Brakes Plus located off Plaza is the best! They are quick and also recommend services you may need but don t necessarily have to do it at that time. Definitely talk to Eric! He s amazing and does a wonderful job! I travel here from Council Bluffs because I love their customer service. Don t hesitate to come here!

I love this location. They really do go above and beyond. The #1 reason why is because they are honest!! It s hard to find honest places that don't take advantage of you. Eric and the others were so nice and made me feel like I was really being taken care of. Thank you all!

I was away from home so felt weird walking into a different location but EVERYONE was so warm, funny, helpful and professional that it put me at ease right away. This nice guy, Shawn Finley waited with me and we talked about family and other important life stuff without even mentioning he was the general manager...so down to earth.They took the time to explain what needed to be done BEFORE doing the work, and since there was a manager's special, and gave me a separate coupon, it brought the total down quite a bit!They have coffee, tea and TV, but the company was the best part.

This place is absolutely amazing! Eric is very professional and took the time to explain a couple of simple services that should be done after your car reaches a certain amount of miles. Great conversation with Eric and Shawn (I think that was his name)...so nice! All the employees are very kind people. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Eric and the rest of the team went above and beyond to fix my car. They were very helpful and made sure to explain things while they were working on it. My car was ready to go very quickly and they made sure to fit me in despite being busy at the end of the day. Overall, great experience and very friendly people.

Eric. The man, the myth, the legend who provided me with exceptional customer service and stayed communicative throughout the whole repair was downright spectacular. I've been here a couple times before and I've met him in total of 3 times, but whenever we interacted it felt like I was working with someone I knew and shared a couple beers with watching a good football game. To the technicians and other staff that also helped with my Trailblazer. If you're reading this, it feels brand new and im genuinely ecstatic about it. 100/10. Yall earned that big ticket.

Easily the best place in town. The entire team is great to work with. Shawn & Ethan specifically are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Even if you think your questions are a little silly, they will never make you feel bad for asking. If you are looking to be treated with nothing but respect & kindness, look no further.

The folks at this brakes plus are always friendly and helpful. They don't recommend me services I don't need. The lifetime warranty on the shocks and struts is great - I had to replace my rear shocks again only a year after replacing them, and I only had to pay for labor.I come to Brakes Plus for most of my general repairs and maintenance.

I made an appointment for an oil change. Took my car in at the designated time. Was in and out within 45 minutes. I waited in the lobby while it was getting done. Very clean, guys behind the counter were very friendly and made my visit easy. Good prices. Will be back.

We are from out of town, outside of Omaha our car suddenly started making a loud unsettling noise. Panicking not knowing what to do, I called hoping they could help. These gentleman were willing to look at our vehicle even when they were 30 minutes from closing time. They were so nice and kind to us, knowing we just wanted to get home. They fixed the problem and were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service and peace of mind knowing that we were going to make it home!

These guys are extremely fast and reliable. I went in there because my front windshield washer nozzle wasn t properly. They were able to fix it in a matter of minutes and charged me nothing. I have never had a bad experience at this location and their service is the reason why I keep coming back.

Everything you want in an auto repair shop. This group goes above and beyond. I'd give them 6 *'s if it was possible. They know what they are doing and they are honest, they tell it like it is. They have earned my business over the years and now they are the only place I go to have my vehicles brakes worked on. PLUS they do more than brakes....examples: my F150 had an odd short in the wiring and their mechanic told me exactly what he thought was going on, so I bought the part and took it back to him to repair. End up, he was correct, problem solved. I had expected to have to go to the dealership and spend big bucks but was able to get that problem fixed for around $200.

This Break Plus location is fantastic, they 100% go above and beyond with the quality and care!! I highly recommend them! The manager James is so great about explaining everything and is always sure to tell you the cost upfront so you are never blindsided. I will be definitely going back here for any further car maintenance. They also fixed my AC which I have taken to others before, on 3 different times, this is the only place who was able to solve the issue s and I m so thankful! And so is my dog because it s just in time for the summer heat! Sven wants to thank everyone at Breaks Plus for getting the AC back in my car! Service: Air conditioning

This location is my go to for auto repairs and even a simple oil change I always go to Brakes Plus. Eric today took care of us and lived up to our expectation of what we know Breaks Plus to be. They never try to force unnecessary repairs on you & try and gauge money out of you. I will always recommend the 144th & Center location!!
