Free brake inspection performed. Found the problem and referred me back to original installer as they were still under warranty and would be covered. They did not have to disclose this advice to me and could have just recommended I get them replaced at their location and charged me. Instead, they showed integrity and honesty and helped me find a solution that benefited the customer! Incredibly professional and polite. And they did not charge for their inspection, even after identifying the problem. Will return!

Tim was beyond helpful and courteous with my situation. Tim and his team put tires on my vehicle and verified alignment in a very very timely fashion. Tire price was the best around Omaha area.

This is my first review ever for anything and I just wanted to say thank you for such a pleasant experience! I m in town for the month for work and had to get new tires. I couldn t get them in time before my trip so I had to get them in Omaha. I decided on Jensen Tire & Auto South 144th due to the location being close to my hotel and the great reviews. Lemme tell ya, they definitely live up to the reviews! I made it a bit earlier than my appointment time and when I walked in I was greeted immediately and they knew who I was, I didn t even have to introduce myself! They made me feel welcomed while I was there and I really appreciated the great customer service I received! On top of that - I ll be leaving Omaha with some great souvenirs (my tires)!

Needed a quick battery swap on my Hyundai, got in first thing in the morning and they had it done by lunch time. Fair price, discussed warranty info with me and sent me on my way. My job also uses Jensen for our fleet of 2 trucks and they always have it handled!

I d recommend this Jensen Tire location to anyone. My vehicle was experiencing wobble at low speeds and vibration at faster speeds. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions to improve my car s performance. The fixes were completed in a reasonable time. There is a very noticeable improvement and the rise is much smoother than before I brought my car here. Thank you.

Called this morning with issues on brakes of a Nissan versa. Tim was very helpful immediately told me that they do a free breaking inspection and then after Shaun called me with a A breakdown.He very nicely went over everything they found determining what needed to be done ASAP and what could probably wait a little longer I strongly recommend going to Jensen and 144th. They really talk to you and care about everything you are inquiring when it comes to taking care of your car.

They could have charged me an arm and a leg for labor and parts I didn t need when my car wouldn t start for me but they got it going immediately. They were very courteous and honest. I also recommend the towing service they recommended, Quality Towing in Papillion.

They worked on the 2004 Mustang trying to find out why it was not holding a charge. We started out replacing the original factory alternator ( which it was 18 years old). We thought that was the fix. As it turned out once the car was not driven daily it still was not holding a charge. The next step was to replace the battery. Again as long as the car was driven daily it was not a issue. Months went by without the car being driven and we realized neither one of those were the issue. We took it back to them again and this time they were able to find a issue with one of the amplifiers in the trunk. They again replaced the battery and looked for a fix for the amp. As it turns out the amp is no longer made. Together we made the decision to leave the amp unplugged until we could find a different solution. Bottom line they did not stop until the car was correctly fixed. This last time they did not charge me for any of the work. This was not a easy problem to track down, but they did it and did it with the customer in mind not with how much profit they would make.

They are always very professional and still very friendly. Go above and beyond what you take it in for. If they see or hear something else, they call to ask if want it looked at or fixed. AND most of time can do same day service. Even when no appointment is made, they do their best to work on it or do diagnostics same day.

An experience I hadn t anticipated but because of Jensen s commitment to their customers it was very satisfying. I had used Jensen s Mobile service to fix a flat tire. The experience went well. I then went to Costco to replace the tire and receive a Roadside Hazard replacement credit. Costco claimed that they couldn t remove the spare because of the lug nuts being cross threaded by Jensen s. The third time I have experienced that claim at Costco, coincidence? I called Jensen s and spoke to Mike at the Corporate office and he arranged for a solution at a close by location with Brian being my contact. This could have been a very bad day, but honestly, Brian, Mike and Jensens overall made it .an okay one. Thanks again for your dedication to your customers.

I have taken my cars to Jensen numerous times over the years. They are always courteous and professional. They are great at communicating if they find other repairs that are needed but they do not just come up with things to gouge to the customer. I had taken my car in for an oil change and a minor repair. They contacted me to see if I wanted any of the maintenance items done based on my mileage. Since I had called last minute to get my car in, I hadn t asked for that because it seemed like a lot on a Friday. With my permission, they completed the maintenance in addition to the oil change within a few hours at a fair price. I appreciate that they don t treat me like I am clueless just because I am a woman. I definitely recommend Jensen for any car care needs.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They didn t have my tire in the shop but had it by the time I went to have it changed. They were fast and good price. Will use this in the future for any car needs I have!!

They got me in quickly and we're able toget work done the same day. Everyone I worked with was great and very friendly. The only down side is when I got in my car my stearing wheel, gear shift and glove box were covered in black soot. I went back inside and they came out and cleaned it right away.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Brake service & repair

They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Stayed late. Way above and beyond. These two remembered what customer service is about. I would go back and tell everyone I knew to also. Not sure if these reviews get to corporate or not but these two gentlemen that worked late on 9/20/23 at this location need to be recognized and commended on capturing a life long customer by this simple act. Went in for air in a low tire. Nice mechanics came out checked all my tires - they were over filled except the low one where he pointed out I had a nail!! They fixed that right up for a low cost and I was good to go with all 4 tires at correct PSI! Good job!Service: TiresService: Tires
