Chris literally saved us!! We were in Omaha from Saint Louis for soccer and my car's shock broke away from the car. He got us in first thing on a SATURDAY! He not only fixed it same day, but explained everything! He was very honest and reasonable! I honestly can not thank him enough for fixing our car and giving me peace of mind!!!

I trust Chris w/my 1984 Jeep. Prices are about average for West Omaha, works relatively quick & knows his stuff. He's fun to talk to about cars, when he has a minute. He got done (installing a nice carburetor) what I couldn't. I also went back for a reoccurring door problem I was having. I'd had that door fixed probably 2 or 3 times. $50 & $70 ea/time. He took a half hour out of his evening and fixed it for free. Very pleased

This is the place you can trust and take your car for service, Chris knows what he is doing. I had a blinking engine light, Chris diagnosed it and fixed it quick, he also tells what was happening and what he fixed, if he changes any parts, he will show the old one to explain why it was happening. Our car had one of its suspension ball joints give out. C & C was able to get us in and fixed up on a day's notice, gave us full information, a very fair price, and showed us all the work that was done afterwards.I highly recommend going with C & C auto. Great work, transparent, trustworthy and all around perfect experience. Will be coming here for all our repair needs from here on out.

We are from out of state on a road trip and needed to have some engine work done. Went to C&C after reading the reviews. Chris was able to diagnose and fix the issue. This is one of the best places you can take your vehicle. Chris is honest and trustworthy. He takes the time to educate you about the issues you have and gives you options for repairs. His estimates have always been accurate and fair. No surprise costs when you come to pick up your car/truck.He doesn t try to upsale you and talk over your head. He has saved us so much. He does quality work in a timely manner.Thank you C&C! You have earned our loyalty.

Chris has been the only person I trust with my vehicles for 9 years! His prices are very fair and his honesty and integrity is something hard to find in a shop these days. Because he is the owner/operator of his shop, I never have to worry about him trying to upsell me something I really don't need like the big shops do to earn their commissions.I highly recommend C&C Auto to anyone needing a good mechanic!

Chris has worked on a few different vehicles of mine. He has always been very fair and he is very knowledgeable.Recently installed a new engine in my 2007 Jeep Commander and did a fabulous job. Sometimes he is 2-3 weeks out to get in to see, but that alone tells you something. Small but Mighty! Thank you Chris

Chris is a super nice, friendly guy who does only the work that is necessary and at a fair price. He even put up with all of my questions regarding the suggested maintenance schedule; explaining whether or not each item needed to be done and why. I trust C&C Auto with my car!

Chris is a great guy. Not a large shop so no chain store issues. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice guy. He really does his best to help people and fix any issues. The shop is kind of tucked away but still is a great place to have a vehicle worked on.

Chris Chan runs an awesome shop and has a great turn around on his repairs. Had my breaks changed in half the day! He negotiates fair prices cash or check. On top of it all a friendly guy.

Took me a long time to find a really expert mechanic. Honest and fair. I have been to a lot of local repair shops. Been overcharged other places, many times problem not solved. Chris is the best, great communication, great work, great pricing.

Chris is the most honest mechanic I had ever met. He does what he says and offers a unbelievable turn around once scheduled. Just as I have the family doctor, dentist and lawyer, I have a family mechanic. Chris is the real deal.

One word: EthicalI took my vehicle here to get a part replaced. After doing his own research, he identified that the part was causing a lot of issues for the manufacturer and recommended that I discuss this with a dealer with the possibility that the part may be in an extended warranty or soon to be recall. Sure enough it was. He could have charged me to fix it himself but he knew that the all round better option for the customer was to go through the dealer and their warranty program.In a time where the ethical mechanic seems rare, I was definitely treated fairly and respectfully. While I can't comment on his actual work, it is only because he did the right thing by forgoing a few dollars and sending me to the right spot in the long run.
