I went to Jensen Tire because a competitor said they could not work on replacing the one defective TPMS due to the tires were 10 years old. I bought the tires from that competitor and I knew they were 8 years old and just under 27000 miles as the car is basically a garage queen. The Jensen Tech got the car in first thing, no appointment indicated 3 of 4 were dead and needed replacement. Hassle free and out in less than an hour.

I appreciate the quality of customer service I received from the moment I called in with my issue with my vehicle to the moment I arrived to pick up my vehicle after it was repaired. I was given a towing company recommendation. I was contacted with information about what was discovered by the technician and what cost would be. I was given a through explanation of the problem and was treated with courtesy and respect. I have come to understand that I can trust this group of people with my vehicle and that they hold integrity as a value to their business.

I had an appointment to get a damaged tire replaced. The work was completed on time and to my total satisfaction. Nick is a great person to work with at the Jensen Tire off if 168th and Harrison! I will go back

I am impressed with the friendly, quick service Jensen was able to give me. My check engine light came on in Friday, and they said I could bring my vehicle in right off Saturday morning. Their service was great, with an attitude of treating us like neighbors. They identified the problem and fixed it, and took care of additional regular maintenance as well. Their pricing is reasonable, cheaper than the dealer quote.UPDATE: Sadly, I need to adjust my 5 star rating to 1 star. They are great with customer service, and may be excellent with tires, but I would avoid their "expert automotive and diagnostic services." They over-filled our transmission fluid, causing it to leak, so I had to bring it back twice (once to clean up the leak, then again when it continued leaking at which point they discovered they put too much in). Then, on a cross country road trip, the red light for the transmission went on. We took our vehicle into a dealer, and discovered the wrong transmission fluid was used and it was still over-full. This required a complete draining and replacement of fluid, and was potentially harmful to the transmission. I have spoken with Jensen, and they were friendly to reimburse the cost of maintenance they provided for our transmission fluid. But, I would not trust them with future service.

Needed 4 new tires, called to get a quote. I was going to get quotes from 3 businesses. They guided me through the different tires. Their price won out. Made an appointment for the next day. They were very timely and courteous. I will be using them again

Brought in my car expecting to have my brakes replaced because I thought they needed it. After checking my car, I was told I had at least 10-15k miles before I needed them done. They could have charged me and I would have never known the difference. I appreciate the integrity and great service!

Took my 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 to have a tire checked for a leak. They placed the tire in a dunk tank for several hours and didn t find a leak. They were completely transparent with the process! They also didn t charge me a penny! I wanted to tip something for labor, but the lady at the front counter said that her manager would have her head if she charged me anything because they don t conduct business in that manner.I d happily leave a tip for that service team for taking the time do that labor for me. Thank you Jensen Tire & Auto, after what was my first experience; you ve made a lifelong customer.

My car was done in a timely manner for an oil change and fuel system flush. I did not need a tire rotation at this time but they took off all the tires anyway to check my brakes and gave me a time frame for when I would need all new pads.

Called at 330pm to get a headlight changed. Dropped my Jeep for about an hour and a half and it was done before the end of the day!Today, a month later, I returned to have the other headlight changed. The manager said I could wait if I wanted and it would typically be done in an hour in between appointments (I didn t have one scheduled). I was in and out in 35 minutes and they noticed my tires were low on air from the cold weather and they aired them up without me asking. Top notch!!

Well I don't know where it went but I lost what I wrote to you in the first place. I fell two months ago and I'm not allowed to drive and my son brought my 2019 Jeep Trailhawk up. We were fairly sure there was a problem with the battery but you said it tested okay which surprised me considering it's 5 years old I've never had a battery last five years. I've never ever had a problem with Jensen and I'm due for an oil change eventually.

Great team. Always pleasant to work with. Explain everything thoroughly and provide options. Never feel pressured to have to do something because they recommend the service. Reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend giving them a try for auto repair

Called in regards to a flat tire needing repaired. Spoke with someone about bringing my jeep in. Accidentally brought it to wrong Jensen (my fault), but gentlemen at front desk could not have been any kinder and accommodating. He squeezed me in and service was amazing, fast and professional. Nick, Jake and Joel were such a pleasure to work with!! The situation of my car breakdown was extremely stressful for me and we all know money is tight. They were so patient and compassionate with me, explaining everything and it was a fair price!Towed my car, got me fixed up and informed me of everything before work began. This team is top notch and I already have plans for new tires with them and all future maintenance. Thank you from the bottom of this little old lady s heart!

Phenomenal service. As a young female I am usually very skeptical that they will try to rope me into doing things to my car that is not needed. This is not the case here. The nicest group of men that will always be true to your car needs.

My husband took my 2004 Infiniti to Jensen Tire for an oil change about 4 or 5 weeks ago. They are maybe 2 miles from where we live. After bringing the car home we did not drive it for about 3 days.On my way to a store, I was about 2 miles from home my temperature gage went to hot. I pulled over and stopped the car. I called Jensen Tire, told them what happened and I asked them if they forgot to put the oil in my car. They said no but have it towed back to them which I did. After a few days they said they inspected my car and told me it either had a cracked head or a bad gasket. Which is thousands and thousands of dollars to repair, more than the car is worth.I was a day away from selling my car to a junker for little to nothing when I took it to West Omaha auto service. They checked everything. They found it was a bad radiator cap. Total cost $127.00.I will never never take my car to Jensen Tire again.

These guys are amazing. Polite, friendly service from start to finish. They worked it out so that our car got every it needed to make it safe, and they were able to give us a price we could afford. I would recommend them. I was dreading taking my car in. I knew it could potentially be a very costly fix. And they made everything effortless and worry free. Who doesn't love that.

Well...you asked...On top of the scheduling logistics that I won't get into, there were other small issues. When I picked up the tire it had beading compound all over both sides of the wheel and tire to which I had to clean off myself. Also, it was missing a valve stem cap to which I had to ask a tech to get me one. It's the small things that make a difference when we pay $30 to repair a loose tire. However, it does seem like the tire is repaired correctly...

Got my tires replaced yesterday and I wake up this morning my tire is flat and they are not open on the weekend what the hell ???? Jensen s owner reached out to me sent a mobile service to fix tire, I took it in this morning they replaced the tire sensor for free. Went their for a front end alignment. They tried to get me with a toe and go until I had to point out my F150 had a camber as justment kit on it. How did they not know this? They pulled it back in and did the alignment again but sent me on my way with a steering wheel pointed left. Had to take it back again to correct the steering and it's about 90% better. Had a similar issue with them about a year ago. However against my better judgment I gave them another try. Jenson is the type of repair shop to take your vehicle to for repairs if you know nothing about cars because if they don't do the job correctly you have no idea....Edit: The heads of their alignment rack put surface scratches on all 4 of my gloss black wheels. They also rounded the flats on my tie rods.
