They do great work. It s convenient and easy. Wish they were a little bit more reasonable regarding pricing but it s not far off from other competitors. This location, the mechanics are always honest with you regarding what you need vs being upsold at a dealership. 5/5

Very informative, the technician Jake was very thorough and diagnosed my vehicle correctly the first time. Also Cameron was very polite and kept me informed of the repairs. Same day service, I will definitely be back!

Mike and the team were phenomenal. Despite it being nearly 4 p.m., Jensen rescued me from a couple of miles away when I discovered I'd lost 3 lugnuts and 3 posts. The team had me up and running less than 2 hours later. Considering I live 90 minutes away, I am so grateful. Mike even personally re--torqued everything to assure the job was done right. Jensen's just earned a loyal customer. THANK YOU!!

Went to jensen for a new tire and they were so kind and helpful. When I went to pick up my car it for some reason wouldn't start. It was already past their closing time as I was running late but they stayed late for me. They were willing to put in a new battery for me if the issue was my battery and put in new key fob batteries as well. They were so nice and eventually got my car started without any issues. Definitely worth another trip there.

I brought my old 2006 Ford truck all the way from Arizona to hopefully get it up and running as it had been sitting for years. I took it in to Cameron and crew. He was very professional and courteous. The guys here addressed all my questions and concerns. They kept me well informed and updated along the way. I hadn t driven the truck for years so I was really excited to get behind the wheel again. I would highly recommend these guys and will be taking all my automotive business there from now on. You guys knocked it outta the park for me. Thanks again.

Would highly recommend Mike at Jensen Tire off of 156th and Dodge for any service. We ve been taking our 3 jeeps there for years and he has always been very helpful. Definitely trust him and his crew to get work done at a reasonable price. When I called him with our last issue of a flat tire that actually needed replaced, he made sure that he located one before we got there. Thanks for all you do for us Mike! - BCammarata

Found a bubble on the sidewall of one of my tires. Called Jensen and they did not have it in stock but got it from another store. Installed new time in about 30-45 minutes. Very prompt, courteous and professional.

I was having the worst day today. I was driving and my tire just started leaking air faster than I could drive. I took my car to the nearest tire store which was tire plus. I was quoted an outrageous price for four new tires. I called around and Jensen tire had the best price by far for four new tires ! I asked them how soon they could get me in today as I needed my car for work tomorrow. They said right away. I was so happy with the service. The staff was super friendly and quick. I was very impressed by the service at this location. They have twice looked at and worked on my car when I showed up just two hours before closing. The second time, they were very busy but still were able to fit me in. They honored the warranties from previous work done at other Jensen locations and took the time to explain what they believed to be the issue. I was very impressed with their honesty and service and will definitely be returning to this location when my car needs repairs.

I came in with a nail in one of my tires. They did get me in quickly even without an appointment but then they told me I had a staple in the side wall and they couldn t fix the tire. I knew it was a nail in the tread, I had found it myself. They tried to sell me two new tires for $450. I brought the tire to a different shop and had it fixed with no problems. I will say they did mount my spare on without charging me anything.

Took my 22 F350 Diesel for an oil change, did a great job, fair price and had my truck ready to roll when they said they would! Shop manager is very knowledgeable and followed through with everything he said he would.Overall great experience, less expensive than the dealership and great customer service!I will be back.....Service: Oil change

Took in car same day and got back to me with personalized text to let me know the state of my car and offered a price sheet and explained what they do. i was 4 hours away from home when I had a serious issue with one of my tires. My husband was in the hospital for a surgery and was due to be discharged- and there was no way I could safely drive home. I was under so much stress and I put my trust in Jensen Tire on a whim. I am so glad that I ended up in this shop. Everyone was so nice and they went out of their way to squeeze my repair into their packed schedule. They searched for the specialty part all over the city(my car is an older model and the part is not commonly kept in stock). They had the part delivered and repaired my vehicle in time for me to pick up my husband from the hospital and drive home safely. The manager even sent an employee to pick me up outside of their typical area so I could pick up my repaired vehicle. The men at this shop treated me like family and I am so grateful for their kindness.

Service was great, I am disappointed that a tire I bought three years ago already needed replaced. Over $300 for a tire seems like it should last longer than that, especially when it needed fixed 6 months after it was initially purchased.

Mike the store manager and Cam the service manager are great. They go out of their way to give great customer service and they care about the quality they provide.
