The team at Central Body did a great job and after an accident, working with them was a great experience. They absolutely SAID what they would do and they DID it. Austin worked hard on my behalf with the insurance company to get the job done RIGHT. He also kept me informed as the work progressed. The final result is our 2019 Newmar Dutchstar 4369 (hit by a semi in the front) looks and works as good as new. Attached are pictures of the damage, during repair, and final result. I would be happy to discuss the details with any potential customer of Central Body. Central Body is 100% Awesome! Full service shop that goes above and beyond. They communicated as progress was made on my car and were very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their service to anyone. My car looks amazing and is in even better shape than it was before the accident. We took our motorhome to Central Body for some maintenance and a repair of a little fender bender. From the very beginning Brittani was amazing!! She made sure our insurance claim was approved and kept in great communication with me throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, straight forward and made me perfectly comfortable through the entire repair! Very accommodating and professional! When we picked up Austin checked us out and was also very professional and friendly!! They had everything ready to go when we got there. It was such a great experience! I have been to other places and hands down Central Body is the best! If you re ever in need give Brittani and the Central Body team a call. You will be so glad you did. Thank you all so much for taking time and energy to treat us so well!!

Central Body came highly recommended by a friend . I'm very glad I chose them to handle my repairs. They handled insurance claim for me and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on. Brittney is a joy to work with. When picking up my 5th wheel, one of the techs even went up on the roof to tighten down a loose awning bracket for me which had nothing to do with the damage they were handling. They also helped me secure parts for the side I was handling repairs on myself. They went above and beyond expectations in every way!

Having spent several days reaching out to different trailer companies for axle repairs to my ATV trailer, only to hear a lack of interest or it would be six weeks before they can look at it. I contacted Central Body Company, they said bring it in following day, Brittani and Darrel looked at the problem and said I think we can solve this, within five minutes they were working on it and correcting the problem much to my satisfaction and appreciation. They even offered where to find additional parts if needed, kudos and many thanks to this very fine company who are very customer oriented.

I will never take our 5th wheel to a dealership again. Central Body has outstanding customer service, the in depth walk around the RV was insight to the amount of care they take to fulfill their customer needs. They truly took the time to understand our specific repairs and went above and beyond with the explanation of what would be needed to fix our 5th wheel. After the repairs were complete the final walk around and explaination of all work completed was remarkable. Questions were welcome and they didn't make us feel as though we were rushed. The professionalism, kindness and prompt repair of our 5th Wheel has made us a customer for life.Thank you Central Body stay amazing!

I would not recommend Central Body Co for any body work. We had them so-called fix our RV after we had a tire blow-out. If you're expecting as good as new or just as good as it was before the incident, forget that. You're better off trying to fix it yourself. We were told the original matching part was no longer available for our camper but, the part they have is pretty close, only a slight difference. Which is not true after I started reaching the parts myself. They just did not look to see that there are 2 versions of the part available for the camper. Instead they just forge ahead and put on the first part they got on altering the one side of the camper, leaving it up to us to fix or match up the other side now that fixed side was altered. They seemed more concern with getting the job done and out the door than doing the job right. They even skipped fixing the hole in the bottom of the underbody floor hoping I guess I would not look. Very disappointing and poor workmanship. As you can see in pixs, before and after the fix, the trim does not match and this is an almost new RV. And we still have the hole in the underside of the body, not fixed! Now we have one side looking one way (not matching) and the other looking the original way as it came from the factory.Service: Body & Trim

We were on vacation and this was the only shop around able and willing to get us in and allow us up drop off the trailer to take a look. We worked with Brittani G and she was amazing with communication and letting us know what was going on and what to expect. She worked extremely hard to meet our deadline to get the parts and repair it before our next big trip!!! 10/10 would recommend this shop!!!

We had a blow out on our 41 foot 5th wheel. There was extensive damage including body damage, hydraulic lines, electrical wiring, and a bent axle. Our insurance company dragged out the process but Brittani, their service writer, did an unbelievable job staying on top of things, and keeping us informed all the way. They got the work done, even with parts delays, before the insurance company was done.The work is right up there with what I would expect. They were very thorough, and our home on wheels looks like nothing happened.IN ADDITION!!! and this is important. We did not have to wait months to get a scheduled time. They did the estimate and started the process in 2 days. That is unheard of in RV repair.I cannot say enough good things about the overall service we got at Central Body in Gretna.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

I live in Kansas City so why do I drive all the way up to Omaha to get work done on my RV? As a Class A RV owner for 20 years the most frustrating and scary part is finding a place you can trust to work on your coach, that s why I drive up to Central Body to get my work done. My relationship started in Kansas City with the body shop (formerly KC Custom Body) they do ALL the body repair I need Omaha does all my mechanical work. From the owner Matt, my contact Austin and every individual I ve had contact with they are totally customer focused. I get a call at least once a week to update me on the progress and they meet or improve the delivery commitment every time. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The other great thing, they have capacity they get you in within days or a week or two at the most. No more we can get you in I m 2-3 months.

We needed some repairs done to our RV and saw Central Body while driving down the highway. The facility looked large enough to be a reputable shop. From the first call we made until we picked it up, the customer service has been top-notch. We worked with Brittani Glup from the beginning. She was very personable, kept us updated on progress, and genuinely enjoyed her job. She even gave us a tour of the shop when we dropped it off. If it s superior service you are looking for then Central Body Company is the place you want to for your RV service. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly people who genuinely cared about us and our RV. The office personnel as well as the professionals servicing RV, parking our unit. We went over the issue with our RV and their game plan. We were told we would be called once the repairs needed were quoted and done. When we left that day we were so impressed and still are at pick up. We won t take our RV anywhere else now. We can t thank you enough Central Body! Look no further.

Needed a repair quickly and the team at Central Body Company got me in, worked with the warranty company, and got the repairs done in a week. Probably not the norm regarding timing and very much appreciated.

I have used Central Body twice for my RV. Both times included insurance claim and maintenance work. They are outstanding. Central Body is able to get the work done quickly and with great quality. They will always be the first place I take my RV for service/maintenance.

I would highly recommend this shop, Brittani was fabulous, they listened to us walked through everything, completed the repairs quickly. Professional team, from their customer service to their mechanics. They kept us in the loop on where they were at in fixing our camper and sent pictures. It is tough to find decent repair shops for campers LOOK no further this is your place for quality work at fair prices they also work with your extended warranty companies and insurance companies.Service: Body & Trim

We had an excellent experience working with Central Body Company. Our 2004 RoadTrek Popular needed a new windshield and hood paint job. We dropped it off on a Wednesday evening, and it was completed, ahead of predicted, by the following Wednesday. The new paint and windshield look fantastic. The people there were professional and friendly to work with. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

This was an extensive collision repair effort to my 40 ft fifth wheel. The camper was rear ended by a car going 35 mph. Damage to the back cap, ladder, cameras, and even the rear axial was extensive. The quality of their work was excellent. Best of all, they completed the repairs 2 months ahead of schedule. It's clear Central Body specializes in this kind of work. Austin, and his gang are amazing! I have had my Isuzu box truck over there on a couple of occasions. One was for a box repair that the insurance company told be would be too expensive to repair and totaled the truck. Central Body got it back together in a short turn around for a reasonable price. Some businesses just KNOW what they re doing. Central Body is one of those businesses. We brought our camper in for some work prior to selling. Brittany and the staff were awesome.. no only was the work done perfectly, they even provided a lead that got the camper sold! Like I said, some businesses just know what they re doing and you ll find it at Central Body.

Very happy with the service I received.I had them level my 5th wheel to my truck by adding 2" lift blocks and when they had my camper I had them repack and check the wheel bearings.I received great communication through email and they had it ready a few days early.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

We can not say enough about Central Body! Brittani was amazing to work with! She kept us in the loop with every step of process. She knew we needed our living quarters horse trailer back ASAP and even with the short window of time Brittani and her team went above and beyond and got us back on the road! Ours was an insurance claim and their team dealt with the insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly! There were a few hiccups with getting parts but once again Brittani kept us in the loop the whole way! We would recommend taking your trailer to them! It was well worth the drive!! I love this place! It was recommended to me by a neighbor and I can see why. I took my RV in for an apparent electrical problem, which, as a newbie to the RV world, meant I was a freaking out a bit. The Service Manager, Austin Sommeria, gave it a look and pointed out the problem (user error). Knowing I was a novice, he could have taken advantage of it and charged me an arm and a leg instead of pointing out the problem on the spot. It's great to find an honorable business--I will definitely use Central Body for all my RV requirements from now on.Service: Electrical

Absolutely fantastic company! Had an issue with the sway bar coming loose on a recent cross-country trip. Googled RV repair in my area and came upon Central Body. I called (4:30 PM mind you) and was told that the closest CBC branch would call me back. Expecting the all-too-often no call back...I was not confident. Bob called me back from the Gretna location in minutes!!! I explained the situation and was asked if I could be at their shop at 8:30 the following AM. I pulled in to the Gretna Branch promptly at 8:30 and was met by Bob in the parking lot before I could even reach the office...Fantastic. Along with himself, Bob showed our issue to three technicians. Long story short...within 2 hours our repair was professionally done and for a very reasonable price. All of this wonderful customer service without an appointment.Bob...you and your crew saved our trip...MANY THANKSDo yourself a favor and use this company for RV repairs. I had an odd situation with a repair on the inside of my camper. It would have taken a lot of removal and the addition of panels. Central Body figured out a much cheaper work around and it turned out great.
