Chelsea McDonald is phenomenal! Some of the best customer service I ve ever received in my life. From the moment I got there until my car was fixed she went above and beyond my expectations! Constant contact with phone calls or text to update me on my vehicle. Calling the dealership where I had the car worked on previously. Certified Transmission should make her the official trainer for all staff. I will always go back to her and this location. Top notch service all the way around. I literally got my car back less than 24 hours I was completely blown away by that! Thank you so much for everything you did!Service: Transmission

I am currently employed at certified transmission. I feel I have finally found a place to call home. They treat their employees as a person not a number which makes me feel I am part of something worthwhile and have a purpose of being an intricate part of it. I truly appreciate them giving me a chance to become that part. Highly recommend researching them.

Kept me updated throughout the whole process of what needed done and when it would be finished both via phone calls and text messages. Great and honest communication. Superior work from their seasoned technicians is why my mechanic recommended Certified Transmission. They did what they said they would do and we're on time...even during a snowstorm! 5 Stars!

Certified Transmission replaced my car's transmission after it gave out, and after they worked on it, my car is operating smoothly now. They were quick, friendly, and professional. They also had excellent communication skills, explaining everything wrong with the car and what they intended to do to it. They diagnosed it promptly, and fixed it in only three days. I highly recommend Certified Transmission if you find yourself in transmission trouble.

Mike is a very genuine guy. I talked to him over the phone and he had me tow it there. when the dealership shooed me away and after dealing with the warranty company and 4 transmission from them he was blown away that they would no longer warranty their transmission (lkq). Him and his team got me back on the road with confidence in a transmission with some upgraded parts. I am very satisfied with my experience and his knowledge. Thank you Mike

Gave us the best price in the state from everyone we talked to they price matched them and did a much better job. They helped arrange a more affordable and helpful tow service and they also got a new transmission in our car in 5 days because on the 7th day we were leaving town and everyone else told us they d be 3-5 weeks. Amazing service and very nice people!

Mike called to let me know what was needed and quoted a price. He gave me an estimate at that time as to how long he thought it might take for the repair. He kept me updated through the process so I didn t have to wonder if my car was going to be 3 more days or 5. Always upbeat when talking with me. Transmissions are a big expense, however, Mike made it bearable.Service: Transmission

Mike was super helpful. I thought my car had a transmission issue when it was something with the engine. He recommended location and drove my car over which saved me hours in my day. Additionally, he answered all my questions, was never pushy and always professional. Will definitely be going back here if I do ever need transmission work done

Called Mike on 75th and Pacific for some advice / help about a transmission issue with my wife's car. He was absolutely the right guy to talk to. He took time to hear me out and understand my questions and explain everything to me perfectly. He was honest and advise was subperb. He took care of our issue with the utmost importance. I came into town for a concert and my clutch went out as soon as I got to my hotel. Other mechanics were scheduling out a clutch replacement 1-2 weeks, which would ve meant I would be away from my family and work for that amount of time. Mike at Certified did everything in his power to get me back on the road and back home to my toddler within 2 days! They were very communicative, helpful, and polite. My experience with Certified Transmission @75th & Pacific was great in every way. A clean, pleasant facility. Customer service provided by Mike & Greg was wonderful. I m an older woman & they took their time to explain to me what was going on with my transmission and what they were going to do about it. Before they give you your car back, this place test drives it themselves to make sure it s running smoothly! Cost very reasonable, too.
