The name says it all. Best Brake service in the city. The guys down there are friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. They saved me a bunch of money when they very easily could have upsold me on parts. Not to mention they are efficient. I had my vehicle back same day, with no appointment set.You won t regret taking your vehicle here. Guaranteed.

Ok so all the reviews here are not fake, I thought something was wrong with my brakes because I was told at some other place that something is wrong with it. Thankfully there s a honest man that runs this place, he told me it s an alignment problem! He was honest and got my car fixed very fast! Thank you! I ll be here again

My car's brakes have been screeching hard for a week or so. I could not find time to get my car in to get replacements, but I lucked out! I called on Friday, and the gentleman said I could get my car in early Saturday morning then he could get it back to me that afternoon.I dropped my car off, and the gentleman already had notes! About an hour later, I got a call, and he said only my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, and he had a REALLY good price. I was super happy. My brakes came with a lifetime warranty, so I would just need to pay for rotor pads going forward. I was super pleased. We even chatted it up a bit in the shop. He told me about all the car services he has worked out with neighboring shops. It was a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be going back. I'll be recommending this spot to all my friends. Car washes are generally included, and I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT! Sure, it's a small thing, but it's definitely the extra mile. I can't remember the gent's name, but it's on my receipt. My car is too far away from me right now to go grab it. I'll update you later on.

For almost a week my car was squealing horrible and I thought the worst of the worst for my little work car. I called this business near my house to get a quote on breaks and the quote was unbeatable. They were also able to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. They had my vehicle ready within a couple hours and so personable to work with. I have never felt so good from picking up my vehicle from a mechanic shop. This is my go to and my recommendation for anyone else needing any services really!! John was super friendly, extremely understanding, and definitely a great asset to this business! I needed an alignment and they got me in the next day which was awesome. Beyond that though, the service and professionalism was beyond anything I ve ever experienced with a mechanic. Whoever was behind the desk was nice, helped me out and really genuinely cared about taking care of my car and fixing what was wrong.I couldn t recommend this place enough and I won t use any other mechanic in the future except this place.

They don t only do brakes. Neil the manager was great in helping me find out what my car needed. Everyone in the shop was friendly and made me feel respected as a customer.

I stopped in this location today to ask a question about my brakes. While pulling into the driveway I noticed two men looking at me through the garage doors. I went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter to service me. This truly was an example of racial profiling. Please do better!

Manager Neil was very professional. They showed me exactly what needed to be replaced. Did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was in and out within 2 hours. Very good guys. Would highly recommend going here for a brake jobService: BrakesService: Brakes

Came to this place to get my muffler removed.I was in-and-out in no time. The guys are really great to work with.They took care of what I wanted and they had the parts I needed just laying around.Could not be happier with the end result

I was here doing some lighting work for these guys today. In between cars a couple of the guys were helping a homeless man fix his bicycle right next to the garage. It was a very hot day and when I finished my work they sent me off with a couple popsicles. Great guys here and from their other reviews it seems like they also do great work.

I knew I needed a break job, so I did some research and found Guaranteed Breaks. Neil brought me in and did a quick inspection in about 10 minutes. I was surprised when he brought me directly into the garage where my car was and showed me the issues my car had.I really appreciated the fact that he was so transparent with the issues my car was having, especially in the auto industry where it seems that there are so many dishonest people. I am so happy with the work that was done on my Ford Escape. Dan was very friendly, honest and upfront. Going to see him really made me wonder... how many times have other places convinced me to pay for unnecessary work? Dan even wrote a "thank you" note. The price was fair and the project was finished timely.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00. I was gone by 8:25. It's always been as they tell you up front. No surprises & you know that always isn't the case with some places. The guys that work there are always polite & courteous.

I drive an old, much-loved Toyota station wagon, and had no idea who to trust for brake repairs in Omaha. By a stroke of luck I found Guaranteed Brakes online and spoke with Dan Lee over the phone. He arranged a quick, convenient appointment and after just twenty minutes he sat down with me and explained the situation what needed fixing AND WHAT DIDN T. Pure Integrity. It turns out I needed extensive work, but Dan s price was very reasonable and the work was completed in just two hours while I wandered in and out of interesting nearby shops.Odd coincidence: I mentioned to a friend that Guaranteed Brakes would be handling my repairs the following day. The friend laughed and said, Sandy and I have been Dan s customers for decades! I absolutely recommend him, and you have nothing to worry about. You re in good hands. And boy, was he RIGHT! I couldn t be more satisfied. I have 100% CONFIDENCE in Dan Lee and the capable mechanics who work for him.

I was visiting from Minnesota and realized my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced quickly on Christmas Eve. My dad and I tried to do it but one of the bolts was stuck. I called and spoke to Neil at 11AM. He said come down and he would help get the bolt unstuck. I asked if he could just replace it. He told me to come down but he was planning to head home at noon. I showed up at 11:25 and was on my way by 11:50. Very reasonable price and super helpful. I would highly recommend them. Great guys!!!

This place is the best in Omaha. My fiancee and I have taken two vehicles to these guys and they are extremely quick and get the problem fixed for a very reasonable price and we're both students. First time I had rusted brake lines that broke which they fixed that same day. Second time I blew out my brakes driving in the mountains and not only were they quick but my brakes feel excellent.

I d heard about this place for years - how trustworthy the guys are and how reasonably priced. In reality, that s an understatement. They ll tell you absolutely what you need to get done, what can wait, and they quoted me a price that was about 1/8 of the price Firestone quoted me. I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

They are THE best! I called them at 8am to see if there was any openings, spoke with Dan who told me to bring in in 20 minutes. Had new brakes and my car back in less than 2 hrs and paid less than $200 for everything.

This place is AMAZING!!! They aren t just after your money. Dan and his men are great. They won t fix it unless they talk with you first. They do the work in a timely manner. Genuine people and honest. Very hard to find in Omaha!

I am so glad I found Guaranteed Brakes! I have spent so much constantly paying for the labor to replace my "guaranteed' brake pads over the last several years. I can't wait to see how these brakes do. I've had them for a few months now and they're still working fine and I admit, I'm a little hard on brakes.
