I'm from Indiana and visiting friends here in Omaha, NE. Went out to my car Friday morning and tire was at half of normal air. Drove straight there and they managed to squeeze me in with their busy morning and had me back on the road within 30 or so minutes. Super friendly and they did a great job! If ever have issues while in this area, I will always go back and use them! Greatly APPRECIATED!

My wife s car needed rear brakes, and we had a bid through our local shop. With a special going on, we receive the same service at a lower price through firestone. George, the service manager specifically, was very accommodating to our schedule and needs an answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Travis is great to work with in the office. Very professional and possesses expertise in advising his clients. Also, Jacob usually takes care of my truck. He is excellent in diagnosing and making the necessary repairs. Love taking my truck to this Firestone store.

The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable about different vehicles and problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They worked really hard to fit me into their schedule too. I also felt the pricing was very reasonable, and I like that they explained everything they were going to do.

I used to use Firestone all the time until I bought a new car. Dealer incentives for free and I just got use to going to the dealer. Battery died and Firestone is literally a block down from where I live. Went in to have them check Battery once I got my car started and they went ahead and took me in. Got new Battery and bracket as there was nothing holding the battery in place. The manager and technicians were super friendly and helpful!!!

I have been a Firestone customer for over 20 years. I recently purchased tires from Discount Tire. I ve had 3 tires blow in 6 months. Horrible experience after another with the last causing my 16 year old to go across 4 lanes of traffic and hit a sign. She is ok but needless to say it scared both her and me terribly. I took my car back to Firestone for new tires afterwards. The staff was so polite and ran tests on the tires. Made sure everything was corrected completely. I will NEVER go away from Firestone again!

The employee I spoke to was polite and friendly, he made sure I was aware of other issues with my vehicle but was not pushy about any of them, which I appreciate because I am replacing my vehicle next spring. My car is in pretty rough shape, so I appreciate that he did not make me feel judged for it. It was a very relaxed, professional, and efficient visit, and I will definitely be coming back.

Travis and the FIRESTONE facility he manages always take the extra step to assure our vehicles are repaired efficiently and quickly. Travis helps us to make important decisions when they are most needed. We always recommend Firestone to everyone we know!

Getting a screw in my tire as I just signed in for a door dashing shift, was a little devastating and a LOT frustrating... I called in, and the person who answered was very calming and very polite. I took my car in and they took care of right away, and it was not that long before closing time. I was in and out in a flash, with no bogus upsales, or lectures on the state of my worn tires. It was so GREAT

Have used Firestone throughout the years with various cars. I ve always had pretty knowledgeable conversations with staff that have been around the block a time or two. I have their lifetime alignment deal which is nice as well.

The Manager Travis personally helped me with maintenance plans for my vehicles and explained everything in great detail. The maintenance was performed flawlessly and I will absolutely keep coming back to this location for great service!

Travis kept me informed if everything going on with my cars repairs. There were some hiccups along the way, but the shop did everything they could to keep cost down and get me back on the road. Thank you!!

They may not be able to diagnose/fix everything, but they are always available and will try to their best ability to do so. Driving a Nissan and not trusting the Nissan dealership with my car anymore, these guys are usually my go-to

Not very impressed. More than once had to go back because they didn't do what we asked them to do in the first place. Also had no issue switching cool to heat for two years but then suddenly they couldn't do it again.

This place lacks self-awareness! I have been going here with two autos for eight years and well over $10,000 in services. From the first visit I set an appointment online using their scheduling tool only to find that "oh, that thing don't sync with our system" they told me they were trying to get that fixed.Every time I set an appointment, someone had to call and tell me that the slot I selected wasn't available and we would reschedule. So, that's the process at this place. Pick a time, set it, and someone will call you to re-set it. Don't plan on your time - you must accommodate theirs.Twice lately, I set an appointment online and didn't receive a call so showed up only to find that they couldn't accommodate my scheduled time. EIGHT YEARS and they haven't gotten scheduling fixed! The last time I showed up for a simple oil change at 7 AM and they couldn't take me in. Never mind that an oil change takes less than 30 minutes and 6-8 techs were just wandering around eating donuts, having coffee and shooting the bull together at 7 AM with no cars in the bays.I'm done! I'm moving to someone who has moved into the new world and accommodates and meets customers where they want to be met. Good riddance Firestone.UPDATE: The response below is clearly a Corporate bot response offered for unfavorable reviews. I have moved on. There is more than one place to get my car cared for and you had many chances to remedy this over eight years. Too little... too late. My review is just a PSA to others.

I was having trouble with the AC in my car. Called and got in the next morning. Spoke with Justin. It was diagnosed and fixed the same day! It was actually less complicated than I thought, and less expensive. First time at this Firestone, actually recommended by 90 and Maple Firestone. I'm glad I was able to do business with them! Justin and his crew were very professional and did a great job!

We have been going to Firestone on 144th and Maple for 15 years. Our entire family does too, because of our referral. Travis and his staff are courteous, professional and ALWAYS fair. Highly recommend.
