Excellent service. Honest guys. Nice and clean waiting area. Centrally located. This is our 3rd regular brake service with them. The products they use seems consistent but it's hard to know if the life of the product they use is any different than others on the market. Overall a great experience.

The service I received from Dan ( GM) on March 15, 2024 was phenomenal. Dan really took care of me very respectfully, honest with a smile. Dan's customer services skills was outstanding. I have a BMW and everything and the price was very reasonable . Yes , I'm a long term customer. Phenomenal service!!Thank you so much Dan!!!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt my experience warranted one.This was the first time I used Brakes Plus, and to be honest I was not looking forward to dealing with all the things that come along with using an unknown auto services.When I walked in, Will greeted me at the front desk . He was polite and professional and I could tell service quality was important to him and the company.The only upsell I was offered when dropping my vehicle off, was if I wanted to get the tires rotated. When he said it was only an extra $10, I was glad he offered the service and took advantage of it.When the call came to let me know if they found any additional, he said everything looked great and the vehicle is ready to go. This is not what I am used to from their competitors.When I came to pick my vehicle up, I saw him urgently run to the counter so I didn't have to wait. This was also pleasantly unexpected.He told me about the option to leave a review online, which I gladly obliged because of the job they did.The cost was fair, the place is clean, and the experience was great!I will use Brakes Plus again!

Recently, I took my car to Brakes Plus for new brakes and rotors. I was very impressed with the entire experience. The customer service was exceptional.The work itself was also fantastic. The brakes and rotors were installed quickly and efficiently, and my car now drives smoothly. I especially appreciated the explanation and visual to the problems at hand. They went above and beyond finding the parts needed in a timely manner.Overall, I highly recommend Brakes Plus for anyone needing brake service. They provided excellent customer service and quality work at a fair price.

Dan the manager did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me showing me how the pads and the drums were worn and got the car done in a very timely manner. I also appreciated that there was no fee for a break and inspection. Overall a very courteous and professional experience.

Dan is awesome I just drove in this place not knowing if I had to do anything to my car for a 10 hr trip I have coming up. They checked the everything right there and then and guess what? I don t have to and didn t spend a dime and got piece of mind.

was on the job .And my rear caliper locked up on me while driving. Called and I was assured they could look at it soon.2 new rotor's, pads and 1 new caliper . they had me back to work in only a few hours . very good location for getting the job done with the peace of mind that they warranty the work for 6 months.thank you Sean and crew!

Moved here from Texas and was worried about finding a good car shop. I ve had a great experience every time I ve come here. They explain everything well and I feel they are honest in their evaluations. There were a few times I was convinced my car had a major issue and they fixed me up quickly and for much less than I was expecting. So thankful for this spot and all the hard workers here!

Will and Dan did a great job servicing the car my daughter drives. She told me there was a problem with the breaks so I made her an appointment to drop the car off after school. I got a call a few minutes later with a diagnosis and the car was fixed before they closed that day.Thank you for excellent service!

I just had a problem with my right hand signal light. I was frustrated as I could not get any service being a Saturday. Was recommended to call Brakes Plus and young Will could not have been nicer to talk to. He took me right away and had the problem fixed in 45 minutes and checked my car to make sure I did not have any other problems. I will highly recommend this company, very efficient and pleasant to work with. Janet Wallace

Fast and honest. Showed me everything that may need maintenance on my car but we're not pushy about it. Got a good deal on brakes and they replaced them in time while I drank free coffee in the lobby. Thanks Dan and team! Check out the coupons and u can set up an appointment online.

I've been a loyal customer at Breaks Plus since 2021, always trusting them with my wife's car for routine oil changes. However, our recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite specifically requesting they only contact me for updates, they called my wife twice, inconveniencing us both. Worse yet, they reset her trip computer without consent, erasing sentimental settings. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable. We're deeply saddened by this experience and will be taking our business elsewhere.

The service bided by Shawn the advisor was great. They squeezed my vehicle in on a busy day and i didn t mind coming back to pick it up. All interactions with everyone was great.

Wow. That's literally all I can say after trying to get my brakes fixed the last couple weeks. These guys went in and did exactly what I needed unless time than expected. They were super friendly super nice took me to the back so I could see exactly what was up with my car, and gave me the choice of what I wanted to have done as opposed to them just doing it and charging me after the fact. They even put air in one of my back tires that wasn't being worked on, just taking care of me. I will definitely be back for any of my break needs. Thanks guys!

The person at the desk was nice. But i dropped off my car at 9 am. They said it would be done in 2 hours. I didn't get my car back till almost 3. I had to cancel 4 appointments cause of them. I wouldn t have left it if I knew they would've taken that long.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Dodge Street Brakes Plus location this afternoon. Dave was the person assisting me at the service desk and I felt valued as a customer the minute I walked in the door. He shared they were short staffed at the moment so my wait my be a little longer than usual however I really did not find myself waiting much longer than I normally have in the past. This waiting area was very clean and well laid out. I will definitely return to this location in the future.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Every gentleman I worked with at this location was great, very respectful. Originally had an appointment for 1pm, but by 1:45pm my car still hadn t been pulled for inspection. I don t fault the guys as they re busy, so rescheduled for 8am a couple of days later. They fixed my immediate problem while preparing me for what I will need to have done down the road.

I would never recommend going here for a quick service. Had an appointment at 4 PM did not get out till after close during The service they lost a lug nut and had to order it a month later I have still not heard back. They asked me To leave a five star review and gave me one star service. This place was anything but convenient.

I appreciate the service I received today. I am struggling pretty bad right now and Shawn Was able to help be able to afford the work I was able to get done today. Unbeknownst to them I'm on the street with three babies and this was going to make it tough I thank them for fixing my issue which will allow me to still work on our situation. Somehow the manager contacted me after we had visited a different location with a bad outcome. We had oil changed at the "other" location and the car leaked oil pretty badly. Long story short, this location did the complete oil change again and no more oil leak. Thanks to Dan and his crew for saving the day.

Made an appointment to get my breaks checked. I waiting in the lobby for a hour and a half and they still had not even touched my vehicle. Overheard someone else in the lobby who d been there longer than me say their vehicle was still just sitting there too. They were still telling customers it would only be an hour wait when they were 2 hours behind. Finally asked for my keys and left. What a waste of time.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and there wasn't a delay. Also, was able to get my tires rotated as well. The oil change/tire rotation took approximately 45 minutes, which was a quick turnaround. I have been going to Brakes Plus for years, even when I lived in Texas a couple of years ago. This particular location is excellent! The front office staff are always friendly, professional and give honest opinions on what needs to be fixed, if needed. I always recommend this location to my family and friends. Exceptional Service!

Brakes Plus told me I needed to replace my axle shaft and a new CV Complete Assembly for $600+.I took my vehicle to a mechanic I trusted and he said oil was spilt onto the axle shaft. That was it. No need to do anything.Brakes Plus should stick to oil changes.It is really tough to find good mechanics that you can trust.
