Excellent service. New Comfortdrive tires and wheel alignment. Speedy work too! Have gone to Jensen Tire for many years at most of their locations and the service has been excellent.

My 16 year old new driver blew his first tire right outside Jensen today. My oldest son and I came to put a temp tire on and Joe came out to help with stuck lugnuts and ensuring the temp tire was on right free of charge. We ended up just buying a new tire since we were there but Jay and Joe were beyond helpful and nice in the whole process. He's only had his license a week and this scared him a bit and he was updet. They jumped right in and it's 1000% appreciated. They should be recognized for helping a scared new driver and a worried mom!

Tyler was super thorough, easy to talk to, and had great communication. I was able to drop off my truck and get it back in a timely manner, and I ll definitely be coming back to them for future oil changes/tire rotations/whatever may come up. Thanks guys!

I had just picked up a nail and knowing that my tire would soon be flat, I drove straight to Jensen. They patched my tire within :45 minutes at a fair price. Great experience!

They were very professional and polite. Did not charge me anything because they found out that the problem with my truck was due to a recall and told me who to call and talk to about it. Great service

I had a flat tire called Firestone and TO Hass tire and they told me was too busy couldn't get to it till wed. guys at Jensen were great.. got me in fixed and they were busy..Done in 30 min. very pleased. Thanks guys.

Jenses was a life saver as they rushed me in same day to fix car door latches. My wife are from out of town and were visiting our daughter at the NICU, we had to travel back home that night. Im not sure what we would of done without them

They always fit me into the schedule, get the work done fast and I have never been pushed to purchase tires when it wasn't necessary. Their prices have always been very reasonable for what I had done. Although I needed a pair of discontinued tires for my Honda S2K, they found replacements and had them mounted the same afternoon. Great service reps. About a year later (February 2024), I brought my wife s car in due to a slow tire leak. They found a nail and patched the tire. These guys are great. Tyler is the best. Today I was there for the 3rd time in 4 weeks to get air in a tire. He started checking the tire to see if he could readily see what the problem was and there was a nailHe said it could be fixed in about 20 minutes and he had it done in 16!. I'm going on a road trip next month and this is one thing off my list to worry about.Thanks again to Tyler!

I had a bit of an emergency. My 13 y/o son had found a screw in my driver s side back tire and decided to pull it out, which caused it to visibly and audibly leak air fast. This car is so rusty that we can no longer jack it up ourselves to put the spare tire on. I rushed it to Jensen Tire & Auto. They got us right in and put the car on their lift before the tire was completely flat. At my request, they also checked our passenger side front tire, which had had a slow leak (& turned out to have a nail in it). They patched both tires while we waited (maybe an hour?), and only charged me about $24. I was so grateful for their honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. We were completely at their mercy, and I had worried they might try to tell me I needed to buy a whole new set of tires or price gouge us. Nope! This was my first time going to Jensen, but I was very impressed! I won t hesitate to go back, and I plan to tell everyone I know about the great experience I had there today.Another review from 1/26/24:We had a bit of a tire emergency on our daughter s 2002 Audi A4. The back passenger tire was blown out and we couldn t get the tire off so that we could put the spare tire on. The front passenger tire looked dangerously low as well. After a week and a half of unsuccessfully trying to get a tow truck to come tow the car to Jensen s (about a mile away), we finally got it towed over there yesterday morning. Don cleared a space for us first thing that morning and got it in right away. He told us that it needed a new wheel (her wheel was bent), a new tire, and he recommended that we get an alignment done on it. I was really impressed that he had already sourced and priced a matching used wheel for us from Topeka, KS, to help keep our costs low. He told us that that s what he would do for his own daughter, and that the wheel would arrive around the first of next week. Imagine our surprise when he called us the today, *very next morning*, to tell us that our daughter s car was all done and ready to be picked up! We were super impressed! Jensen s has been very good to us over the years, but we were especially grateful for their help and expertise yesterday and today!

When my check engine light came on, I called Jensen Tire, they were able to get my car in quickly. They ran a diagnostic check and called me with the results. Replaced the cooling temp sensor in the radiator. They also found the sway bar was broken and made the repairs and had me back on the road quickly.Would highly recommend them for your service needs!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
