I would recommend Don & Ron's CARSTAR for hail/ paint/repair for your car. I was kept informed on status, weekly. Outstanding job to staff from receptionist/ estimator/ followup/ insurance claim/ repair specialists. Keep up the good work!!

They have excellent communication. I was called every week with updates. And my car was perfect when I picked it up. My family has been coming here for years. We have never had a negative experience. I will go to Don and Ron s anytime I need work after an accident. Let s hope that s not too soon

Super experience. A start date was set, got it in the day it was setup for, gave me a done date, and was done with a day to spare. I was nervous about paint matching the existing but it was a perfect match. Everyone I talked with , friendly and very helpful. Will gladly take a vehicle there again if needed. John E.

Very clean efficient facility! All staff were professional and friendly. Communication was timely and accurate. Have worked with these folks in the past. It has always been a good experience! They washed our vehicle, inside and out.

My poor car has gone to them twice but I can t complain about anything! The customer service is definitely 5+ stars. They get the work done in a timely manner and communicate everything efficiently. They made my car look brand new each time.

I was in an accident where a lady decided to make a u-turn in front of me and I had no idea where I was going to take my truck to get it repaired. I started reading reviews of several body shops and I ran across Ron and Don's and boy I am sure glad I did. I had an injury from another accident shortly after that one and hurt my back, these guys did whatever they could to help me out with that and I got my truck back a lot sooner than expected. It was impeccable. Work. The employees especially Darren, was awfully good to me and helped me and I can't say enough about how they treated me. Guarantee you that will be the next place I go if I ever need anything else again. And it would be worth it if you would check into them guys to get some work done because they did very good work. I'm very impressed and thank you guys again!!!

Don and Ron's does excellent work. They went above my expectations. I can tell they take pride in their work. I was so pleased when I got my SUV back. I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle in front of me. Just minor blemishes. However, when I picked up my car it looked like show room quality. The staff is professional from the receptionist to estimations and body care. Don't look any further. I highly recommend Don and Ron's. Thanks for restoring my beautiful car! GMC Acadia 2012

We had a great experience! Probably the only critique I would have is that it took longer than estimated. However, the work they did was absolutely excellent, so worth the wait! From the first time I went for an estimate to the finish everyone was very friendly. They kept me updated. I mostly talked with Gary. He was very informative about the process dealing with insurance companies. They were very quick I got my car back within 5 days of dropping it off and it looks amazing.

Best customer service I've ever received at any car repair shop, they handled my insurance claim quickly and very seamless! They also did a phenomenal job with the body work and it literally looks brand new!!

I needed a new left-side mirror. Don and Ron had best bid. I worked with Gary. Once the work was completed, I was satisfied with the results. If I had a concern is that it seemed to take longer to get the job done. I knew that when they ordered the part the painter was on vacation the following week. When I didn't hear I had to exchange voice mails and emails to finally get the job completed. A better job of keeping the client informed of what was going on would have been appreciated. Didn't impact my rating but did keep it from a fifth star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used them on my first car when I was 16 and their work was superb! Still a fixture in the Ralston 20 years later! Over the years they have updated their processes in the best way! I was in an accident and had front end and driver door damage. The staff at Don & Ron's put me at ease right away. Everyone was very nice. I'd never had an accident nor body work and they explained each step of the process, dealt with the insurance and car rental folks, guiding me through without a hitch. I was called several times, given progress updates and my car was ready right on schedule. I was completely thrilled to see the end result. Perfect, like new AND they cleaned, vacuumed and washed my Jeep! Outstanding service, beautiful work and top notch staff. Thank you very much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

An estimate for repairs. However so much damage progressive totaled it. I know CarStar is an excellent shop to go to for repairs and other items. Great people to work with! Let be them and the shop! We have used them every time we need them! Thanks CarStar!!

This is my second time at Don & Ron s due to a car accident. Every time they are easy to deal with and do an excellent job! They were able to get me in quick and when I picked up my car looked brand new. Was so surprised the cleaned inside and out!
