I ve been filling-up at Kieth s 90th Fort twice a week for a couple years, today I needed to put some air in my spare, tech gruffly said I had to use the $0.25 compressor out front, which wouldn t go above 20gal.Since there are fueling options on every corner Kieth s will no longer get my +$100.00/week!If only Zero Stars were a choice!

I had to have my car towed to Keith's. They called me with bad news explaining my engine was shot. They were so kind and understanding they didn't charge me anything knowing this was bad enough news, they didn't want to make matters worse for me! I will refer anyone I know who needs mechanical work to Keiths!

Idoits. Car was towed up there i told them it had no compression and wanted to know why and to have it fixed. Dennis with his xrsy vision and super math skills" Im 99.9% sure that's it a broken cam or timing chain. That's not worst part. They wanted me to pay for his x-ray vision .They came to this conclusion with out taking the valve cover of to check if that's the problem. But two possible answer isn't 99.9% unless you're a super mechanic .they couldn't and wouldn't do any of the work on the work order. Repair tire for leaking vavke stem .One conclusion y'all are a100% rip-off. Hey Super Dennis don't forget to fill the blinker fluid .Feb 3 2019Keith as for your remark on being fare. U guys not charging me a storage fee that was kind and I guess fair. After my vehicle sat there for 2 weeks. As charging me to fix it I was never told by super mechanic that it could be fixed. "Your engine is blown u need to get a whole new engine don't waist the money if I was you I'll junk it" super mechanic Dennis. I would have gladly paid the 500 to have it fixed since it cost my 550 to have it done some where else and waiting another week to get my car. Which I'm still driving today. As for it sitting two weeks I'm an OTR driver which y'all knew and I still paid 50$ more + a tow and had to wait another week before my car could get looked at diagnosed and fixed which only took a day. Guess what super Dave I mean Dennis and Keith. I payed you for a car towed5 blocks a tire that wasn't repaired. and faulty X-ray vision. So yeah u were fair. But not to me. So thanks for your insight on what's fair.

If I could do more stars I would. This place is wonderful and great service. I have been putting off an oil change for so long and decided I would take a last minute trip about 5 hours out and back. I was worried about my oil change. So called around everywhere before heading out of town. Every place told me an hour and a half to 2 hours. I finally called keiths and they said they could get me in right away. Went in, cheaper then anywhere else and I had told them about a slow leak in one of the tires so they checked it over as well to see if they could repair it. They also said they would clean my air filter for me to help with my gas mileage. I will never ever go back to another shop for anything ever again. Keiths will be my go to from here on out.Thank you for your fast, reliable, friendly, cheap customer service.

Excellent! Easter Sunday and they were open, and did a quick tire repair. Nice people. Clean, well kept facility. Reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend.

We have been using Keith's BP for over 15 years now. They are about 20 minutes away from where we live, and it is totally worth the trip. We get bring our cars in for oil changes and minor repairs and have always been totally satisfied with the work and the price. The thing we like the most is that we get a run down of any issues there may be with the car, and then it is our decision whether to do anything or not. They never push. They also have great hours. Being able to pick the car up from the store section is great. We recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a flat tire that was not holding air. I needed to get repaired. I checked several places and they want $60-$70.When I called, Dennis said it would be $49 to come out and put air into the tire. If it held air, then I could drive to their shop and they could fix the tire for $25.Super nice staff. From the person that fixed the tire to the cashier.They had me fixed and on the road in 30 minutes. When I walked to the truck after paying, I heard a "thank you" from the service person in the garage.Reminded me of my local service garage who would fix things then go pump gas, wash windows and check the oil.Love this place and highly recommend it. I'll be going back!

I have been taking my vehicles to Keith's BP for 28 years. The technicians are able to repair my vehicle at a cost less than the dealer, and get me back on the road in record time. When it is difficult, they do what they can to resolve it quickly. The employees are like family, they are easy to visit with or you can just run in and out with a quick thanks!Keith's BP has been involved with the community, and especially my Cub Scouts. They are a hub for local information, and a great cup of coffee.

They have always fixed my tires that have nails in them within 20 minutes. Dave or Clint are the greatest. It just so happened that a couple different times my tires were losing a lot of air on a weekend. They are available to help on Saturday or Sunday and do a great job of customer service. I don't have to worry about my car on Monday driving to work. Linda

I have been dealing with Keith's BP since his first location over 40 years ago. I have always found his staff friendly and honest with the repairs I have needed. They have always called me if they found anything else they think could cause a problem soon.Every car I have bought they have gone over before I purchased it with confidence.I have always been treated fair and have the utmost confidence in Keith, Jr and their fine staff.

I get my gas here and don't have to worry about the quality of gas unlike some other places. I love the touch less car wash and after paying for 4 the 5th one(The Works) is free Check it out!

Super grateful for these guys!In town for the CWS and car broke down the day before we were set to leave. All other places were booked out 2-3 weeks with no flexibility. Explained the situation and they worked us in. Great work. Great price. Will recommend to friends and family in the area.

Simple math eludes these guys. I had four new unmounted tires to mount on my existing wheels and wanted to switch my existing tires to my new wheels. At $8 per mount/dismount, it should have cost $96. They couldn't grasp 4 dismounts and 8 mounts would be 12 x $8 = $96. They charged me for another 4 dismounts that never happened. They scratched and chipped paint from my brand new wheels. When I pointed this out, the reply I got was: "But we're the cheapest around." Now I know why. The wheels have now corroded from salt getting to the bare alloy and each one has a slow leak because of it. It's not a lot of fun changing tires three times in the single-digit temperatures we have been getting recently. I have taken my business elsewhere, and I'm happier for it.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!! I would not give any stars for this company, however it would not allow me to post a review of my experience without at least giving one star. I called for towing services, since it explicitly states on their website "we are happy to provide any towing to make any and all repairs that it requires. We wouldn't be much of a repair shop it we can't transport cars that are unusable." My car stalled and died and I needed it towed before rush hour traffic hit. The employee I talked to on the phone asked me questions about my car, where it died on the road, if I was with the car at the moment, what type of car it was, etc. After I had given him all of that information, he told me "well, I get off of work in 10 minutes and have a date to go to, so I can't help you there. Good luck." And he hangs up the phone on me. In a moment of stress, he was unhelpful, and extremely RUDE, which reflects NEGATIVELY on this company. If you are looking for any help with your vehicle and are looking for professional and respectful work to be done, DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY.I had great customer service from ARROWHEAD TOWING instead.

I have been going to Kieth's BP for many years for various repairs, Propane, gas, etc.. Great people to work with and the service was done very well and very fast. I got my got back in no time and it ran great! I would recommend them to anyone needing service work, propane for your grill, gas or anything else you may need.

Even with the tow, lowest price and fastest service in town. Keith fit me in early afternoon and it was done same day. I Was so grateful. My first experience, and I m going no where else anymore. Fastest and easiest fix I ve ever experienced. Unbelievable. Much thanks.

Every time I have gone to Keith's BP for anything, gas or repairs, everyone is very professionsl, friendly and courteous. When my car has needed repairs I am given a quote and a time when it will be completed. I have never had any problems and I have been going to this station since the time it use to be on Ames St., so 5 stars!!

I've been taking cars to Keith's off and on for around 30 years. These guys are as honest as the day is long. I have always trusted them to do quality work for a reasonable price.

These guys do great work for a very good price. They don't try to sell stupid upgrades or do BS / unnecessary "repairs", they just fix the problem efficiently and charge for parts and labor, exactly like you'd expect. My old rustbucket and I have been loyal customers for the past 2 years. When my u-joint cracked and my wheel fell off, they towed me to the shop and repaired it for under half what I was afraid it would cost. 6 months later my starter motor flipped out and cranked for 5 minutes straight while my engine ran and smoke was pouring everywhere as I scrambled to find a tool to get my battery unhooked. They towed me in and put in a new starter, again for less than I thought it was going to cost. It's pretty common to lose the flywheel when that happens, which is a very expensive repair, but they told me it looked good and passed up the opportunity to charge me several hundred dollars in repairs. After that I'd take it in every year for an oil change, fluid check, and tell them to "find and fix anything that needs it" and they'd take care of everything for a fair price. I saved a ton of money by driving an old beater over past few years and these guys definitely helped make that possible.

I see a lot of negative reviews saying this shop is not friendly. Not true. They are not giggly, silly friendly, I must admit. They ARE approachable and businesslike. Most importantly, they do very good work. If you are looking for friends to chit-chat with, this is not going to be your spot. If you want no-nonsense, professional service at a reasonable price with no upsell, Keith's is the place to go.

Keith's BP is one of a few gas stations that still have a garage for service. Whenever I have a problem I always take my car to them. They are very reasonable priced and friendly.

I have been going to Keith's for a few yrs now.I will always go there with my car.The men that work there KEITH and CLINT have kept my car running and are very reasonable on price. They are quick on the service to and a pleasant place!!

I love Keith's BP and the staff there. I have always been treated courteously and fairly, and have had excellent service on my vehicles. Best gas station/service station in town. This has been my go-to place for 30+ years.

NOT friendly. Owner seemed put out that I came to fix a tire at 3:40 and he was supposed to get off work at 4:00. He acted annoyed that when be asked which tire, I said Front Driver's side, he snidely corrected me to be "Front Left". He just said "Keys" so I handed them over & said, I'm the ____(color) ___(model). He rudely said "I saw you drive in".Fixed it within his 20 minutes. Told me it was a "small screw" Then gruffly said, "go to the cashier for checkout" and yelled to the cashier $20 for tire fix.3 stars for service, but zero for friendliness.

Honest, down to earth technicians. Friendly, helpful, price competitive and prompt in their service work. I was very pleased with the work done. I will definitely use Keith's BP again.
