Have gotten right in for a new starter, spark plug problem, oil change, tire pressure check.... Maria and Mario are very nice and professional...really great place to go for car repairs. My new best place! Check it out.

Mario Contreras is always able to ensure reliable, cost effective, honest, excellent service for any of my truck engine needs. He backs up his shop's work commendably and treats women, elderly & disabled just as good as anyone else which is seldom the case in this era.

Awesome and honest car repair in Omaha. They are really nearby and don t overcharge. I just had my daughters brakes done here and trust them. For sure Mario is like old fashion home town service. Oh and you can buy your own parts and they will install them!!!!

LOS ALTOS ON 34TH AND Q STwanted to share my experience in case anyone was considering taking their car there. i brought my car in because the engine was turning off when i came to stop after driving for a while. left it there for a week for a FREE estimate to see what was wrong and the cost. they called after a week and said it had three main issues but they had FIXED the issue that was causing it turn off, charged me $100 and said to bring it back next week to have the rest fixed and they would give me an estimate that day. when i asked what was done to fix that issue, the girl up front said she didn't know. whatever, figured i would find out when i brought it back. THE CAR SHUT OFF ON ME AGAIN ON THE WAY HOME. i figured one of the other "main issues" they wanted me to come back for was causing it so i took it back on monday and waited all week for the phone call to let me know what the cost would be. NEVER CALLED. i called them today and they let me know they hadn t even looked at it and might get a chance next Monday. so i decided to pick it up instead and take it somewhere else. when i brought up the fact that the issue they said they FIXED was not actually fixed, the receptionist practically admitted that when they checked the car it didn't turn off so they didn't do anything to it and charged me for the "FIX" anyway and said i would have to come back later if i wanted a refund. not going back over a damn $100 but thought it should be known how they conduct business. i ve seen this place highly recommended before and cannot believe they would do something like this.

I went into this Shop this morning to get my brakes done. The Mechanic found something wrong with my brake line and told me about it. He did an awesome job!!! The receptionist at the front desk was very nice. I will be coming back again. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Take your personal belongings before leaving out of the car if leaving it at the shop. The workers there will steal stuff from it.

I took my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced due to over heating. Upon receipt of my vehicle I was noticing it was still overheating. I called to ask them to take a look at it to figure out the problem but I was told I had to wait a couple weeks which is to long to wait when I need my vehicle. I had to take it to the dealership where they told me when the waterpump was installed, the belt was routed wrong and it cost me 3x as much the I paid before. When I called Los Altos to ask what are they going to do to rectify this, I was told no one is available and I never got a call back. I thought this was a great place but now I feel robbed.

These guys are great. I locked up my back brakes and they were able to get my car in right away and fix it. Very reasonably priced as well. Mario has amazing customer service as well. Will definitely be coming back here!

Los Altos, Mario has been fixing our family cars as well as other fleet cars for our business for the past 6 years. I've had nothing but very good experience with him. I can truly trust him when it comes to actually fixing what I need but not what I might possibly need. I just want to share my personal thoughts and give a honest feedback. Thank you Mario for helping us for these past years.

Mario is a really reasonable and honest mechanic. He installed my husband transmission for 500.00, (We already had our own transmission). Everywhere we check they wanted $1,500 for rebuild. I would suggest this place to everyone! He also fixed it in 1 day!

Well where do I startMario was introduced to me by someone I work with. Mario is a very decent guy very professional, and knows his stuff I take every car I have to him my daughters car my car and I wouldn t trade him in for the world am I and not easily to please lol, but Mario keep up the exceptionally great work. I can call him and ask any questions he can answer great but he will tell you right away I can or can t do it. Very very honest I like that in him

Los Altos has the best set of mechanics for the best price possible. Mario treats his clients w/ respect, has repaired exactly what needs repaired & charges fairly instead of adding unnecessary work to the job. He always backs up the work.

Scam they did not fix anything and still got the same problem plus they got the roof of my cadilac dirt with oil .. plz avoid them weirdoes

Fixed my muffler for me was a little bit on the costly side and it s no appointments but at least it was done within that day

This was one of the worst auto shops I've ever been to. If youre not hispanic or white youre not a priority. I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they cant help me. I called a day ahead and made an appointment. When i got there Mario rudely told me to come back in an hour after i told him ehat i needed done. 2hrs later he couldnt help me. They are extremely unprofessional and drink on the job. A white couple came in after me as i waited in my car and he was able to help them. This company is racist and i will never come back.
