The customer service was excellent and they worked with my work schedule plus gave me a ride home . The car was ready the next morning . Oh yeah it was very cost sufficient

Got a rock chip yesterday on the interstate and the team at Heartland Glass Inc took care of me today! They were quick and very competitively priced! Would absolutely recommend them!

The three guys who came out to install glass in this huge window at my house did such an amazing job! They had great attention to detail and really took the time to make sure everything looked nice. I will be using them again for all my future replacements.

These people are a bunch of rip offs. They did a very poor quality job installing my windshild in my vehicle. They overcharged me for their labor & materials. I cannot beleive it. They did not even install the rubber seal back on. I will never use them ever again. Very poor quality of work!!!Service: Glass installationService: Glass installation

Price was high and I ended up not going there because I was shopping for a window pain. And they didn't give me the full options that I could do they said I only could do one thing you can put plastic in your windows you don't have to do tempered glass.

I was pretty disappointed by my recent purchase from Heartland Glass. I called asking if they would be able to cut a custom piece of glass for a lid on my aquarium. I needed a notch cut out of one side for equipment and gave them the dimensions. The product I received looks like something I attempted in my garage, not cut by a professional glass shop. The notch is not square, with jagged edges and chips in the glass. Not something I want on a display tank full time. I ll use it as a lid for an auto feeder when I m out of town, but it s otherwise not presentable.This is on top of the unprofessionalism I saw for the 5 minutes I was in their shop. I get shop talk, but they could at least filter themselves a bit in front of a customer. They were joking about smoking a bowl and other off color comments with me standing right in front of them.

Had my car broken into. Great and speedy job replacing my front passenger side window. Now,I want to preface this with I don t know if cleanup is an industry standard with auto glass replacement. If I am wrong to have that expectation I will increase my rating. The only issue I have is that there was TONS of glass left everywhere in the car. I had put a towel down on the drivers seat so I, and they, wouldn t sit on a ton of glass. When I got the car back they didn t clean under the towel, even though I told them about the glass under it. Only the front passenger seat and door were somewhat cleared of glass. They offered to clean it up, but I was irritated so I took it to a car wash and cleaned it up myself with their shop vacuums.

I needed a piece of plate glass for the top of my dresser. I gave them the measurements and what kind of edge I wanted and that's what i got.Super nice people and very helpfulThank youAlan

So pleased with everyone's service and attitude! Going local was an obvious choice BUT on top of that, the cost was comparable to other locations I spoke to. They were also able to replace my windshield the next day within an hour's timeframe.

I have been going to Heartland Glass for many years for all of my glass needs. The owner and employees are very courteous and great at what they do. I've never had any problems at all. They get you in and out in a timely manner and are very reasonable on their prices. I will continue to go there, and so should everybody in and around the Omaha area. Awesome job and thank you again for the great service.

I have hired Heartland Glass twice now to repair broken windows on our 114-year old house and garage. This last time we needed a repair, they showed up same day and replaced two glass panes for us within hours of the break. Outstanding service! The guy we work with is really knowledgeable about old windows. I can't say enough good things about them.Services: Glass installation, Window repair

Quality work with quick turnaround time for auto glass replacement. I was able to drop off an pick up the same day. Great value for the high quality of work provided. Recommend for anyone that needs their windshield replaced. Staff was polite and attentive.

Glass doctor quoted me $250 to replace a single pane of glass on a double pane window. Thank the lord I called Heartland Glass. They got it done quickly and for $100. Drop off and pick up was quick and painless. Highly Recommend.

If you care about your vehicle do not use these people. They are not trained professionals at all. My car was damaged in 4 spots from their equipment. They take absolutely no measures to protect your vehicle. When I recommended they place a soft cloth between the equipment and the vehicle to minimize or eliminate damage the guys response was they're just a bunch of knucklehead workers! That's how he described his employees and it shows in their craftsmanship! They did try to make it right by having an upholstery guy fix what he could but I still had visible damage. I discovered the fourth spot later but refuse to go back there again. They run under two names One Stop Glass Shop and Heartland Glass! My next issue is when you pay it's over their phone to some other company so you don't get a receipt from them. I had to call the other company and request they send it to me. Not worth the money or the trouble!!!

The only place in town that was willing to look at my vehicle after being hit by another car without fixing the whole thing. These guys did a great job and I appreciate they were at least willing to look at my vehicle without saying we don't touch any vehicle that has an accident like every other place did.

Do not... I repeat do not take auto work here. This is not an "auto" glass company. This is a glass company that says they do auto glass but really do storm windows and auto glass on the side poorly. They installed my rear window and smeared the adhesive badly.They scratched my window well multiple times. One of the window spacers was exposed through the adhesive. When asked how this happened the response was that this is how it looks and the automakers make windows hard to install.I do not recommend this house window company.

Excellent service and a fantastic price! I had hail damage. They took me to my mom's house to wait for repairs. Did a great job. Everyone was friendly and professional! highly recommended!

Had a small rock chip. In and out in less than a half hour. Nice friendly staff. Refered a friend and she had just as great of an experience as me. Will be back for any of my vehicle's glass needs.

Overall not impressed. I had a couple small chips in my windshield and instead of being able to fix them, they want to sell me a $400 new windshield. West elsewhere, and the chips were fixed and cannot be seen. Will not return

Visited with Dana at the shop and he gave me an estimate and an estimated time when my job would be able to be completed. They removed FOUR floor-to-ceiling mirrors, without ANY major breakage of the FOUR mirrors.Other than the leftover silicon on the wall, you wouldn't be able to tell Heartland Glass was ever here!! The estimate was the final price and we could NOT be any happier. John and his assistant were courteous and cleaned up the slight mess.We will be using them again for our Glass needs!!

I went there twice to get windows repaired, they were very friendly and very helpful! Both times I was able to get my windows repaired (repaned) within a week. I definitely would recommend them.for anyone who needs their windows (NOT the operating system! lol) repaired!

If your looking for decent service and attention to detail, go elsewhere. I had four pieces cut. They were going to call me but never did. I called them and he and said he would call me right back. Never did. When I picked them one was off 3/32. Guy pulls out his tape and says, "No, it's right on." Didn't trust my tape. I took his tape and yup 3/32 too small. He didn't say anything after effectively lying to me. Of the four dimensions, three were off. He says, "must have shaved that off when they did the beveling." Don't you guys cut glass here? Pretty much all you do, right? Can't cut it to 1/32? No response, no apology, no offer (by him) to recut, no accepting of responsibility. Blatant in-your-face lies and deflections.
