I was having issues with my tire/wheel on my Honda Civic. I called them this morning and they were able to get me in right away to look at my car. I explained my concerns, and dropped it off. I got a call not long after and they told me what was wrong, and fixed it right up for me. Pricing was very affordable as well! My car is running way better and driving way smoother now. I m very satisfied and highly recommend! Thank you Jenson Tire and Auto!

I am so frustrated about the service offeted. I have spent about $900 to fix my car but still having the same issue after I left the shop and had to tow my car back to them. As a result I was told my car will stay overnight. I have to plan uber to get home and one set up in the morning for my kids to go to school. Bad service so far

10/10 recommend. The weather was -5 when I went in with a flat. They had 2 minutes to close on a Friday and insisted on changing my tire even after I told them I would buy it and go. Service is unbeatable. Will for sure go again.

Went in to get 2 new tires and pressure sensors. They were very nice and helpful. They got me back on the road quickly and with a nice set of tires and fixed my low tire pressure light!

Jensen has always been amazing to me and my family as a client. On accasion fixing tires or lights immediately and even free on one occasion. They carry good tires meet or exceed most with competitive pricing or a better deal on a better tire. Ask for options and they'll provide something you'll want today or down the road if you don't listen to suggestions.Thanks- DON LOPER

The Jensen Tire has been servicing my 1995 Wrangler for a few years (oil, brakes). It could use some minor repairs but I never get pressure when I advise I am just here for the Oil Change Specials. Called this business first thing Wednesday morning and they answered all my questions. I dropped my car off around 8:30 or 9am. They called me with what they found and had my car completed around 1pm. Great customer service. Wonderful customer service from time I came in. Came in with a dead battery, was greeted immediately as I came in door. My battery was checked and replaced within 1/2 hour. I was referred to Jensen by another auto service center because they weren't able to help me with my tire rotation. Said I needed extra service that they can't do. Jensen was very helpful and honest. They were able to get the rotation taken care of but they were able to do the job without the extra work. Honest, helpful, and did a great job.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

I called with very high anxiety related to my suv having check engine lights on that I didn t understand I spoke with the Manager Brian not only did he calmed me down but he also got me into the shop within minutes to address the problems. Brain was even working out in the bay with his staff which I haven t seen no one do in a very long time. Also Kegan in the bay was amazing he was working quickly and efficiently to get my car back to me before closing. Thank you Kegan!! And the temperature outside was over a 100 degrees.Thank you Jensen s Auto and Brain you guys are amazing!!!

I had been to other car service centers for the issue with my brakes. I dropped my car off before work at Jensen. Roger reached me later in the day. His explanation and solution were spot on.
