Brought our vehicle in for a car wash today. Was quick in and out visit. Josiah ( who sold us our car in 2020) still remembers us. He went to check on our car. He found it finished, drove it around, and even came and got us! If you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend looking up Josiah... he's amazing!

Purchased my vehicle at Nissan of Omaha and have always gotten oil changes and service there, but they have apparently gone downhill. Basically spent $243 on an oil change. Took it in for scheduled oil change and told them had been hearing rattling noise. They charged me $154 fee to tell me I needed a new exhaust. Total bill was $243 with the oil change. Quoted me $1600 to do the repair. Took it to House of Mufflers and had did the repair for under $800 and charged me nothing for the estimate. Will not be returning.

Zack Robertson gave Exceptional Expertise..,. Hands Down on Customer Service/People skills. He was very attentive and made sure I understood everything about the process . He took his time explaining. There was not a moment where I felt rushed.
