Midas at 75th and Dodge in Omaha is amazing! Joe and his team are so knowledgeable and friendly. Besides the dealership they are the only shop we trust with our Rover (euro shops are really hard to find reasonably) and Rubicon. We have used this shop for several years now and I would give 10 stars if I could. A huge thank you to Joe and his team for the wonderful service!

I can t say enough good about this Midas and Joe. I started out taking my company fleet vehicles here and then started taking my car here. It s been a couple years now and I can say this is the most honest car repair shop I have ever taken my car to. They are friendly, cost effective, timely and they treat you with respect. Just when I think my car is on its last leg, they fix it right up and it ends up working better then when I first bought it. Honestly I m amazed my car has lasted this long. I just want to say thank to everyone at this Midas, they really do an amazing job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Always went in for just a simple oil change. One time they told me I had an oil leak when I do not have an oil leak. Another time before they quoted me $500 to replace a radiator hose, which I did myself for $100. They either are not aware of what they re doing, or are scamming people that seem like they don t know much about cars. My car has made it from NE to CA since they told me I had an oil leak, and I still have plenty of oil. If you go to get your oil changed, take what they say with a grain of salt.

They will always work with you. Just ask them for help. Joe and Joey are my favorite guys there, but they are all hard-working.They also tend to get to people on time

I went to Midas for an alignment and another issue I needed diagnosed, and the team was quick with completing my requested services and diagnosing my car. They got me in quickly the next day as well for the additional repairs I had requested, and communicated well with me the entire process. Leslie was especially great to work with! Even watching them deal with a frustrated and irate customer, the employees all maintained their composure and patience. Great Prices. Great People. FULL SERVICE and They are Honest and know what they're doing!I had ALOT of Questions they helped and Awnsered. I Have Not had a vehicle in a very long time. Didn't pressure me into anything at all. Didn't charge me for anything I knew I didn't need. Did a Free Inspection.Installed New Spark Plugs I Bought at a Auto Parts Store. Cost alittle more for them to install because of the Engine.They sold me Full Brand Name AT Large Truck Tires at a Fair Normal Price. Warranty for the Tires. Better than Other Stores in Town or Online.I am partially disabled on paid disability not making alot and they walked me through everything even tho they were busy.Make sure you call the day before, an get a early morning appointment if you go in so they can help you.All I mean ALL Fluids Changed and $900 Tires ame out too about $1500I am Brand New to Nebraska only been here Four Months. All the work was only going to take four hours. The Manager Even gave me a Ride Home. I will definitely be coming back.Thanks Guys

Such a good experience! My license plate was stuck to my car from some old rusty screws and they helped me out so much. I came at the end of the day when they were super busy and they were still so accommodating and fit me in. Joe helped me change the plate and replaced the screws for free. These guys definitely go the extra mile, 10/10 quality service. Appreciate you guys Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in for an oil change and it took 3 hours, the men working were trying to push me into purchasing more services that weren t necessary. Another customer walked in and they took her services as priority over mine and gave her a discount and were making comments about her looks in front of me. I continued to wait another half hour for my car to be done and was not offered a discount for my inconvenience. I will never return to this location.

Was in Omaha on business on Wednesday 8/2 between appointments and had issue with my Ford Explorer and needed a quick fix so I could get my business complete and get back to KC the next day. Felt big but ended up being a battery. Even though your team was swamped, they bailed me out and quickly and efficiently including sending out for a battery from Napa auto Parts. Can t thank your team enough. Great group. Wish I would have gotten names but the gentleman at the front desk was great as well as the shop manager and his techs! Much appreciated!!!Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical

Chandler was professional and welcoming, even upbeat, on a very busy and difficult day in the shop when I was there. Their card reading equipment wasn't working, and at one point neither was the AC, but he kept a good attitude and so did the mechanics. They had me out to show me what was going on with my vehicle and explained what they needed to do. Fair price.

Had a steering rack & pinion replaced and Midas was $2-5k cheaper than the other 6 places I contacted! I couldn't be more disappointed in this place.Went to them with a very simple task if you have the machines to put a tire in a wheel, install tire pressure sensors.On my first visit, I waited 45 minutes passed my appointment time until they even began working on my car, I was quoted at 30 minutes...Despite supposedly testing the sensors prior to installing, apparently the act of installing one sensor caused it to fail since the test (super odd) so the first time was a super long unsuccessful visit.I ordered another set of sensors and returned, this time they took the same amount of time to install 1 sensor as all 4 previously. They said everything was done and I paid and took my keys. Drove a few blocks and suddenly felt guilty for not checking their work so pulled over to check tire pressure.This is where I found 2 of my wheels including the one they worked on today was SUPER overfilled. I was lucky they didn't pop, as they were both overfilled with twice as much air as recommended. They also lost one of my lug nut covers which is astounding as all you do is push them on and they fit with pressure and suction.The tire sensor light is still on in my dash.I won't give Midas another dime ever.I'm fond of saying it, and here it may be more true than a lot of other places, but save yourself the headache, take your car somewhere else.

Have had car in twice over the last month due to 2 flats on different tires. Team worked to squeeze vehicle in both times w/out an appt. The group is very knowledgeable about vehicles. Worst experience I ve ever had getting my brakes done. They ve done them 3 times this year. Kept having to go back because the rotors they kept putting on my car were damaged & they kept having to replace them. And the problem STILL is not fixed. They want me to come back a 4th time for the same issue that they haven t been able to fix the past 3 times. It s ridiculous & a huge inconvenience that they have absolutely no compassion for. Definitely would not recommend this place.Service: Brakes

I ve gone to Midas for brakes, shocks, mufflers, cracked fluid reservoir and more. I ve always been impressed with their friendly service, fair prices and easy scheduling. I was visiting Omaha for my sons doctors appointment and we were involved in a hit and run. Damage was minimal to the rear but the bumper was barely hanging on. I had no idea what to do when the police were going to take hours and my son is special needs so I could not sit and wait. My family tried to help from afar when I decided to call you guys. I asked if they could help remove the bumper so I could at least get home. The guy in the phone was super nice and helpful and said they could help. I arrived and was taken care of immediately. They went way above and beyond and I was able to make it home without my family rescuing me 1.5 hours away. Thank you sooooo much for helping me and my son get home!My entire family thanks you!!

Truly was a great experience working with this Midas location. The ease of making an appointment to checkout. They had my car pulled in and gave me a diagnostic and estimate within half an hour. Great service over all. They are honest with what they offer and their opinion on what you need for your car. Price wise are reasonable on some service like oil change and such.The only thing I was annoyed by was that I think they mispronounced me when communicating with other team members. I am a trans woman and obviously wearing woman clothing. its not hard to miss.

Great experience. Popped in for an oil change without an appointment but they got me in right away. The mechanic pointed out some things to keep an eye on for the future. They even honored a coupon I couldn't find. Great customer service and I will recommend them to anyone!
