This Certified Transmission location is the best (110th and Emmet). The guys at the front are professional, polite, efficient, and very helpful. They explain everything in detail and help prioritize services if needed. The mechanics are also professional and knowledgeable and will try identify strange sounds either by client description or by driving with client. They are all easy to talk to and full of humor. I highly recommend them!

Took my car in to get in to get serviced. They where professional and very polite and gave me a very good understanding of what they where doing to my car as I am a very picky person when it comes to where I get my car worked on I would recommend this place to anyone I know. They did an awesome job. Thank you guys

Great shop! Had a major repair, rear differential. Took in on a Mon, had my truck back by Wed. Fast service and top notch work at a fair price. And they called back a week after service to make sure everything was working as it should. Much appreciated!

Nobody likes expensive car repairs. Finding a business you can trust, and respect is a nice change. Communication was open, and I never felt like I was in the dark. Of course, overwhelmed at the expense, but appreciative at the honest communication and work. I do recommend them, as honesty and quality go hand and hand here.

Had my car towed in thinking it had a transmission problem. When they ran diagnostics on it they found it was a throttle body issue, they didn t charge me and Ben gave me a list of shops that would take care of me. Their open line of communication and friendliness helped relieve what was an otherwise very stressful time.

We worked with both Ben and Matt at the front desk. Both were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The repair was much faster than expected as well, so credit to the tech(s) that worked on it.They understand that getting the transmission replaced is never a fun process. Never at any point did I feel we were being scammed out of our money with ridiculous service charges or anything. I did call around to other shops and their prices are very competitive.We felt we could definitely trust everyone at this location with our car and business. Thanks guys!Service: Transmission

Our car broke down unexpectedly while we were visiting family in Omaha; we live in Iowa 4 hours away. They helped us with the warranty company and were AMAZING at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop, even from 4 hours away! I highly recommend them for your car needs, Matt especially!

I appreciate the willingness to work with us and our warranty company. This was a long process as the car was tempormental at best to begin with and would only show an issue at higher speeds for an extended period of time. Certifiesd worked diligently with us each time we brought the car in. Thanks to all.

Not impressed with the blue springs location. Looks like I'll be having them replace my transmission on my Ford F150 for the 3rd time now. Beyond ridiculous. It hasn't even been a yr. The first transmission they put in, only lasted 4months! The problem has been the same issue with the 2 they have put in and I get it back after the second time (2 weeks ago) and it's doing the same thing the others were doing. When it Downshifts, coming to a stop, from 1- 3rd gear it will jerk . Like if you tapped your foot on the brakes real fast. Starts out mild but day by day seems to get worse. Find it hard to believe that 3 transmissions have all had the same thing go wrong with them... .. idk what they are doing but something is off and they aren't telling me the truth .......that's what I I believe. They have put 2 transmissions in already and looks like they're going to have to replace the 2nd one too cause it's doing the same thing. Coincidence???? Lol

I just recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban LT 1500 & had no idea that my transmission would go out on me in a few days of purchasing it. I had a great experience at certified transmission. They walked me through every step of the repair, gave me an accurate estimate of the cost before I brought my vehicle in and repaired it very quickly. Fair pricing and outstanding service. Highly recommend. Matt was very helpful.

The front desk was very helpful in getting our concerns addressed, from how long it would take to possible additional costs. CT was on time, scheduled us quickly and completed in the estimated time. Ben and the rest of the staff treated us with such kindness in a very stressful moment. They determined that they weren't able to help with my son's car's issue (coolant leak), but Ben called a recommended shop that could, and they topped off the car with coolant so we could drive the car to get it fixed. Bottom line was they were kind and helpful to us when we were desperate. THANK YOU!

Started having clutch issues driving into Omaha on a cross country road trip and the folks at Certified Transmission very kindly squeezed us in for an inspection right away. Earlier in the day we had been quoted a huge bill by another shop to inspect the car and have the clutch kit replaced without any comprehensive assessment. The folks at Certified Transmission were super sympathetic to our situation and did a free assessment of our car and determined how to get us back on the road that day - they saved us from doing a huge unnecessary repair! We can t thank them enough for their kind and professional service! The people of Omaha are lucky to have such a great repair shop in town. Thank you!

100% positive experience!! My wife and I were on a road trip from MN to CO for a family reunion, when our SUV lost power...just as we were passing through Omaha. Worse, it was 5 pm on a Sunday night. I limped it to a hotel, then called Certified Transmission bright and early Monday, fearing the worst. But Matt and Ben very kindly worked us in for a diagnostic that very morning, and discovered it was a simple problem (fluid overfill) that was causing the trouble. We cancelled a rental car just in the nick of time, and were back on the road that afternoon. Matt & Ben were extremely helpful, and MANY THANKS to the technician who figured it out and fixed it. After that, we drove all the way to Colorado, up and down mountain passes, and all the way back without a hitch. 10 star review.~Mark
