We are so thankful for Gino and Trent. We have been going to them for about 10 years. They always give me advise as if it was their car they are repairing. We have a couple teenager drivers and am forever grateful for their advice on when to repair and when it's not worth it. My only fear is telling too many people how awesome they are so I can't get my cars in :). They are a hidden Gem in Omaha!

Kind, honest, and excellent service.I moved to a new state and am dealing with a shady repair shop, and I miss places like Gino's so much.They fix what needs to be fixed, and they charge a reasonable price. It's a small shop, and it gets busy, so yeah you may have to wait a day or two, but it's totally worth it for the fantastic customer service and reliability.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Honest, fair pricing, mechanic you can trust.My wife and I have used Gino's over the last three years and every time I'm pleasantly surprised. My wife has gone here/interacted with them multiple times and they have always been honest and never tried to take advantage of her, same goes for me. They might be slow to answer the phone, but if you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, don't pass up Gino's

Gino and Trent are the best! They are both knowledgeable, honest, and so nice! They are quick to get you in and do a great job every time. Their pricing is fair and very reasonable. I really appreciate that they tell you of upcoming repairs that may need done at your next oil change so you can plan ahead. If something does need fixed more urgently, they always call and discuss to obtain permission prior to doing anything. They are truly incredible, and I highly recommend using them for any of your car needs!

I highly recommend Gino's. We've been taking our cars their for years and have always been satisfied.I never feel like my lack of knowledge about cars is used to upsell me. A need vs a nice to have is always made clear, which we really appreciate.

After leaving Baxters horrid service a friend sent me here. Gino has been nothing but honest and easy going. He gets me in quick and charges fair prices. I ve had several services done on several cars over the past decade or so. Gino and Trent are always honest, do great work, and do their work at a great value, especially compared to chain or dealership mechanics! Trent and Gino are always down-to-Earth, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable with all aspects of their work. Trent had me back on the road in no time right before a big road trip. I highly recommend these guys.

I was thrilled with the service at Gino's Automotive Services!Last Sunday my car died (running fine, oil light on for 2 seconds, engine light on for 2 seconds, sudden death). I had it towed to Gino's on my friend's recommendation and left a message asking for an estimate.I could not have been more impressed. The following morning, Trent and Gino diagnosed the problem (a plastic part had warped, resulting in leakage of coolant, causing my car to overheat) and had it fixed it by the end of the day.While this type of problem can get out of hand and completely fry the engine, It was caught soon enough that they were able to replace the part AND do another small, unrelated repair - ALL for under $175. ($174.54 to be exact).I had taken the car in twice before in Arizona to have other mechanics determine why my coolant/overheat light kept going on and off, seemingly for no reason, and had walked out without any answers. It was a relief to get the problem resolved once and for all and so afford-ably to boot.Everyone at Gino's is personable and patient. They were able to clearly communicate what was going on with my car, how it could be fixed, as well as what the estimated cost would be. I highly recommend Gino's.

Excellent Service!! Gets it right the first time. I've now been bringing my cars here for almost 13 years. Trent and Gino can fix anything and no matter what kind of car we've brought them, it always gets fixed right and I have never been overcharged!

I live out of town, and was referred to Gino's to replace the timing belt and water pump on a Honda Odyssey I'd bought since it was around the right miles to get it done.They quoted me a fair price over the phone, so I had them get started. When the shop called back in just an hour, I got really nervous...Gino told me they opened the timing cover and found that the belts and pump has recently been replaced and from the looks of it; by the Honda dealer so they didn't need to do he work after all.When asking what I owed them, they answered: $10..After happily paying their rate, I included a $90 tip :) I picked up my van, finally met them, and thanked them profusely. Very honorable folks who will treat you right no matter who you are.

My family and I have been coming to Gino s for several years and they re always upfront and honest, quick, and they perform quality work at a reasonable price. We ll continue to go back as long as we re in Omaha!
