, he sanded down the old glue and attached it for me. Really appreciate people and businesses like this.

Alan at the 11055 West Maple road Omaha Ne replaced my battery , windshield wipers my car runs better than it was new . He is highly intelligent yet he treated me like family and i am grateful for his kindness . Thank You !!!

With my truck breaking down while working and trying to warm myself, and the subsequent joy of changing my starter under my truck in the snow and mud, I can genuinely say that yesterday was the worst day I've had in recent memory. That says a lot considering I was in a life threatening car accident 4 months ago.I took an uber to O'Reilly's near where I was and bought a starter and alternator but ended up only needing the starter and decided to return the alternator. Upon returning it to the maple st store the mid50s aged, dark haired, over weight clerk examined my receipt like a cop looking at a fake ID, took a deep breath, and said way too loud, "MAN I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE RETURN STUFF TO A DIFFERENT STORE THAN THEY BOUGHT IT FROM!!!"I stood there confused because I bought it from O'Reilly's....just not his store. After the transaction was complete and the return was finished I walked around looking for additional items to help my ongoing situation with my truck(it broke down on the interstate tonight) and after I walked away from the counter I heard the same mid 50s, dark haired, over weight clerk; as if saying it once wasn't enough; turned to a co worker and said even louder "MAN I CAN'T STAND WHEN PEOPLE RETURNSTUFF TO A DIFFERENT STORE THAN THEY BOUGHT IT FROM!!!"Will I go back to O'Reilly's again to buy parts for a vehicle??? Probably. Will I ever go back to the Maple Street store so that I can get harassed by an employee just for returning something I didn't need??? HELL NO!!!!! My advice is to avoid this store and JIM like the plague.

Always head to this location for all my auto purchases, they are awesome! Today I went to get some windshield wipers as mine broke this morning, Charles came out and put them on after I purchased them, amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Very great store because you can find everything you need. But Trust me this specific store is the worst in customer service. I would recommend going to a different location. The employee was just beyond rude, not only with language but even with actions.

The store had was I was looking for but the prices were definitely not was I was looking for, they are a bit higher than I had hoped! I have shaped here before and if they did not have the parts in stock, they were able to have them shipped from the warehouse (or another store). The staff were friendly and helpful though!

The Guy that helped me was very nice and helpful since I really know nothing about auto parts. Also, he did not seem upset since I walked in about 2 minutes before closing time. Attitude matters!

My vehicle stopped on me and I was unsure if it was the battery or not so I called around and O'riellys seemed to have the most reasonable price. I asked the person if it was not the battery would I be able to return it, he told me yes. It was not the battery so I tried to return it the next day and they told me they could not because it was placed in my vehicle. He called his manager on the phone after I explained that it was never explained to me that way. The manager was rude and short with me and stated we don't just "loan batteries" and that "no where is the world can you return an electrical item". He also told me this was on my receipt and it was not. I will never shop there again as none of the "stipulations" were explained and I was treated like a crook and my intelligence was insulted.

I went to O'Reilly's thinking it would be a helpful place, it wasn't. When you walk in, there's this bell that notifies the employees that someone has entered. With the 3 employees I saw, none of them offered help, keep in mind I was the ONLY customer in the store. I thought I would go look at the filters and maybe someone would come over, 5 minutes pass and still no help. Looked into their car legend, which basically just tells you the part that will match/fit with your car, but I didn't find it. After 15 minutes of being ignored I left. I will NEVER return to this store and will deter others from it.

called 2 times ahead and was told that they had the tool I needed for a customer car the next day and when I showed up they didn't have it. it made me mad that i wasted gas, miles and time for nothing Michael long blond hair. Seems like a druggy selfish young person and he was the one I spoked to on the phone.

Store is close to the house. Enoc at the counter is FANTASTIC. I am writing to WARN reviewers to NOT BY ANY OF THEIR TOOLS. I promise you they (tools) will not be worth the gas money when you have to return them back to the store for a refund. Go to Lowes they are the distributors for Craftsman since Sears has left Omaha.

Lost some business today. They don't do check engine scans anymore. Gave me a business card to a shop down the street that wasn't open anyways and who was going to charge me $20. Went to the competitor down the road. Scanned my check engine light got me the parts needed and got it fixed already. Sorry Oreillys....got a new spot.

Came here when I got my license plates. The Store Manager helped me personally and answered all of my inexperienced questions. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating for his contributions.
