Estimate took 3+ weeks. Car left open for more than a month while other cars were being painted in the area. Paint residue everywhere. Interior of the car will forever smell like paint so my children can't ride in it any longer. Alignment is off. No updates unless I called and then got every excuse possible. 100% would not recommend and will never use them again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SUPER DISGUSTING THE WORK , NOTHING PROFESSIONAL, THEY UNDERESTIMATE PEOPLE FOR NOT SPEAKING THE LANGUAGE, TERRIBLE AT EVERYTHING LOOK THE PCITURES...THEY DAMAGED OTHER PARTS OF MY CAR WHICH THEY LATER DENIED IT,THEY LEFT THE TAPESTRY ALL DIRTY,THEY JUSTIFIED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN CRASHED PREVIOUSLY AND THEY USED GLUE AND FINALLY ENDED UP USING THE SAME GLUE IN OTHER PARTS

It was the worst experience,what happened to my car was vandalism,and they told mi it was a crash and I have the photos of evidence,for me it is not a good place

These guys are so kind. My headlights bulbs needed to be installed. No other shop wanted to help me that day even when I was ready to pay. These guys jumped right in and helped me. So kind and so supportive. This if the place I Will be taking my car in from now on.

I was hit by another driver, they rear ended me going 35-40 mph while I was at a dead stop. The damage was extensive to say the least. Their insurance covered everything. Inter-Tech was wonderful. When I dropped off my car, a rental car from enterprise was there for me to use while my car was being repaired. When I brought the rental back, they have a special spot to park the rental which is monitored by a camera so if damage occurs after you return the vehicle, it is on camera. The staff was friendly, professional and wonderful with answering any questions that I had. The whole back end of my car needed to be replaced, and it only took them two weeks to get parts in, painted and my car put back together. They were always responsive when I called to check on the status of my car, and they even cleaned the inside of my car for me! I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to friends and family for repair work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This place was recommended by our insurance company after we were rear ended on feb 16th. On February 18th, I dropped my vehicle off. Brenda was very welcoming as well as the blue eyed gentleman that sits across from her (sorry I forgot your name). They got me taken care of immediately. Car was dropped off, rental was delivered, papers were signed in about 45 mins. Blue eyes went over the car damage with me and was very thorough on how the process worked. Today on February 25th I recieved a call from Brenda saying my car was ready I WAS SHOCKED. So speedy. I picked up my car an hour later. BEAUTIFUL AS EVER!! Like nothing ever happened. Service was excellent. Thank you for all you do/did in such a timely manner as we epected at least 2 weeks if no longer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing experience at this location (Ralston). Brent talked me through everything and kept me updated the entire time my car was in the shop. He was so patient and knowledgeable when answering all of my (many) questions. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, informative and professional. The work done on my car was impeccable inside and out. I am very grateful for this easy and quick experience!!

Very friendly, welcoming staff. I had received misinformation from a third party and Brent patiently and clearly explained the process for getting my car fixed. Getting a rental was quick and easy. Brent made the arrangements and a rental arrived with very little wait time. My car looks great on the outside AND on the inside!

Super friendly and informative staff. Sent text offer call updates every day. Finished a day early. Good paint job and replaced parts and headlight well.However, they didn't test all the car's lights as when I was about to leave and used my turn signal, it blinked far too quickly. After investigation, turned out they'd burnt out the other headlight. They then pulled the car back in and fixed that but then I noticed the small orange light next to the headlight that was burned was also not working. They didn't bother to try to fix that when I pointed it out. I left. Probably wouldn't recommend or use again.

My customer service experience working with the Geico rep was great and the actual repair work was done and looks like new. That being said I am giving 3 stars because the inside of my car was not cleaned up after repair work was completed. The biggest issue was the black goo that was all over the seats and on places on the outside of the car as well. The last thing I expected was to have to detail my own car!

Sadly, our family has had to use Inter-Tech multiple times over the years. They have always been professional and done fantastic work on all of the automobiles and our SUV. One of the things I like about Inter-Tech is that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I was able to find out that they back it up when I found out a water leak was occurring around the tail light from a repair that have been done. I had rust in the rear quarter panel and the jack was totally rusted. I brought it in. They inspected it. They fixed it like new. Even the tire jack was like new. I was very impressed. A lot of people talk about a lifetime warranty, but want to comes down to it it s the lifetime of their choosing. Your tech actually stands behind their work 100%.

Took over a week to just look at my car. Received an estimate of about 6,000 to fix my car but after they had it for about 1 & � weeks they called me and said it was going to be 14,000 to fix it. I understand an estimate is just that an estimate or guess but the price doubled and it took them over a week to even tell me that.

Initially I had a good experience with the Ralston location for an Insurance repair. Fast forward 3 months later after having my car inspected done by the wind storm in July, and they discovered that there was unfinished repairs to the vehicle underneath. My experience with Crash Champions was absolutely amazing!! Jayce was so friendly and helpful as he explained the process as well as what I was to expect. I felt confident that I was in good hands. I got my car back sooner than I expected and it was beautifully cleaned and all the damages were no longer to be seen. Intertech Collision in Ralston was professional from start to finish. This location was very close to where I live. They were able to get my car in when it was convenient to me. They followed all the Covid protocols. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, they were there to meet me. They even offered to help me transfer everything from the rental car to my own car. When I saw my car......I was thrilled! They had washed it, vacuumed the interior and dusted everything inside!! I was extremely happy with Intertech in Ralston, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Intertech!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible service, they took my truck and told me 4 days. It was a small dent on my passenger side of my truck. They had my truck for 6 days. I called and asked what is taking so long, they told me that they haven't even touched my truck and that the guy who messes with that type of work is out of town. Poor communication and poor work. Found dents and dings on my truck that wasn't there before. Not to mention that when I picked up the truck I only had 20 miles til empty. I had well over a hundred miles til empty. What a joke of a place to get any work done.

Brought my car in for some repairs after an accident and they did a phenomenal job. Also, they cleaned the front inside of my car, it was like getting a brand new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'm not one for reviews but I am so impressed with the body work these guys did on my Ford Edge. Someone keyed my car from front to back and after their work you couldn't even tell. They also cleaned it so it looked brand new when I picked it up! Great customer service also! Thank you!

I was in a accident, my insurance company is partnered with inter-tech so I figured it will be easier with a insurance adjuster at the location. Well it wasn't the best idea, the customer service was good and the people who work there were nice and understanding. The shop had my truck for about 25 days which is understandable due to what happened to the truck, but seems like a long time when I found out how bad the work was. When I got the truck back the hood was about a half inch higher than the fender on the driver side and even with the fender on the passenger side. There was a spot by the back window where you could still see where the primer was applied and there wasn't any topcoat so all you could see was grey primer. The front bumper was out of adjustment and didnt even look good, then to top it off the passenger side inner door handle was not hooked up you could not open the door from the inside only the outside. I ended up having my neighbor who is in the body repair business help me realign the bumper and hood. I was shocked that a body shop that I have heard nothing but good things about would let something like this out their door. But you live and learn and I learned to never take anything to inter-tech no matter how simple it may seem.

My vehicle was towed and I was told it was going to this location, and when i called to check, they weren't able to locate it, but they did the awesome legwork to check if it went to a different location. (It was not, but this was not their fault, my car was located finally.). Super nice, very helpful and professional, they were excellent with this stressful situation.
