Had the best experience buying my new Kia with Sam S. He took the time to go over every feature of the car and every single button and what it did. He answered all questions I had and made it such a pleasant buying experience.

Our sales associate, Zach Wamsat was great to work with through the whole experience. From showing us all the new features the K5 to following up days later to make sure we were happy and asking if we had any questions. My wife and I could tell he takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. We are happy we drove 2 hours do do business with Zach!

Sam was great! He helped me find the right car for me and my family and helped secure us the best financing option to get our monthly payments within our budget. He was always accessible and very friendly. He worked within my schedule and time constraints to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

Hands down the worst service department on the planet. This is the last Kia we ever buy at H&H! Multiple visits to get our car fixed, dirty loaners, our car brought back low on gas and filthy, not to mention when we got our car back this last time the reverse lights were not working. I guess your rules of you are responsible for any damage to the loaner, do not apply to you. Thank you for giving me further insight to your business practices. Next time we will keep our business in Iowa. Thank you for nothing but headaches and disappointment.

I am happy to share that I had a remarkable experience with my Telluride purchase from H&H Kia! Sam S. met me at the door with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable about the Telluride and had answers to all my questions. He continued to diligently follow up on finding me the exact trim I wanted to look at and allowed me to compare the vehicles side by side until I made my favorite choice. I am thrilled to own my new all black X line Telluride!

Shout out to Willie Smith! He did such an awesome job with me and my husband and helping us land the perfect 2024 Kia Telluride, he went above and beyond and listened to us for months before finding the perfect vehicle for us. Zack also helped a ton with the tech stuff and got us familiarized to where we were both comfortable with using the features on the vehicle! Sam Sadiq did such a wonderful job helping us find our new KIA today. He was very busy but found time to work us into his busy day and helped us to find the vehicle we were looking for. He helped us negotiate a purchase price that sealed the deal. Sam is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. This is the second vehicle we have bought with his help and we will definitely be back.

I will never buy another vehicle from H&H Kia again. I was sold a vehicle from here that had a faulty headlight, which breaks the basic safety protocol and should have never been sold without being addressed. We called 3 times and never received a call back so we came into the store to get the problem solved. We were told that they would get everything figured out and fixed for free because it was their mistake and never should have sold a car with a faulty headlight. When they checked it out they found out it wasn't going to be an easy fix and we were told it was going to be a $600+ customer charge. We were lied to and not taken care of. The company only wants the initial sale and then after that they do not care to take care if their customers. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

The sales guy was ok except he definitely was a sales guy. Felt like they judged me by looks and didn't believe that I was serious about buying, being able to buy.....I want what I want and not going to settle when spending over 40k. Bought a 2024 subaru Ascent later that day, subaru dealer was way better atmosphere!! Love my new car!!

Sam assisted me with leasing a 2024 Kia Forte today. He made the process super easy and was very thorough. He was able to answer all my questions and made sure I understood all the information. We chatted about my needs/wants in a new vehicle and he was able to find the perfect fit - in my budget! I appreciated him taking the time to explain all the features and making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish!

My 2015 Kia Soul got a hole in a piston at 99,622 mi. Christian Chevalier was my service advisor. Even though I'm in Michigan, he was able to get a replacement engine on warranty. The whole transaction was done over the phone & by text. I'm extremely grateful for his help.

My wife and I had the best car buying experience at H+H Kia!! We traveled from Kansas city to Nebraska to look at a stinger at another dealership. Well they had pulled the bait and switch with false advertising. Ralph Pope was the best at getting me the car I was looking for. The team at H+H made us feel good about our car buying experience and I will be back to buy my next vehicle. Thanks GUYS!!!!

H + H Kia is by far my favorite dealership. We were hesitant to drive 3 hours to purchase a vehicle but had the best experience with Rob, Sam, Roxy and the person handling the documents. It was a vehicle we found online and the negotiation process over the phone was pretty straightforward. When we arrived the vehicle was ready, test drove it, signed the documents and we were out in 30.H + H Kia definitely put my fears aside when purchasing a vehicle online. They have the best team working for them, great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and respond very quickly to questions. The car was clean with a full tank and the best part about the experience is their willingness to help with questions and prompt response days after I had acquired the vehicle. We loved our experience at H&H! We found our Kia Carnival for a great price and are very pleased with our purchase. Our kids were running around and being pretty noisy, but all the employees were so kind and welcomed the chaos. Our salesman, Aaron, was friendly, informative, and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with the amount paid for our pre-owned vehicle, as well as the amount we received for our trade in. Aaron and our friend in financing were kind enough to stay late so we could finish our paperwork and leave with our new vehicle that same night, and Aaron helped us move over all of our things from our old car into the new one which was so helpful. I very much appreciated the kindness and patience with our kids. Everybody we interacted with loved seeing the kids running around and laughing, and I felt I had their respect and attention even though I was distracted trying to keep the kids in line. Thanks to everyone at H&H for a warm and inviting experience. We LOVE our Kia Carnival and we will definitely be recommending H&H to our friends and family!

My entire experience with H&H and their staff was terrible. It was clearly obvious when we went into look at cars that the salesman needed a sale at the end of the month. I purchased a 2020 Kia sportage. At time of test drive my wife and I specifically asked Mark M if this was the year they were getting broken into his response was no that was earlier years. two months later the car was broken into and I was told by the he police that 2020 is part of the year that had break ins. I was told at the time of purchase it did not have any recalls and come to find out after the break in there was an active recall. The service staff doesn t know what they re doing either I paid for the additional package that covers flat tires, dents, and dings. We got a flat tire- I was told directly from the service guys H&H wouldn t cover the tire. Next we somehow got a ding in the back hatch and again H&H service said they wouldn t cover it. I spoke with Andy and told him I wanted a straight trade due to the poor treatment and deceitful untrustworthy service and salesman, he did not make it right and also didn t repair the ding in the hatch when I was told they would.All in all the experience I went through with H&H was terrible, deceitful, and untrustworthy. I strongly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle. They are poorly trained, unfortunately do not trust their salesman and Andy the manager. I will not be back.

I contacted Marty Myers, General Sales Manager, at this dealership on a Monday about a specific vehicle at a sister H+H site in Papillion. I told him I was very interested in this vehicle, a Jeep, and asked if he could have it brought to the Kia location for me on Thursday for a test drive, as the Kia location is much closer to my house. If the test drive went well, I had every intention of buying this Jeep. It was everything I was looking for. He happily agrees and we arrange to meet Thurs at 6 pm. On Thurs I decide to email him around 1 pm to confirm that the Jeep would be there at 6 pm. Three hours later Marty replies and says his guys went to get it and the battery was dead. When was he going to tell me this had I not reached out to confirm? I guarantee the test drive had slipped his mind and he blew me off. Oh well, Edwards got my sale.

Very happy with our experience at H&H Kia, specifically in working with Willie. He took great care to deal with our questions and VERY knowledgeable as we peppered him with questions about the various trims and features. Even the finance experience was good. Dare I say, we even enjoyed our time signing things with Cody. Definitely would consider this dealership and working with Willie again for our next vehicle.

The service department, especially Brad, went out of their way to get a new controller installed in my 2009 Kia Sportage that was part of a recall. They gave me a loaner for as long as the repair took. Really, really grateful for the excellent service. Everybody treated me like a customer buying a top of the line $$ car.

I haven't Financed a Car in Decades but I Bit the Bullet. I Bought a Certified Used 2020 KIA Soul from the the other day. I could not be Happier with the Car So Far. It was busy when we went in, so we had to wait for a little while but they have a Decent Waiting Area with Drinks an Snacks. The Sales Guy who Helped us, didn't try to sell us anything we weren't interested in. Good Experience. We didn't have an Appointment but when I came in I found the car I wanted. It has everything I need in it. It had One Single Ding on the roof Tiny, so we got $2500 Hail Damage Discount, which made it Affordable for me. An the Factory Warranties Transferred Over. After we finished all the Loan Paperwork, Gave Me the Keys when we were done the Car was Washed an Filled the Gas Tank. I had a Co-signer to Afford the Loan, otherwise I wouldn't of been able to Afford the Loan, the prices were High, they didn't have anything under $250 for me. I took off a Star because But with the 84 month LONG TERM Loan, an Extra Warranty Package. It was only around $80 a month monthly more than I planned on spending a month. Miles was my Sales Associate. $320 a month, with a Co-Singer. We had Great Credit

I had a great experience buying my first van from Diego last week! He was amazing and made the whole process smooth and so easy. I was honestly dreading buying a new car, But with his help it was so fun and relaxed. Exactly how it should be. He even let me test drive the van all the way to my husband s work when he got stuck at work and missed our appointment!! Go see Diego!!!

Chris Risling was very helpful! He wasn t pushy and was very informative. He laid out my options after listening intently, showed me around the lot, and even knew the best route for a comfortable test drive for someone not from Omaha like myself. He was also able to offer an in person price, and had no problem letting me sleep on my decision. I recommend H+H, and Chris of course! Good luck at your new location.
