Crooks If the work you take you're car in for is not enough money for them they will tell you. You need other things associated with the work you asked them to do are broke and you also need that fixed. It's a old trick to jack up you're bill up to the amount they are more comfortable with. Took my car to another shop after they done the bill jack up trick and what they said they found was broke was not broke. So I would not trust this shop. If you know nothing about fixing cars they will take advantage of you. They do pick their targets.

Dave and his team were straightforward and honest when quoting a price for changing fluids and filters, and diagnosing a strange suspension noise.They were also able to find replacement front suspension parts for my rare sport sedan quickly, and they all pitched in to get my car done on the same day.I m very pleased with Jensen Service (no relation btw) and will use their services in the future!

I've been taking my vehicles to Jensen Service and Diagnostic for almost 25 years. They are a small family owned business, and do excellent work at fair prices. Multiple times they have saved me money and time with their excellent service and recommendations. They don't try to oversell and expertly explain what items need to be fixed immediately, and what can be addressed within a service appointment or 2. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I ve worked with Mike and Alan directly and couldn t say enough good things. Quick customer service, faster repair, and quality work. Will come back again. Honest and personable employees. 10/10.

I generally in times past fixed my own vehicles but have been looking for a trustworthy place to take vehicles to as I get older and the cars get more complicated. I had them work on my Honda and they were very prompt, fair and they communicate a lot better than many other places I've tried. I'll have them do more work when I need it and I've tried a bunch of places with mediocre results. Jensen delivered, nice place with nice honest folks.

We recently have started taking all our family vehicles to Jensen Service. They have been able to accurately diagnose and identify the root cause of some engine issues we ve experienced that other mechanics weren t able to address. They are honest, hard working, and fairly priced. They have earned repeat business from us going forward.

I just can't say enough good things about Dave and Mike Jensen and their amazing team. A true generational family business with decades of experience (and we've been taking our cars there for a couple of those decades!), these guys are always honest and incredibly thorough. On one occasion, they researched the repair they were doing on my Buick and discovered an old service alert that meant I could possibly get reimbursed for some of the repair. They helped me submit the paperwork and remained available throughout the process until my refund was successfully processed. They didn't have to do that, I already paid them. But that's the kind of personal service and attentiveness you get from them. Highly recommend!

Jensen service fixed my SUV when another repair shop said I needed a new engine. Alan kept me informed every step of the way and ensured I was ok with any repairs and cost. Very honest mechanic with friendly staff.

Let me start off by saying, I am not the type to go out of my way and write a review period. But the experiences I have had with Jensen Service are outstanding and even enjoyable! I know...who says that about their mechanic right...? Finding a good, honest mechanic has been near impossible in my experience. And for those of you that are reading this review I am sure you have as many horror stories as I do... But the horror stories have come to an end.I have been taking my vehicles to Jensen Service for more than 3 years now and I will NEVER take my vehicle to another place. The whole experience from the beginning to end has been outstanding. You feel like family in a sense of the constant communication from Roger up front to the brothers Dave and Mike in back. I have had Jensen do extensive work such as: the whole front end of my truck replaced (I may or may not have drove up a retaining wall in an ice storm last winter:)), to an oil pressure switch installed, an even simple oil changes. The service and experiences have been TOP SHELF every time. So, save yourself the time it will take reading any other reviews or trying to find the right mechanic, because you wont find any place that compares to Jensen Service & Diagnostics.

Our family has used Jensen Service & Diagnostic for several years on our Honda Accords and our Duramax equipped pickup with zero come-backs. I drive my vehicles up to 1200 miles a week for work. I'm always confident in their work when I hit the road after each appointment. They also treat my wife and children with respect when they bring their cars in for work. If you're looking for professionally performed repairs and maintenance in a clean, comfortable environment this family-owned business is worth checking out.

We were recommended by a different mechanic to visit Jensen Service for a big electrical problem our car was having. I am so glad we had them look into it because they were able to find the problem within the day and had it fixed and running like new again that same week. Prices are fair as well! Would recommend these friendly guys and we plan to use them again in the future for any vehicle repairs. It's a huge relief finding a mechanic you can trust! Thank you Jensen Service!

Mike, Dave, and the staff at Jensen Service & Diagnostic are fantastic! I started taking my car to them two years ago, after another car repair shop wasn't able to provide the service I needed for my vehicle. The staff at Jensen Service & Diagnostic are honest, fair, and courteous. I am from a small town in Nebraska and the integrity and customer service that I receive from the staff at shop is the same I would receive in my hometown. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

I've been using Jensen for 10+ years. They shoot you straight and give the best service around. Getting to talk directly to the owners in my book is the best part. They truly care about there customers. Also there front guy Rodger is full of knowledge and I feel like I can ask him anything. I've sent all my friends to them and they get the same service I do.

Jensen Diagnostic is very trustworthy. Our 2011 Toyota Corolla was leaking oil. The dealership said it would cost $2,142 to repair. We sought a second opinion from Jensen Diagnostic. They said it was a minor repair....basically it just needed an oil change for $37. It was completed the same day and hasn't leaked oil since. Jensen saved us more than $2,000! We are very grateful.

Mike and Dave are the BEST!! They are extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused! They have serviced my cars for years, and I have always been pleased with their work. For my money, they are THE "go-to" guys whenever I need work done on my cars. I have highly recommended them to family and friends, and all of them have been pleased as well. NOTE: please do NOT confuse them with Jensen Tires. They are not affiliated with them in any way.

Jensen Service has provided service and repair work on my vehicles for several years. They always diagnose the problem and provide information as to what the repair is going to cost and explain why the repair is needed.If the needed repair is a safety issue, they stress the importance of doing the repair. They do not do unnecessary repairs. They are knowledgeable and do excellent work and use quality repair parts. I have never had to return my vehicle because of poor workmanship.I am very satisfied with their work and plan to continue to use them in the future.

After many bad experiences trying to find an auto shop with good & trust worthy mechanics, I was referred to Jensen Service & Diagnostic. I am happy to say, this business is everything I was looking for. I'll never take my car anywhere else.They're masters. They're professional & serious about their work. They're thorough. Example, when I take my (old) car in for an oil change, they really do check ALL, the fluids. And they give my car a thorough check up. And, to my relief, unlike other auto shops, they dont try to guilt me into unnecessary work. They're prices are reasonable. What a relief, I can finally take my car in to be worked on, with confidence that the mechanics are the best and totally honest! .

If I could give Jensen Service & Diagnostic more than 5 stars I would. I don't usually write reviews, but in this case felt it was absolutely necessary. When I moved to Omaha 8 years ago I had a hard time finding a place to take my car where I didn't feel like I was constantly being up-sold and over-charged. I know nothing about cars, so it was hard for me to know if I was getting taken advantage of or not. I started taking my car here about a year and a half ago. I've had nothing but wonderful service. They are very informative, polite, and not pushy at all. They're always able to get my car in quick and they call me multiple times throughout the process to make sure I know what's going on at all times. As long as I live in Omaha, my husband and I will never take our vehicles to another place. Thank you Jensen!

While just moving to Omaha we needed repairs to our car and since we were recommended to Jensen Service & Diagnostic we mistakenly did not get a second opinion. Our bill came to over $980 and we had a feeling that we may have been overcharged. We discussed the bill with two family member mechanics and also with our old mechanic (who we trusted where we lived previously). All three separately outlined the prices of the parts, labor and claimed we were charged for a service that doesn t need to be done to a new part. There was about a $250 difference. We went back to Jensen Service & Diagnostic to discuss what we felt were overcharges and gave them an opportunity to make things right. We felt crediting us back $250 would be fair.The brothers of Jensen Service & Diagnostic were extremely defensive, unprofessional and claimed everything they put in our car was premium and therefore costs more for parts and labor. They blamed us for moving forward with getting the repairs done when we knew the estimate. Yes, that is our fault for not getting a second opinion, however they took advantage of our lack of knowledge on appropriate costs/charges for parts/labor.We were extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation and since then have heard others speak of their overcharged premium parts/labor.We will never go back.

I have to give the guys a Jensen a giant shout out. My dealer told me my car required a brake job and quoted me $1900. I thought this sounded steep so declined and took the car over to Jensen to get it repaired, knowing it would be less and the job would be done right. To my surprise I receive a call and they told me my car did not required repair for a least another 15,000 miles. Jensen, thank you for your honesty. I will be back in 15,000 miles!

I had a big problem with my BMW's timing chain and variable drive system, and Jensen was able to work with my extended warranty company, keep me apprised of repair status, and complete some very difficult disassembly, reassembly and testing. Hats off to Jensen for their professional and personable approach, they are very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

After having been to another mechanic twice with the problem on my car still not fixed and $500 later, a friend suggested Dave and Mike to me. They were able to fix the problem the first time plus guaranteed their work...this began a love relationship beginning about 20 years ago. Throughout the years "the boys" have always taken care of my vehicle plus the fleet of vehicles for which I was responsible at my employment. They always call with the diagnosis and the exact cost of the repair prior to the repair. I have not once been disappointed in the personal service provided by Mike, Dave and their staff of mechanics. My promise is you won't be disappointed in trusting your vehicle service to "the boys"...our family name for Jensen Service and Diagnostic.

First time customer recently. Had a couple issues with my 2006 Silverado. I had an idea of what the issues where. Roger and me talked about it a bit. The techs put it on the rack and did pressure tests for the other issues. They fixed them. Didn't just throw parts at the issue. No crazy diagnostic fees. Straight forward good service. I'll be back.

Due to a poorly installed battery by another service provider damage was done to belts and other areas of the our cars engine while driving down the interstate rendering it undriveable. Dave arranged for a quick (and courteous!) tow to their shop and quickly fixed the damage so that my son wouldn't be without a vehicle. We are new customers to Jensen Service but will definitely be return customers time and time again because of their EXCELLENT customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for your help and for turning a really bad situation into just a small inconvenience.

I have known Dave for years. No one else works on my vehicle because I trust no one else. I'm always told up front what might price will be and it's definitely always lower then the dealer. They use quality parts and have quality guys. I've never had a single problem with any issue that these guys have worked on ever again.

Took my car in for a fuel pump because my regular mechanic was booked. Came back when it was done to hear that my ball joints need replaced and its going to cost $2000 to replace them. I have a ford excursion. Come to find out, a lady had taken her car in to my regular mechanic and said that Jensen said she needed new ball joints and it would cost $2000 to replace. She owns a Honda Civic. Why would the prices be the same, better yet on the same day. Stop scamming people!!!

I had a 2011 suburban with 110k miles that started making a concerning noise. I took it to a reputable shop that I trust. They gave me an estimate of $3000. Not for a second do I believe this other shop was pulling a fast one, but I believe they just didn't have an alternative solution. I got a second opinion from Jensen Service. OMG!!!! He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it for $200 !!! Now, i cant promise they'll save you thousands on your first visit but they were extremely knowledgeable and now I'll be driving clear across town for all my auto necessities.

I have been taking my cars here since I was a teenager (20+ years and 12 cars) They are thorough at evaluating a car and charge a fair price.Additionally, they found an issue with my 1989 Pontiac that 3 other shops couldn t figure out. One of the engine bolts was gone and when the engine revved the front half lifted up. Eventually the back bolt would have given way and the engine could have made contact or come through the hood. I have always been thankful they found that.Taking a possible new-to-me truck there tomorrow to make sure it is not a lemon.

I was aware my vehicle needed some work from a wheel incident and they were spot-on with the recommendations. Had some other general service suggestions but no hard sell or pushy. My job was quite the project but they had everything done within a couple of days not because of rushing but they know how to delegate the resources to get the job done. I appreciated their continued follow-up on the status and customer service in general. Very pleased with quality of work done and suggestions they had pertaining to my truck pulling a travel trailer.

Mike, Dave and Roger have been servicing our cars for over 25 years.They do a great job of identifying a problem, giving an estimate and getting the work done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price.
