Scott and the staff here are amazing! This is the only jiffy lube i will go to cause it s always fast and friendly service!! they never overcharge you or try and coax you into buying something you don t need they truly are all great people

I had the best experience today getting my oil changed. The guys were helpful and didn t overcharge, even advised I didn t need to rotate my tires just yet, saving me money.Also wanted to say that Paul was absolutely amazing. There was an older woman with a language barrier and used her phone to help translate, he was so patient with her and friendly and it was just really wonderful to see. Great great work!!

This top notch team went above and beyond. I had not planed to do repairs the day I had my oil changed, yet they made it possible, convenient and affordable. They continued to update me explain the best options and double checked their own work to ensure they had completed the job with quality! A huge shout out to Brain the mechanic, Scott the assistant and Gareth for making my repairs the best part of my Friday!

This was by far the best experience getting my oil changed. Very friendly, thorough and fast! Highly recommend! Scott and Paul were very polite and friendly! They were awesome! Great job!

Very speedy service. Polite staff and they didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. Only asked if I wanted to top off my coolant for 5.99, which I thought was fair, so I did. Will visit the West Omaha location again

I give Scott at this Jiffy lube location 10/10. I will be back for every oil change. Scott did a phenomenal job. You can tell he is passionate about his work and his other employees respect him. I now won t go anywhere else.

Updated review.I got a customer service call back and am happy to say I was treated fairly and have an outcome I'm happy with. Thank you to the leadership for making things right.Got an oil change a couple days ago and noticed oil was leaking the next day. Took it to my mechanic who deals exclusively with Toyotas and said my filter was cracked. He showed me how all the oil I just put in was leaked and sprayed all over the bottom of my car. I got stuck with a new bill to replace that and get another refill of oil as a whole.

Today was one of the coldest days this winter (-8 deg F with -30deg F windchill). The manager, Scott apologized for taking as long as it did due to some people not making to work today therefore being short staffed. I didn t think it took long at all. He also pointed out my radiator fluid was extremely low. They took good care of me.Great customer service. Thank you.

They didn't take my name down. The associate was calling me the previous owner's name. They wrote down the wrong information on the form needed. Also, when I was driving home on the interstate. The hood started shaking. I had to pull over on the side of the highway because they did not close the hood properly. My hood could have unlatched and smashed up against my windshield. I would not recommend this JiffyLube.

They were very unprofessional, I work construction but know when to mind my P s & Q s. They seemed like it was their first time ever working on cars. So unorganized. Few years ago, the people they had working there were wonderful, professional, polite and good at their profession. Bring them back.

It always takes a while here, but today, we waited for 45 min to even be talked to while multiple vehicles went ahead of us. No one told us to move to another bay or anything they just let us sit and waste our morning. Do not recommend

Came in for an oil change, and was blown away by the service I received from the entire staff. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. I will only come to this location from now on.

Very friendly group of folks at this location. They were pretty quick in getting me an oil change and replacing some air filters. Scott was very personable and gave me some good information regarding my radiator and spark plugs. If you are a young lady or honestly any female at all do not come here, you will feel uncomfortable, and the men will talk to you in a very odd way. Yes I know my username is funny but this is a burner account I use. Please come with your father, or a male friend you can trust. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Someone shouldn t have to do this just to come get an oil change.
