Terrible staff at this location currently. They will screw up your wheels your sensors and tell you it s normal when changing tires.Completely incompetent management Problems multiple times at this location in the last couple months. Management is not accountable, lies, and will absolutely rip you off.I feel sorry for people who don t know better between lies and bad workmanship You will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed !

I have purchased numerous sets of tires for my cars over the years from DiscountTires. I recently took one of my cars in for a tire rotation (which is supposed to be free given I originally purchased the tires from Discount Tires). They first conducted their initial inspection and came back in to the lobby to tell me I needed new tires and that they wouldn't rotate them. I said I don't need or want new tires and that I just wanted a tire rotation today. They refused so I left very frustrated. I don't understand why they would not rotate the tires. Felt like a shake down to buy new tires. Take a look at the pictures of the four tires. Lots of tread left on them. After all the business I've given them over the years I felt very unappreciated and treated poorly. Too bad for them.

I purchased new tires and rims for my daughter s car Nov 22, I asked for her old tires and rims back. When we picked up her car they put the old ones in my trunk. When we took them out of the car, we were missing the caps to the rims, lugnuts and the key. I called the store the next day they were open, Nov 24th and was told they were all cracked and they threw them away, said to come in and they would order new ones. I loaded one into my car and drove the 20 mins to the store. Once I was helped I was then told they don t make the rims anymore and was offered a $100 credit off the $1,800 I just purchased (which I never received) I was not ok with this. I waited for the Manager who came over and said I hear you are wanting your cracked caps back. First of all, where is the evidence they were cracked and why did nobody tell us this when picking up? After a while he made some calls and the rims are still being sold. He ordered new caps which I picked up today, Dec 1st. There were no screws to attach to the rim. He said it wouldn t be a problem to get it at any store. I left and went to Lowe s located next to them and purchased many different sizes of screws, none of them fit.The manager said he was able to locate one (of four) of the caps to show me it was cracked. Looking at it, seems to me as it would still work. Basically, after two trips to the store (20 mins each way) and taking time off work, I still don t have my daughter s old rims and tires back to normal. This has been a very frustrating process. This is my first time going to Discount Tire. Not sure if I ll use them in the future but would not recommend this location.**Update.. they also returned my old tires with the valves missing.

They were very busy so I had to wait but they had amazing customer service. I swing in to have my tires checked because I have problems with many self service air machines around town. After my tires deflated from an automated machine, I m going to come here even if I have to wait 10 minutes.Also, bought 4 new big truck tires for my son and they did awesome! I didn t feel stupid as some places make women feel or taken advantage of because I got a great price!

They dinged my door handle to the point of having no paint left. When I approached Nathen B he was apologetic and said it would be taken care of. When claims called they told us that Nathen had told them not to pay for it because they never touched that door. I m not sure how they would have gotten 21 inch rims and tires out without opening the back door. They refuse to take any responsibility even with proof that it was not there prior to the service. Not to mention who unloads wheels and tires in the bay. I will never be going back.

I asked them to repair a tire for me this morning. The person checked the date on the tire and told me it was illegal to repair a tire that old. I checked Google and found that there is no federal or any state law that makes it illegal to repair a tire of any age. If that s their company policy, that s fine, but don t lie to me. If they lie about repairing a tire, what else do they lie about?

(Updated review).The manager Jay called me to explain what happened after the fact about Steve and the incident. Explaining that Steve was a combat vet with some personal stuff going on in his life. Any vet can have another chance in my eyes hence the update from 1 star to 4 star. Still not happy to see what i saw but completely understandable.The manager Steve screamed and cursed at an employee firing him on the spot for forgetting to replace my spare tire. Mistakes happen and I m not a fan of how the employee was treated. Everyone else was very friendly and nice. The experience was great until that happened.

we have all 4 of our vehicles handled here. good prices, easy online appointments and orders with quick turnaround on appointments. also good with fixing our flats.

I can t say enough good things about discount tire. They have patched multiple tires for me and when patching wasn t an option they got me a new tire for the best rate and matched price. Just this morning I had a screw in my tire. I brought it over to them, he met me outside took a look and got it right in the service bay. It was early in the morning so my wait time was only 15 minutes. It was the easiest experience ever. I will always recommend them. They do the right thing and take care of people. Thanks to all at this location. Please pass along my gratitude!

I've purchased around 8 sets of tires from here and always had good service. Sometimes, they tell people what they don't want to hear about their tires, but I know tires, and they are honest.

Went in at 10:30 and was told it would be done by 12. The car was done at 11:15. They were slammed and got it done fast! The employee who helped me was very helpful to show me the different tire options.

I'm usually the angry old man; this place is great! I had a tire a tire go flat; replaced with spare and took it in. They repaired for FREE and put everything (spare) back away tidy. They'd also done this for my daughter earlier in the year. They didn't even try the "sir, all your tires are getting low on tread, can I get you into these X tires today?" GREAT business model to gain trust. I will definitely be back to replace my tires when they're due - even if I have to pay a little more. Highly recommend.UPDATE: For the second time in 2 years I had a flat on my car. I called about 4:45 to see if I could get in for a repair; they totally hooked me up! I arrived at 5:10; they just asked that I be back before they closed at 6pm. They got me in, fixed my tire, and I was on my way FREE - AGAIN! I need new tires this year and will definitely go back to them to support their great service. (And yes, I'm normally angry but these guys are great)

If putting people on hold for 10 minutes with the expectation of that customer hanging up and going elsewhere with their business is the idea, then the business plan this discount tire has is working perfectly. On to the next shop I go. Might wanna get that little problem figured out.

I had a tire blow out on Wednesday driving home from work. Discount tire off 185th and Wright St was able to get the tire I needed by Friday. I requested if possible to get in on Thursday. I received a call from Jay saying he could get me in at 2:30. They checked me in at 2:45 and I had the car back by 3:05. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and great service!

Used to love this place. Took my truck in for new tires today and staff was very rude. Brought my own tires in to get mounted and they charge $50 a tire. What a joke.

Recently visited Discount Tire to get air in my dually tires. Service was super quick and friendly, recommendations were spot on, and everything was done correctly. I would absolutely return!

This store saved me from a huge accident tires where separating awesome and friendly staff recommend for profession service and I was in and out balanced all 4 tires and replaced the one within 20 minutes

Discount Tire is the perfect model of customer service and support. Jay was extremely helpful and gave me a break after a breakdown with my trailer tires outside of Omaha. If only everybody could replicate this attitude, they would have repeat business continually.

This location and all the locations have always been top notch. The complimentary services they offer are the best in the business. Tire rotation and tire fix are always complimentary. They have a great selection of tires in stock and match competitor prices. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They always accommodate if you can make it before close. Great place for tires and service.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and offered advice and info without being pushy with sales. I stopped in without an appointment to have my tire treads checked and I was right at the line of possibly needing new ones. The guy was honest and said I could wait or get them, it was up to me. They had a sale going the weekend so I went ahead and did it. Because I didn't have an appointment, he warned it could take up to 3 hours. However, they had it done in 90 min. I've been there before for tire leaks/nails and they always fix it fast (and don't even charge for those). Glad to have this store nearby and will continue to go there for any tire needs!

This is the only tire shop I will use. From Cheyenne to Omaha to San Antonio, they have always provided excellent service and their pricing is extremely fair. These folks beat all other competitors hands down, including Sam's Club, Costco and all other big box stores. They will earn your respect and your business.

They were very helpful for my first time ever having to change a rim and got it done fast when they were busy. Good prices and thanks to the people that took the time to put my spare back in the trunk latched and all. 10 out of 10 service!

Had great experiences in the past, but I went in for a tire patch a couple weeks back (leak is not in the sidewall), and the service advisor immediately voiced concerns about the job. The car I brought in has hub-centric spacers, not free floating, so in terms of policy, that was fine, and the wheel and tire size was the same as stock from Audi. He was about to finally check me in after clearing that stuff up, but went back out to "check one more thing" and came back stating that the wheels and tires were bigger than stock, so he couldn't do it, which is false, as I pointed out when the trim level he listed was incorrect. He then stated that the load index of 97 on my tires was too low for my 4000 pound car, which is entirely false, but it was clear he just didn't want the work, so I left. If you aren't wanting to or aren't comfortable doing the work, just tell me! Don't tell white lies expecting me to not know or care what you're talking about. Especially considering your own site recommends the exact same 97 load index tires that I'm running

I came in to get a set of drag tires for my E36. Initially the BF Goodrich G-force R1 s that were going to be mounted had been discovered to be 10 years old. They immediately made the situation right and overnighted me a set of Toyo Proxes RR s and took care of me the next day. Super hard workers, knowledgeable staff, and great customer service.

Hands down best place to go. Great service quick too. By time we got home from dropping my car off it was ready to be picked up. Should have waited. Thank you guys keep up the great service and I will keep coming back. Thank goodness I had the warranty on my tires. They could not figure out why my tire was flat so replaced it with a new tire.

Needed tires asap. Called a few places and they were days if not a week or two before they could get me in. Called discount tires at 11:30 on a wednesday and by 2:30 they had replaced the two tires I needed for a reasonable price. Solid!

Today August 5, 2023 I brought in one trailer tire that needed replaced at 10 AM, had to call them at 3:30 to make sure it was ready, it was. Upon arrival, they mounted the wrong tire and then waited 10 minutes for mount of correct tire, but was then given trailer tire. That was not balanced, I don t know what s going on here, but someone needs more attention to detail.
