I went in to troubleshoot a power issue I was having. My issue ended up being so simple, they told me how to fix it on my own and didn't charge me for the 2 mins it took to test my battery. I luckily already had the part I needed to swap out, and now I'm good to go again. Thanks a bunch!

On 10/20 I called these guys around 1pm because my motorcycle caught a nail in the front tire. They had a front tire and told me they could squeeze me in even with the super short notice. I patch the tire and hop on to rode over and BOOM. My bike shuts off because the negative terminal broke off the battery. A nice guy driving by with a trailer gets me to flywheels and they not only replaced my tire but had a battery for me as well. Absolutely legendary service and certainly saved my behind on very short notice. Also got there around 3pm and they had me done and on the road by 3:50. Great timing even though they were busy.Ps. Their dog is the best part!

I m not one to go write reviews online but all I can say is DONT GO TO FLYWHEEL POWERSPORTS. Absolutely terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend. Jay is very unprofessional and has absolutely no mechanical knowledge what so ever.

The front tire on my wife's scooter went flat. We scoured the Omaha metro area for someone willing to fix the flat tire. Place after place turned us away and recommended someone else. We were getting pretty discouraged until someone recommended Flywheels Powersports. Great customer service. They fixed the flat and in just a matter of hours when I did not even have an appointment. They will be our go to for any issues with the scooter in the future.

These guys are great! I stopped there once back in February with my son to do a little bit of window shopping. We were greeted very politely by Travis who was not only knowledgeable but took time to explain the different motorcycle models they had. Fast forward 4 months I bought my first motorcycle which needed some service done. I decided to take it in and Jay was very upfront and honest about what my motorcycle needed. Every time I've been in there everyone is very polite and I am always asked if I have been helped. The level of professionalism and knowledge is bar none, I would highly recommend them.

Terrible and very rude. Called to talk to Jay about a bike issue I already had and they said they fixed it before I bought it. Since it was doing the same thing again I asked if they have warranty and can see from the miles I didn t ride it again. I was just trying to go there again and get the bike fixed and pay if it s something else or find the issue. I was barely going into details. He said we are not here for free service . He doesn t like to deal with more than 1 person Very rude and angry customer service.Before I buy this bike I went in and talked to Jay if they could fix it since I m buying and they said yes. Well now he was telling me how he doesn t like to talk to 2-3 people about something and it s wasting his time.Definitely will not go here again and do not recommend people wasting their money or time.

Had a cam hole plug and pin blow out on my 96 Vulcan brought it in on a Saturday and that week it was done on Wednesday. Great work and costumer service and the guys are very respectful and friendly. Highly recommend if you need any toys or any toys worked on. Will definitely be going back.

My Vespa had been in and out of various shops over the course of 3 years with an intermittent starting issue nobody had been able to fix (and which left me stranded in a variety of interesting places:)A couple of weeks ago, I had just gotten it back from another place (without a fix) so after 20,000+ miles on the clock, I resigned myself to the fact that it was time to say goodbye to Ol' Blue...that is, until I met up with the team at Flywheels Powersports.Travis and Jay were super helpful from the get-go, asking for a list of things that had already been replaced and explaining how they'd go about diagnosing the issue.Once the scooter was in the shop, they started to look at it almost immediately and made sure to communicate their findings as they went through their inspection which was something I really appreciated.After a couple of hours, they had already determined the issue (bad starter motor) and, after calling me to give me the good news, ordered the part and had my scooter starting and running like new!I can't say enough good things about Travis, Jay and the whole team at Flywheels Powersports. Their courtesy and professionalism were outstanding, they paid attention to the details that others missed and got me back on the road at a reasonable price.Thanks again, guys!

I purchased a dirt bike from this company not quite understanding how not kid friendly it was. I explained to him I want to teach my kid. So that day riding it the second gear kept falling to neutral with that being said when it would do this it would be hard kick back which concerned me. I came back 24hr after purchase explain to them this. They insisted it wasn't happening and that I was just having buyers remorse. Even though I came back with intentions of fixing it. So at that point I had bad feeling I would get stuck with a bad purchase. I asked to return it. They did not work on a price with me even though it was 24hr well you lost $1000 for riding it once. I'll take my loss. But the fight about helmets and rack even though I'm not getting a bike was crazy. I will never purchase anything from here again and implore you to do the same.

I surprised my husband with a bike for Father's Day and wanted to have it inspected, but the Flywheels schedule was packed so I thought I was out of luck. Jay Herzog heard my predicament and he did not miss a beat! He went outside right then, hopped up on the trailer and took time to give the bike a thorough, detailed inspection from top to bottom. He's definitely a professional with years of experience and I highly recommend him for his knowledge and abilities!

We purchased a MSU-800 UTV last year, great price and awesome customer service. I was hesitant about making this type of purchase, but the staff took the time to explain the operation of the vehicle and answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with their mechanical knowledge also. I just recently brought it in for the first service (OLF) and was treated like I was part of their team. Most impressive was their attention they provide to the customer. The negative reviews on this UTV regarding the operations and overheating is FALSE!!!!!!!! My sons and I took this out hunting in the National Forest and had no problems - my kids love it!!!!! Thank you Flywheel staff for such a positive experience.

Belt snapped on my 04 Road King... Not only were these guys attentive to my schedule (I needed back on the road ASAP), but they kept me informed throughout the entire process (when parts came in, estimated hours, turn around time, etc) Highly recommend and I won t be taking my bike or other big boy toys to anyone else. Great selection of new machines. Educated crew throughout. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible. Flywheels = integrity

Customer service and communication is non-existent. If I could rate them with no stars I would. Buying from them was an ok experience however if you need warranty work you will be severely disappointed. Repairs are 30-60 days with no explanation why or what they repaired. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Repairs were only completed once I contacted the manufacturer. All I can say is No Bueno Save urself time and money and buy/service with a reputable dealership.

The service was great, made me feel welcomed and took care of what I needed right away, I live over an hour from their shop and needed a tire swapped on my motorcycle and they took care of it the same day so I wouldn't have too drive all the way back! Definitely will be going back too them in the future

Id give them a zero star if it was available. I dropped off a two bikes at once. I told them it wasnt the fuel pump that was wrong with the first one i had it replaced already. The second bike only needed a clutch lever. They had my bike for 3 weeks then called me and said it was the fuel pump. I picked the bike up and it cut off on me 4 blocks away from their shop. They charged me 500 dollars. The second bike was there a total of 7 weeks they said the part was on back order. They finally called me and said they just bent the other one back into shape the best they could. They said they would check the first bike out again and come pick it up. They never did. I never use my real name on internet so you wont find me on your system.

I went in for same day oil change the mechanic got me in and out very quick. the customer service here is always awesome and you feel comfortable asking any questions without being treated stupid.They went above and beyond. They are a small local shop aiming to please and you can tell they take pleasure in what they do.THANKS GUYS !!! I WILL BE RETURNING AND SENDING ANYONE I KNOW YOUR WAY.

Great customer service is not as common as it used to be and when you experience it it really stands out. The guys at Flywheels Powersports are as good as anyone when it comes to Customer service. I hadn t heard of Flywheels until a couple weeks ago but if you are looking to buy or need repairs I m confident you won t be disappointed.

These guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I am telling you they are the best. The do fantastic work. Prices are very affordable. They helped me to get a few nice things on my CanAm Defender. Parts were there in a flash. The did not up sell me they listen to what I needed and rocked it. The machine runs great and it looks awesome. If you are looking for great service and awesome guys who like to have some fun and take care of the customer . Then go see boys at Flywheel s Powersports.. I RATE THEM A 10 STAR

Took my machine in for a last minute tune up and was instantly treated like a valued customer! I explained to Matt that my plan was to go out of town this weekend and he got started right away with a full inspection of the machine to ensure it was safe to ride.. I highly recommend Flywheel to anybody with with a Off Road vehicle to stop by for any parts or service!! Best in town wheels down!! Thanks again!

What a selection of products! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very good with financing options too! Their service department is reputable and amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Excellent communication and customer service at this new facility. I have been to a lot of power sports suppliers over the years and it takes some panache to really stand out. Matt and crew are running a tight ship with excellent salesman, knowledgeable staff and keen customer service.

Matt is awesome! He sold me a 2012 Cam Am Outlander 800 for a great price about a year ago. He's very helpful and knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something he will find a answer for you.

We took our machine to these gentlemen. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I get back on the road again.. You want to talk about how customer service should be done in the Midwest.. These guys represent that to a T. I was beyond grateful on how these guys treated my family. That I can damn sure promise you that will be going to these gentlemen when we upgrade our MSU.

Just left Flywheels Powersports to get an update on my grandson's 4 wheeler...what a bunch of nice, helpful guys!!! Took their time to explain the details of fixing the problems with our 4 wheeler...feeling very confident with their expertise!!!!!!!!!!!!!
