Very knowledgeable staff. Whether you're a gear head car buff or completely ignorant of how to even replace your wiper blades, O'Reillys is the place to go. The helpful staff will even install your new wiper blades (or your new battery) for free.

I am a regular at the Omaha 90th Street O'Reilly's Auto and always receive amazing service from the mature professional gentlemen who work there. They were not working there this evening around 6:18pm. Cler bias was shown to me compared to the one other female customer who was shown amazing service when she purchased her windshield wiper blades and he then installed them. This when they both had customers in the store waiting for service. But, I got that. This tall large attendant, offered me no service nor to simply check my blades to make a determination, when I was the only customer left in the store. He also seemed to give the male customers more consideraion. Very Dissapointing.

Service was bad. When I arrived 3 or 4 employees were outside, on break? No one was at the counter after a couple of minutes I went to look for my part with no luck. Went back to the counter waited for someone for help gave them the part number they went in the back coming out saying the bin was empty Told him I checked online before coming and it said you had them. I then asked if he could call another store to see if they had the spark plug I wanted? At that time another employee stepped in went to the back and found my part. This ended up being a 15 minute stop for a sparkplug online said they had. Very unexcepepable.

The battery in my car was dying and the manager was extremely helpful. They opened right on time and I was able to purchase a new battery. The manager installed it for me and I was able to make it to my job on time.

Whoever the fellow that I just dealt with was, he was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. He came to the counter chewing Something, I'm assuming food, and motioned with his finger to come over to him. we started to commence our business, where I just couldn't help it asked if he was in a bad mood given his posture and the way that he was acting. He said that he was so I told him that I would rather deal with someone that was not in such a bad mood. People like this should not be in the customer service industry.

The young kid behind the counter could have been a little more customer servicey other than that it was an okay experience

Amazing! They always help out past the point of what is needed of them.Chuck helped me today and when he could have easily rung me out and moved on, he chose to make sure I had what I needed.I have never had a visit that didn't go this way. I'll admit I had gone to advanced auto first today because it was on the same side of the road I was on. I was greeted me and asked what I was looking for, I told the person and was told "we are out of that kind, sorry" and they moved on. I went acrossed the street to O'Reilly and had a completely opposite experience. I was greeted and cared for as a person who needed help. While there I was talking to Chuck about the last time I was there and how they helped me out beyond the basic then and again now. Everytime I've been here it's been great. I will come back soon, since my old vehicle is still in need of some TLC.Thanks again for all the help today!

I have used Oreilys for years and always recommend them. After my sister just went in to this location I will say I will never set foot in another one again or tell anyone about you. You need someone with better customer service skills then the guy at your front line that represents your company. I am sure this is not a first either.

Been here a few times and it is hit or miss with the service level. A few employees there are excellent and know what's going on, others are slow or lazy and just don't care. Since some visits are 5 star and there are 1 star it makes it a 3 star overall. If you go here just hope the good people are still there.

On a 2000 mile trip. The flasher relay ( for turn signals) on our 99 Econoline van broke. The OReilly guys went above and beyond to help us get the right part and get it fixed so we could leave the next morning

Guy at the counter wasn't helpful at all. He is also very rude over the phone. They didn't have anything I needed in stock and they did not offer to help me find it at another location either. Decided to talk to another associate at the other register, he was at least courteous. Still didn't get any help with the parts I needed so I went to advanced Auto parts across the street.

Went to Auto Zone and was there for 10 minutes while waiting for this guy who works there figure out what type of bulb I needed for my headlight. The guy asked two other coworkers and still couldn't figure it out. Then he asked me if he could go look at my car. And still couldn't figure it out. That's when I got frustrated and said, "I'm going to O'Reilly's."Got to O'Reilly's and Chuck helped me out. Chuck went above and beyond to help me and made sure I had the correct bulb and even replaced the bulb for me. GREAT JOB Chuck! TRULY AN AWESOME MAN

I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the clerk never made eye contact and proceeded to finish up his call that he was on when I got there (not the reason I give 1 star)... BUT, he then took TWO more calls while I stood there (When he said "Thank you for calling O'Reilly Auto Parts, how can I help you?" the second time I almost yelled at him). Never once looked at me or acknowledge he would be with me shortly.I left and got prompt service next door.

Excellent job. I was having trouble replacing my wiper blades on my own. Associate at O'Reilly's installed for me and I was on my way in 10 minutes with new wipers.

HUGE thanks to Chuck (and Michael, too) for going over and beyond the call of duty. Had a flat tire in the car wash across the street from the store. Previous tire store had used power on my lug key and ruined it. So I couldn't get the lugs off to change the tire. Chuck came across the street and found a way to get the "locked lug" off and the spare on. In the meantime, Michael helped round up replacement lugs. They provided a solution, not just an auto part. I can't thank these gentleman at O'Reilly's enough. Mike D

On a freezing below zero night our car broke down we got here at 8:50 the doors were already locked and the guy inside laughed at us and walked away I yelled out all i need is fluid!! With my young kids with me as a single mother.... he said can't help you and laughed.... thanks guys appreciate it greatly. We then went across the street to AUTOZONE who graciously let us in from the freezing cold and helped us so I could get the kids home and out of the hazardous weather conditions.... you guys lost all my business and my friends and family. Word of mouth spreads fast.

Went in on Easter 4/21/19 at 8:01pm when I pulled up. Did not realize they closed at 8. All I needed was a code read. Instead of opening the door and saying hey we are closed or even point at the sign. What happened instead was: the door was locked in my face and both employees tried to act like they didn t see me. I stood outside for a minute to see maybe if they are blind or something. Another employee came to the front and avoided looking st me. I would not recommend this place based on the piss poor service, especially on a holiday.

Tim helped me tremendously in figuring out why my car dosent start on me on unknown times. He'll get a 5 with ***** for the help & service he assisted me with.Tim at the O'Reilly north from 90th & Maple did an above Outstanding job in helping me.I told clerk that my VW at times started perfectly, and at other times lights, radio, noises, everything came on but for some reason the car made a "krekkrekkrek" noise but just didn't start. I'd try it again later & it'd start lime nothing bad happened before then. I was told at the Advance Auto parts on 84th & Center that my alternator on my VW Jetta was unreadable. He told me that it sounds like it's my alternator. I was heading to the Advance Auto parts store on N 84th street but accidently stopped at O'Reilly instead.O'Reilly clerk Tim checked my battery & alternator at my request. He told me the battery was good, the alternator was also good & all it's components we're good. Tim told me that it sounds that it's just the "ignition". That it could be 1 of many things from something small probably inside the ignition part. I asked Tim where I should take it to see about getting fixed. He said to take it straight to a VW dealer.I did that 1 & 1/4 day later on a Saturday. The VW Service Dealer told me that it didn't start at times since the electric key wasn't fully been read by the ignition system. VW dealer told me what to do to avoid that Non-Startable problem & what I need to do to make sure it'll start when it dosent want to start. Now, I don't have to worry that I'd need a new alternator (with belt), new battery, new other VW piece to make sure that my VW gets cured. Thanks to Tim, I now know why it dosent start at times.* I give Tim a "5 + *****" "Very High Superior for 1. Customer Service Assistance 2. Customer & Vehicle Counseling Service 3. Vehicle Customer Service UltraSound Check 4. Solution info to Get Car Problem Fixed ".Thank You So Much Tim for Assisting & Counseling Me with a problem I've had ever since I bought the car 12 months ago. I've gone to other so called Auto Clerks & Mechanics, and they didn't have the slightest clue of why my car started most of the time & didn't start on some other times.Sincerely,Mariana
