UPDATE: I have heard from the store manager and they have been extremely helpful & are going to make things right for me. I am updating my review to 5 stars because they truly are going above and beyond to make sure I am happy and my issue is fixed! I appreciate their help & will continue to go to them!Love discount tire, always friendly and fast. However this time when I left, I got home and noticed both hubcaps on my passenger side were broken. I had one small chip on my front cap when I took it in, and when I got my car back home, I noticed the two additional breaks. I waited in store & Nobody ever said anything to me. I do remember them calling someone back to look at my car, but that was it.So I plan to contact the store and have them replace my hubcaps since they are the ones who broke them.Like I said, I love discount tire, but this was extremely disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Connor and the Discount team were when we were stranded in Omaha, trying to get back to Texas, with a flat tire. He was able to find tires for my car (which were an unusual size), get them on and us back on the road within hours. Connor was very personable, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road.

Got me 2 tires at a reasonable cost. Very helpful and did the work on very short notice plus helped me out on another tire. New review another nail in my tire another trip to discount tires. If you don't buy the road hazard with tires your foolish. It's like 25 a tire.

They put new tires on my summer wheels, mounted them, and sent my winter wheels/tires home in bags so as not to mess up the interior (much appreciated). Can't beat the warranty either.

Service was good. Staff members were friendly and courteous. Inspected my tires prior to fixing the problem at hand and gave me details from that. Then showed me the foreign object that was in my tire. Thank you guys!

Having owned a luxury car, I'm used to 'highway robbery'. There's always a premium charge, a different higher pricing. I'm surprised getting a free of service for repairing my punctured tire. My tire was not even bought from this place. Ill definitely come back for my tire needs. It's rare to find this kind of service. Big thank you. They're quick & professional!

Had a bad experience with Discount Tires on 78th Cass. I've been a customer with the company for over 10 plus years. Friday evening I dropped a work van off to get 4 brand new tires and spent well over $900. As a business owner, I expect a big corporation like Discount Tires to have trustworthy people working or even security cameras. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I arrived Saturday morning to Discount Tires about 11:00am to notice all my hand tools, power tools stolen out the back of the van. I never received a call or text saying "My vehicle was ready" which could have prevented this tragic. Just to remind you they left all the electrical wire. Van rides smooth though as I sit on the job site with no tools.

Upon arriving at this location there was a line formed for check-in. The gentleman who greeted me for check-in was very diligent in trying to help me with my tire needs. He gave me the feeling he had specialize knowledge in the field tires and tire tread wear. He had a very courteous professional way about him and met all my expectations. I was going to give Discount Tire a four star rating but once I thought about how the gentleman conducted himself, plus looking me in the eye and shaking my hand I have to give you guys a five star rating. I later found out the employee helping name to be Travis Prinsen. Outstanding job Discount Tire, 5+ stars Travis. Also for those of you who are not aware of it they do offer wheels and tire packages as many different varieties of wheel accessories.

Love discount tires. They are so knowledgeable and tires and what best suits your vehicle for the price range you want to pay. I love that they offer providing air in tires at no charge this service alone helps entice customers to step in for additional services. The service the crew provides is outstanding, the prices beat their competitors hands down. That first encounter at the air station or service counter sets the tone for the whole experience. Would highly recommend.

If you need tires, this is the place to go. The staff here are very dedicated, to get you back on the road with great quality tires. They also do FREE air checks on tires. They also replace windshield wipers.Connor and Ty are rockstars, their service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a coupon to get an alignment on my car, since they do not do alignments. Thank you, Discount Tires, for getting me back on the road.

I can't say thank you enough! During last weeks snow and cold temperatures, the two front tires on my car went flat and would not hold air. It was impossible to get a tow at the time. The towing companies were extremely busy. Thankfully, this happened in my driveway. I finally got a hold of a towing company that was scheduled to get my car in the morning. They did not show. I called discount tires and had to cancel my appointment for that day. I got another scheduled towing a few days later, and they didn't show. I had to call discount tires once again and cancel. At that moment, I was going to give up on a tow and figure out what to do next. I decided to keep trying for a tow on Saturday. No luck. I called discount tire and told them that I didn't know when I was going to be able to get my car in. During all of this, I had been talking to Ty at discount tires. Each time I had to cancel the appointments, he was very understanding and was really working with me on this. Four new tires were in the waiting to be put on my car for over a week. While on the phone with Ty on Saturday, he told me that he would see what he could do to get me a tow. Not too long after I got off the phone with him, Arrow towing called me and put me on their waiting list. I started seeing some hope for my car! That day, my car was towed to discount tires. It was towed later in the day and they were closing in a few hours. I was just happy that my car was finally there. I was ok with waiting until Monday to get tires put on. But Ty had other plans....he told me that he would stay late and get my car taken care of! He did just that! He got all 4 tires replaced and, by my surprise, delivered my car to my home! I just can't say thank you enough to Ty and all those that helped him that night! I was on the verge of just giving up until the snow was gone. But he never gave up!!!! Thanks a million times over Ty!! I appreciate all that you did for me!!

If your looking for new wheels or tires, I highly recommend this place! I went in Saturday to get some pricing and Ty is the gentleman that helped me! He went above and beyond and assisted me with all my questions. He even brought a tire out to my truck to give me a visual. Ty had quoted me 3-5 business days for my items to come in but I ended up getting a call the morning of Tuesday that my items were in! I was blown away at how quick they came in. When my husband went to install my tires/wheels we had found that we were given the incorrect lug nuts, I did contact discount tire and spoke with Ty and he resolved my issue quickly and installed the correct lug nuts himself! I can't thank discount tire enough and especially Ty for truly an amazing experience!! I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Prior to today, my boyfriend and I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Discount Tire location. When we went to pick the car up we noticed someone had popped the sunroof open. This sunroof had been sealed shut due to leaking issues in the past, and since the car was only there for a tire repair we didn t know it would be necessary to disclose to them to not try to open the sunroof. When my boyfriend asked why they opened it they just responded that it must have opened on its own and that there is nothing they can do about it. The lack of ownership is very disappointing and this location has lost our trust, respect, and future business. Do better.

I had a great experience w Thomas and crew today. Though I was late (about 20 minutes) to my appt then where able to get me in. I watched how well Thomas coached the rest of the crew and ensured they did things right ( he wasn't aware I was watching which makes it even more impressive). No cussing. No frustratikn or anger towards the new guys. I'm very pleased.

Great place, Discount Tire 78th & Cass, Lou at Brakes Plus sent me. I need to thank him again.Riley did the writeup , gathering all my information , he then said it should be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. I had been dealing with a front end vibration over 40 mph. 3 trips to my ex-tire company just a run around. Discount rotated 2 tires (directional tread ) and balanced all 4 wheels. Just like Riley said my truck was ready 55 minutes later. I think I found a short stretch of I-80 were 90 mph was okay, still NO vibration!!Again thank you to Lou at Brakes Plus 3907 N 90th St for getting my problem solved. The guy at Tommy's said "get a real mechanic" to check my problem when all I needed was a REAL tire shop.Another 5 stars to Brakes Plus & 5 stars to Discount Tire !

Alex my mechanic was very pleasant to deal with and FAST!Ill be coming back just because of him.I had a great experience.Thank you Discount Tire.Got a patch for free and back on the road inside 15 mins, my last shop charged for this service and took over an hour.These guys are good! =)

It was time to swap out my winter tires for a new set of summer tires. I jumped on the site and picked out a set of highly rated tires. Scheduled the appointment and was in and out in just a little over an hour.BUT after driving around for a few hours I realized I d made a HUGE mistake on my tire selection. The vehicle felt extremely unstable at road speed and down right terrifying during...spirited driving.I returned to the store later that day thinking I was going to be eating this, now used, set of $1,300 tires. After speaking to one of the gents at the counter and explaining my situation he knowledgeably walked me through significant differences between the OE tires and the ones I had purchased.Like I said, this was my fault and my poor choices and I was expecting to eat the cost, if not the whole cost at least some restock and use fees.In the end, all I paid was the difference between the tires I originally purchased and ones I should have bought to begin with.Everything was painless and extremely professional. I just picked my car up and it once again drives and handles just like it did they day I picked it up from the dealership.It s so rare that you have an extraordinary customer service experience these days, ESPECIALLY when you as the customer, were clearly wrong.I ll be back in a few months for my new set of winter tires. Thanks again guys.

Best place to get a new or repaired tired. So quick and with all the traffic and business of dodge, they are beyond efficient and honest. Conner took care of my Kia today and this is the 3rd time I ve been back because of how nice and trustworthy these guys are. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

We had a blowout on our fifth wheel RV tire. We were on I-80, 13 mins from this store. I called and talked to Nolan, very professional. We put on our spare and he took great care of us when we arrived. They replaced the blowout and inspected the rest in quick time. Thanks to this store and the techs we were back on the road and feeling safe again.

A roofing nail punctured our car tire, and I took the car to Discount Tire on 78th & Cass St. because of good reviews I read online. They fixed and re-mounted the damaged tire, checked the inflation level of all tires, and re-balanced the tires - and they did it all for FREE! In addition, they were very friendly and professional, and they repaired the tire in just a couple hours even though I did not have an appointment (and they appeared to be very busy that day). I highly recommend them.
