As women I have developed major anxiety when it comes to fixing things on my car. I have been treated very poorly at many different auto shops. The service here was exceptionally great. They were so kind and transparent about the work my car needed to have done. It's nice to know they are there the next time I need to get something fixed on my car. Thank you for your hard work.

Christian Brothers might be the only mechanic I've ever been to that didn't try to upsell me on anything. I had some grinding on my brakes, and knew that they needed to be replaced soon. The technician informed me that there was simply some rust build-up and got it taken care of free of charge! They didn't try to upsell me on brakes or anything else. They were also super kind, and very informative about everything going on. I will definitely be coming back when it's time to get those brakes replaced!

Amazing first time working with you! Very thorough and love the pics of my issues and pics after repairs. There are a LOT of shady places that take advantage and do not complete the repairs that the customer pays for, so this is appreciated! The team is awesome! They worked hard to get my parts same day, get them installed, and get me back on the road . I was blown away that they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. There are a lot of auto repair places closer to home for me, but your outstanding service makes it well worth the drive. Christian Brothers has been the best automotive shop I've ever been to. I've been a customer with them since 2018 and it doesn't matter what my vehicle needs are, they always have my best interest in mind. They are the hardest working crew you'll ever meet, and you'll be blown away by the superior customer service they provide. I feel blessed to have a Christian Brothers close to me; I have grown to consider the crew family and I love that. Thank you for everything you do for me. I greatly appreciate it!

I was told by another mechanic that my back brakes were instilled incorrectly i thought christian brothers would be professional enough to honor the mistake. Boy was i wrong. they wouldnt even take the caliper off to see where the problem was, said it was gonna cost me 75.00 to do that. I have to pay for you to look at a mistake you made? they send you bongus pictures to make it look like they have checked your car over but when i asked where the picture was for the brake in question they didnt have a picture of that. Why not? they told me not only would it cost me 75.00, id have to to back through the line and wait until my car could be looked at again. The GM chris said hed call the mechanic after Nick said he wouldnt. in the mean time i picked my car up because i needed it for work the next day and couldnt wait for it go to into line again. Chris told the mechanic it doesnt really matter anymore because she picked up her car. what so problem just goes away? im telling you you want a simple procedure like putting on brakes done incorrectly and rude people wont cant own up to a mistake then this is your place. if you want an honest guy who knows is stuff then go to cartech.Your response is so funny. shows what lengths youll go to to tell the world a bunch of lies. If you gave me pictures of the brake in question where is the left inner brake pad with product number and pin on it? post it for everyone to see. why didnt you take off the caliper like my mechanic and i asked u to do? to see the problem? its not about the wear of the brakes , i never said there was anything wrong with that! what would my mechanic be getting out of telling me they were installed incorrectly? he knows me no better than you do. anyways this place is a waste of my time. more people will see your true colors they just havent had to encounter that side of you yet. your a wolf in sheeps clothing.

I had an awesome experience with this shop for my oil change today. They have exceed my expectations! In addition, Chris and Barry were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this place!

November 2022 I had a Car Max warranty preformed at this location. I had to have the catalytic converter replaced. Less than a year later my check engine light came on. I had checked at Midas, and Hyundai dealer, both confirmed it was the converter. Now today. I am out of warranty by 5,000 miles. Im not complaining about the warranty. But the fact is less than a year later I have to have the catalytic converter replaced again!? This is an expensive repair.sure, the customer service is great, but if you can't get the job right the first time, your customer service means nothing.Service: Exhaust

5/20/21 I would like to give a shot out to employee Chris! He was very friendly and persistent on making sure all my needs and wants were met. All the staff seem to be very helpful and attentive to customers walking in while I was waiting on my vehicle.

I do not always do reviews, which I should but this service is unbelievable and the staff deserve to be recognized. In this day and age, technology is important and I like it but I am glad it was not exchanged for quality customer service. I purchased a new car in November and was having my father drive my older car until they replace theirs. When I got into it recently I knew it did not sound right and that it needed an oil change. I scheduled the oil change (with a live person- yes, I am somewhat old school) but i know they offer online reservations also. I also explained to them the issue and asked them to check it out. I arrived at 7AM (I love that I can drop off the car before I head to work) and they gave me a courtesy ride (which is a great feature). They promptly called me later and sent me a text that I could see the video and other diagnostic. Gary called me and explained to me what they found and what the video represents (very nice feature) and he gave me some options and what needed to be fixed. He also helped to prioritize giving me the chance to save on something that could be done in the near future but not immediately. They gave me the estimate, I agreed. They worked on my vehicle and was ready to go the same day! I also asked them about possibly getting new tires and they even offered to drive the car over to discount tire (close by) so that I did not have to pick it up and drive it there. That's great customer service! The service you receive is excellent. They are honest and value all of the customers. I was also pleased to see that the manager was helping people get checked in etc. which is rare sometimes instead of just sitting in the back. In a society where excellent work does not always get praised, I wanted to make sure they and everyone else knew how pleasant they made it, even though car repairs are never fun. I also received this note in the mail and could not believe how nice this is. It really made me feel like a valued customer and looked handwritten and personalized. Technology is great (which this organization has) but personal service does say a lot about a company. This company has won my continued business definitely. Please share this information with your employees. They all did a wonderful job helping guide someone who knows nothing about cars through repairs and was honest while doing it. Customer for life! I would not take my cars any place now! If you need repairs or service, go to Christian Brothers Automotive. THANK YOU!

Was referred here by CarMax for some repairs on my newly purchased car. From the time I stepped in door till I got the car back I could tell we were in good hands. Very knowledgeable, amazing when it comes to explaining things, friendly all around awesome people. Thanks for making us safe on the road and completing the work in a very timely manner. I will continue to tell all about your company and the amazing service. *Updating* after my daughters car was fixed my car was giving me issues and so I took it to these amazing people and an arm and leg later due to big repairs my baby is on the road 1000% safe and all issues fixed. I have been coming to CBA for over a year now for all of my cars' needs. This is my first vehicle and safe to say it was nerve racking to choose a mechanic that would be the best fit for me. A year later I can confidently say CBA offers the BEST service and delivers on peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. Their communication is fantastic and their work is high quality. I willingly drive across Omaha in order to visit their location and it is worth the 30 min drive. They offer pictures and estimates with all cases which puts my mind at rest knowing what the final cost of my repairs might be. They also offer a CBA warranty which is fantastic! Highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive, specifically the NW Omaha location! Not only is it awesome that this business shares my values, they also provide great service and everyone is kind and honest. I have had to take my Subaru outback in for multiple issues in the past year (I now have 160,000 miles on it so a lot of things were just wearing out), including some pricey fixes like a new transmission. CBA has been honest about my best options and always doing their best to get my car back to me quickly because I am a mom of 3 little kids to tote around. Specifically in the past couple of months I have needed to take my car in for a few different "check engine light" issues. The most recent time there was a noise issue because a belt that CBA had replaced as part of a fix a couple of weeks prior was not sized properly. They replaced it under their warranty and I had my oil changed. When I picked up my car, they WAVED my synthetic oil change fee!! I was so surprised I didn't know what to do other than awkwardly say thank you and then cry when I got home! I have never experienced this level of service at a large chain or dealership so thank you CBA for going above and beyond!Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I always get my oil changed with them, they only offer the best oil, period. They offer courtesy inspections with detailed descriptions, quotes, and pictures.I always recommend Christian Brothers especially for people who need to use their exclusive Shuttle system free of charge. Have to work? Just drop off your car and they will take you to work, and bring you back to your car!Service: Oil change

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Excellent mechanic work. Have an older 2006 Lexus sedan in great body shape that needed several updates to replace A/C hoses, tune-up, some repairs under hood. Now averaging nearly 27 mpg again, air is cold and runs as well as it did when new.

I went from 5 stars to 0 actually! For the past 2 years since I got my Honda Odyssey Christian Bros. had been replacing my alternator and battery every 5 -6 Mos. Today I am told that since they are no longer under Car Max warranty they can't do the work without charging me an arm and a leg when the original issue obviously was never completely fixed in the first place because why did I have to come here 5 plus times for same exact concern and if it was something else why was it not diagnosed then so that the warranty company could fix it.Christian Bros. just tried to shun me away with no accountability and now I'm left stuck to find someone else to fix the same issue with my car that they had supposedly fixed! This makes me super angry as a consumer and I will never ever recommend them to get your car fixed because they won't fix it correctly if you have a warranty and then guarantee fixture once you can pay out of pocket. Its Jenky business and I am filing a report with all the consumer boards and appropriate regulatory authorities!! Shame on them!

I took my Wrangler in because of a check engine light. It took about 6 weeks to get the part in, but they got me fixed up again.I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. They earned a long term customer here. I can't say enough good things about them! Very honest and very fair!

Scheduled an alignment. When I went to shop was told that they didn't have my appointment even after the confirmation email. Was told an alignment would take 3-4 hours! Alignments take 1 hour tops! To top it off the wanted to "inspect" my car before they would even consider aligning it! Never have I ever been treated with disrespect even at other shops.

****Please be very cautious before you let them work on your vehicle.**** My girlfriends SUV had a bad transmission, so we had her SUV towed there and wanted a quote to replace it. They quoted her $7800.00 to replace the transmission and $300.00 to program the transmission. When I found out how much the quote was, I called down there and talked to the manager. He informed me that the transmission was not new it was a rebuild, he also had on the quote that the battery was bad, which was $254.00, and the brake fluid needed replaced which was 132.00, which was funny because we had just replaced the brakes and rotors. After talking to him we chose to go to another Automotive Service company. We had the transmission replaced for $5600.00. They also checked the battery, and it was ok.If you are not very mechanically inclined, please get a 2nd opinion these guys are crooks.
