Great location!!! These folks actually care about you and your car!!! They have fixed and maintained my vehicle for the past 2 years and I honestly have no need to go to any other shop Shoutout Charles and Ben and the rest of the crew.

Took my truck to Jiffy Lube for an oil filter housing replacement. Charles and his team did an excellent job for me. Very easy to talk to and very fair on price. Since then, my truck has been running great and I haven t had any leaks. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Came to them last minute with a check engine light and they helped out. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and manager was just so down to earth. Ben worked on my car and even drove 20 minutes out to get parts for my car and figured out what the issue was. Just amazing overall. 10/10 would recommend

Charles and the team are amazing!!! helped me even though it didn't benefit them at all! I was in a bind and they we're willing to help me out even though it was such a small task. But such a big help. I appreciate your guys help so much thank you again for being good hearted people.

Best experience I ve ever had at a jiffy lube! Shout out to Rodger especially for talking me through everything and making sure I understood all that was being done. And thanks to Scott, Charles, and nathaniel for the speedy work. Will 100% be back, thank you for your excellent customer service.

Came in for my first oil change, the guy assumed I knew where to park and told me to go around, had to ask customers where the mechanic went, another customer arrived and he made sure to get her information first, had no complaint of the wait time my only complaint was the lack of communication and attentiveness, I did not feel satisfied with the lack of service they provided.

The Jiffy Lube on Maple in Benson rocks! They were extremely short handed and still beat the clock! I WILL be recommending that shop to everyone.

Great service, came in just to get air for my tire. They assessed my issue found my tire had huge hole and wasn t safe to drive on. They put my donut on for me free of charge and with no fuss. I appreciate these guys for all their hard work and great customer service!Service: TiresService: Tires

They were so much quicker and efficient than the other place I was going to (aka it rhymes with Bick Lane.) I was in at I think 11:10 and they had my oil changed by 11:30.

Never in my life have I felt so disrespected!!!! Employee waa in "a bad mood" so he said I pulled up and told him I needed an oil change and he was so rude and disrespectful taking his bad mood out on me!! What kind of customer service is this!! You will never get my business !! Leave your attitude at home

This is/was my usual spot to have my oil changed. Up until yesterday that is! My normal oil change was upsold by Scott to include a radiator flush and fill. Unfortunately he didn't tell the rest of his crew and they had driven my truck out of the bay only to reverse it back in. So during this nonsense, Jordan was driving, they misaligned my truck over the bay and broke my brake line on the passenger rear tire. I have pictures pf where the brake fluid is in the bay and on the driveway out. They sent me out of their with NO BRAKES! I went around the block and came right back. They stated that it wasn't their fault. They called an area supervisor, whose name & number they refused to give me. They then said there was nothing they could or would do unless the mechanic stated it was their fault & then they would start an action ticket. An oil change that started at 9:15am ended with me calling a tow truck and finally being able to leave at 11:30am. I called & started a corporate complaint & almost 24 hrs later still haven't been called back. Thanks for nothing Jiffy Lube, from a single mother who could have been killed due to your negligence!

This location does such poor quality work, i ll never return to any other Jiffy Lube location . I came here for an oil change before a long road trip. They left my TIRES EXTREMELY OVERFILLED at psi s in the 60s when they should ve only been 38. I was so close to a blow out because of this crew that my car would shake when driving it because these geniuses overfilled the tires so much. AND MY CUSTOM CHROME PINK TIRE CAPS ARE MISSING. They replaced my chrome tire caps that I paid for with standard black plastic caps and didn t even I apologize to me about it. Meanwhile the manager was admitting how the staff was learning . how about you not learn on my car. That s what happens when you take a benz to jiffy lube. Lesson learned.Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my first experience actually getting my oil changed and it was AMAZING! Great and comfortable environment. This is my first time using Jiffy Lube.I need an oil change and assistance with my coolant, as my check engine, light head, come on .The facility, clean and inviting. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful.J.C. helped me out and explained everything in detail. I'm writing this review (first one ever) because Troy, Matthew, Jay, Steven, Doug, and Charles (sorry if I missed or misspelled anyone) at the 5819 Maple St location gave me excellent service on 10/26/2022. My oil level was ridiculously low (engine was close to blowing up I'm sure) and I was in a rush to get to a school event (volunteering) that was worth 20% of my grade. They got me in and out in 15 minutes and I made my event on time. My car is way better now too. Runs great. They changed my oil extremely fast, gave me great advice, and were extremely patient and honest with me (I'm not the most knowledgeable about cars, if you couldn't tell already). Topped off my coolant and replaced a filter as well. I appreciate their kindness so much. They took the time to converse with me but also understood the rush I was in and why I was anxious: best customer service I've received in a long time - probably some of the best ever. They pretty much saved me from failing my class, and I appreciate them so much for doing so. Thank you especially to the gentleman who stopped me before leaving - I am so grateful you did! It was really fast within 10minutes I was done. Not to mention they gave me an extra coupon when I didn't have enough. I know price for change is still high but that what I call convenient fee. Unless you do it yourself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were very nice and understanding. I had previously changed out my high beams, but also needed to change out my low beams, bc they weren't bright enough to pass my inspection for uber. They let me do so with in an hour and still come back to finish my inspection and pass. Thank you for fitting me in last minute also, it really helped me out in the long-term.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed. Simple, no frills, no unnecessary up-sells, just quick and solid service. My only tip is to remember to follow the signs to the rear of the building as that is the service entrance! From there, just stay in your car and they will scan your car vin (inside door jam), get your info, car keys, and your service request. Be sure to check their website for coupons and mention them before you pay!Service: Oil change
