I walked in and was instantly greeted by the manager Chris! Chris was easy going and easy to understand.Not only was I shown my issues but I was also given multiple options at affordable prices!! Chris and his team are amazing and very easy going. I d recommend this brakes plus for any of your needs!

Called today, while getting new tires, for an alignment and they had an opening. Everyone was friendly and courteous. They didn t try to push other services like other places do, THANK YOU FOR THAT! Great price and explained what they did and showed me how off my alignment was. Definitely will be back.

I went here to get my breaks and rotors fixed, I met with Chris and he was amazing. Explained everything so I could understand what was happening and didn t beat around the bush. I appreciated it so much! Truly was amazing.

The only reason for a 2 star is they got me in same day. Call and set an 11 am appointment for a coolant flush, got 10 mins early was told had to wait all bays full, ok noproblem. They pull my Firebird in don't use fender covers never put it in the air to inspect, they say on web free inspection every car. They did not seem to really know what they were doing, maybe the tech was nee and training dont know. They finish I ask about inspection was told only that they can't tell miles on dash. Really wanted an inspection to check rear brakes and Tie rods. Start driving and have coolant all over windshield, had to stop at the Casey's down the street to wash my windshield. Seat was not set even close to where I had it, had to get a car wash to clean coolant and grease marks from car. Dont know where grease came from, car still smells of coolant that is why I decided to post this review. If I ever choose to go to Brakes Plus again it won't be the one on 18440 Wright St. 68130. I highly recommend not using Brakes Plus they have gone the way of the crooks, use to be a good place but not anymore.

Love coming here for work on my vehicle. Everyone is always SO friendly and explains everything clearly. The best part is they are honest and don't push things just to make a sale, but also let you know if something is unsafe. My husband even started coming here just after one visit. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I went just to get my standard oil change done, was quoted about an hour and a half wait before they could pull my car in (they were rather busy), while I was there the Manager Chris showed me some of the wear and tear some of my filters had and we got those knocked out too. I was in and out in less than 2 hours total. Great service, great speed, I know where I am going once my breaks start squeaking!

This place has helped me, get my car fixed up at decent prices and there staff is some of the nicest people I've had to deal with when it comes to getting my car worked on. Highly recommend.

Worst possible place to take your vehicle. I had to spend THOUSANDS more than needed because they don t know how to diagnose issues. I m convinced they create problems with your vehicle so that you ll have to spend more money with them. Every time you leave from there they create a new problem. May need to look into legal action.

Came here for an oil change yesterday and had a truly amazing experience. Everyone was clear, concise, and up front. While they were doing my oil change they informed me my brake pads were very worn. The manager came out and talked to me to let me know and give me a price quote. I usually don't do upsales but they were so transparent with everything I ended up letting them do the work and got a great deal on it! I will continue to come here for all my car maitnance needs.

I absolutely love this Brakes Plus, they are honest and upfront about everything. This is the only location I will go to as other locations have been dishonest with me in the past. Brenden really took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. He is honest and kind, you don t find that at too many places these days. Any other work I need in the future I will come see Brenden!

Took the car in for new brakes and a noise we wanted checked out. They checked it out and called and said only the front breaks needed done and quoted us. Agreed and got the brakes done there. Went to pick up the car and asked only one question - is the sound gone as well or was that a different issue? Was told the sound was gone. Drove away- sound not gone. Went back within 5 minutes and was told that is a new sound that they found - not the original sound and should probably spend more money to get the sounds fixed. Felt very much lied to and taken advantage of.

They were excellent. The technician took the time to dig deep and find the root of my brake issues. Brenden kept me informed of the progress and offered multiple options to get the issues resolved 10/10

Honestly the only good thing about a shop like this is the cheap labor and the quick work they do on simple jobs.They only have so many 5 star reviews because they bribe customers with 5$off if they rate them well while in the shop.The big letdown is that they lifted the vehicle and then lied about the control arms needing replaced. I took a look and didn t think they appeared that worn so I asked them to move ahead with the alignment.A week later I took the car to get a second opinion and confirmed the control arms were just fine. Typical of small shops that try and get people to pay for unnecessary repairs.Go here for the quick and easy repairs but be I wouldn t let them do more.

I brought my car in because it was leaking oil. The new service manager, Scott was professional and seemed very knowledgeable and he provided me with a detailed price quote. He explained everything that was going on with my car and what it's going to take to fix it. After my experience, I would recommend this plave to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

The manager here treats you well and like family! I have followed him to nearly every store he s worked for in the Omaha area. I will always take my cars to him because I know I ll get the truth and he ll work with me to get everything working on my cars.

Scott and Carlos are the faces up front, but the guys in the shop are keeping me a happy customer, too. I ve been there waiting on oil changes to be completed and watched as the manager and others walked through shop, consulted with tech, and even popped their heads in to look things over, too. Informative, easy to work with, and will put in the time to suggest best available and what might be a good option if budget is competing with need.

The trials and tribulations of owning a car are vast and costly. Fortunately there is a dawning of hope and wonderment in the field of vehicular repair: Brakes Plus, with the inspirational leader Chris Dewald at its helm. Through the plethora of caustic issues with my vehicle the nobleman Chris was able to set all right in the world of my transportation needs. Having brought my vehicle in for what I believed to be a simple repair, the elegant worksman of this Brakes Plus were able to determine the real issue in my radiator system; a vastly darker beast than I had initially believed. Through the gallant efforts of these refined individuals I was able to not just fix the issue but also respect the minisculeity that was the dent in my wallet. The respect garnished from these laborious worksman should be raining down upon them. Men should write songs about them and have those songs inscribed as holy writ, that in time be rewritten and translated and rewritten again, and go down in the annals of history as holy tellings.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!! They have been the best experience I've had with my car (2011). Friendly, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly they have excellent customer service. Shout out to Carlos and Brenden.

Great Guys!!! Dropped my vehicle off with a windshield washer fluid leak that did not leak on the ground. The plan was for them to look at it tomorrow, but started looking for the leak this evening and found it! Great Work!!!PS: Please give the staff member sitting in the waiting area for his raise; who now is in skeletion form, his well deserved RAISE!!!!

The General Manager Scott did a great job in helping prepare an estimate for me. We were able to look line by line and figure out where we could cut expenses to get a price that best fitted my financial situation. My jeep is now running like it's brand new. The customer service was amazing as they provided my with a Lyft both to and from the store as my car was being worked on free of charge. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for over a year to get services done on my car. Every time I arrived, I would be greeted by Alex always with a smile and ready answers. Finding out today that she had been fired was extremely disappointing.This store has been going downhill in the last couple months. I will not be returning to this store.
