Central Body is Amazing and does top-notch work. They went above and beyond returning my car to me in better shape then it was before the accident. They did all of the work with the insurance company and had great communication with me throughout the repair process. Thank you for all of your hard work Wesley and team, keep up the good work. It is good to find a reputable service shop that can actually take care of your RV needs and care about you. Wesley is a stand-up guy who gets things done. 3 years ago, I had my 1999 class C sportsman serviced there, and was very pleased with the service. So I called this year so I could get my brakes serviced but I was told they don't work on RV's that old. I was kind of shocked because it's a Ford Super duty. If this is so, you should update your website. Now I have to look elsewhere, which is not easy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Hard to rate. My vehicle has been in their shop since Dec 11th waiting on a part. Would you be a happy customer? We have zero recourse and they won't even try to get a non OEM replacement part, so we're just screwed.Update 3/15Management personally called me and provided not only an update but multiple courses if action in an attempt to remedy the situation (GM no longer makes the airbags and has no delivery date) reached out to my insurance company to explore totalling my vehicle and currently still waiting for an answer. As I type, GM called them and is delivering the part. Because of persistence and their relationship with GM, I now have a status and way forward. Well done team!

Beyond satisfied with the work done on my car. Shop did a good job of keeping me updated and answering when I called to ask questions, although they never really called me to update. Besides that, couldn t recommend more.

We have used Central Body for necessary repairs to our motorhome for several years and have been very impressed by their knowledge, attitude and experience. We have learned more from them about our rig and were treated so much better by them than we had been by the dealer we purchased the rig from. Sad to say that upon the death of my husband I made the difficult decision to sell the rig. Once again, I turned to Central Body to handle that overwhelming task for me, confident that they would treat me as well as they always had in the past!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone at Central Body Company was great to work with, especially Randy. He was very knowledgeable and even made what could have been a painful experience fun. This is the second time I've sought services from Central Body Company and both times I've had outstanding service and repair. This time I had me RV body repaired from where I scrapped against something. I also had a slide cable break and needed that fixed. Working with insurance companies is always a pain but Austin was on top of repeatedly trying to contact them and get the claim resolved successfully. I'm a member Good Sam Extended Warranty and was using that to pay for the slide cable. I messed up and didn't contact them prior to authorizing this repair. Austin went above and beyond calling Good Sam. emailing them pictures and the invoice. Situation resolved. My Good Sam check is in the mail! I've also had the pleasure of talking to Kristy at the front desk to answer questions, authorize work to be done, and arrange me getting my payment completed. She is very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by Central Body Company. They were very accommodating the moment I walked in their door. Matt was very straight forward with his estimate on the damage to my RAM 1500. I had a few additional damages to my truck which were noticed by his team after I dropped it off. Matt proceeded to call me in to the shop to take a look, and listed out my options on fixing a crack in my front bumper. He ensured me that everything would be fixed and looking new. To which he kept his word. Judy ensured I had a rental vehicle taken care of within minutes of setting up a date to bring in my truck. Overall, Central made my experience completely stress free. They do a wonderful job and I HIGHLY recommend Central to anyone in the area.

I strongly recommend Central Body Company for your auto body repairs. I collected five estimates and did my research before I chose a body shop for my car. The estimate was competitive and I appreciated Matt's honest and upfront communication about repairing my car. Matt worked with my insurance company seamlessly and his crew did top-notch work to repair my car. It looks like new and was even detailed before I picked it up. I appreciated being able to drive away in a freshly cleaned car after my repair. The staff is professional and friendly from the front of the house to the back of the house. Lastly, Matt loaned me a car to drive, free-of-charge, while my car was in the shop. This is an impressive, locally run, family business; they are honest and hard-working people that will take care of you and your property.

At Central Body Company, prices are competitive, and they do fantastic work! I have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have done on my vehicles. The best part of my experience is the Customer Service. Matt & Bill are honest, personable, and easy to work with. They do everything they can to make not having your car for awhile as painless as possible. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Best of Omaha for sure!! :)

Stacy went out of her way to get my estimate done is more than a timely manner, she also took the time to find me a rental sooner than my insurance company could without me asking! I will be back for any of my auto body needs!

Central Body shop is amazing. From their amazing customer service to their skills with cars. Matt, the president of the shop, helped me with understanding things that I had no idea about. He was very kind, as well as his receptionist. They did amazing work on my car, which was totaled. It doesn't even look like anything happened to my car. I highly recommend Central Body Shop for collision repairs. 5-star rating!

Recently, I was hit from behind while waiting at a 4-way stop. The other person's insurance (Travelers) handled things, almost TOO eager from the first contact to write me a check and be done with me, which had me skeptical of how this would play-out and that almost did become an issue. But Matt and his expert staff juggled my repairs, the rental car, and the insurance company all very well.I had used Central Body before for a small self-pay job on this same car, and was very impressed that time - so had no question about returning. This is a 1999 Toyota so some would wonder why I'd bother to fix it, but we love that little car, and it is in almost perfect condition. Matt appears to understand my attachment!! Apparently the bumper that Travelers Insurance had located for the repair came with damage and had to be returned,so the repair took half a day longer than Traveler's adjuster had estimated, increasing the rental car costs, which in turn generated a really snarky email from Travelers insurance to me about how I now would have to pay for that rental car. But Matt and Judy handled everything, I did not have to pay a dime.When all was done, they arranged for the pick-up of the rental car, all I had to do was show up and drive my car out of the garage. The car looks GREAT, and was done on schedule for me.If every business would take a lesson from Matt and his staff at Central Auto, my life would be so much easier! Someone backed into my car so I contacted Central Body Co for the repairs through the other person's insurance company. They made everything so easy! This was the first time i've dealt with car repairs and they went above and beyond expectations. They handled everything with the insurance company and getting me a rental vehicle. All I had to do was show up. Then when I got my car back it was spotless inside and out and they gave me a little bottle of touch up paint for my car! Not to mention that the staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely go back to them for any future repairs!
