I ve bought multiple bikes from Vincent at Baxter Cycle Omaha. A 2022 Royal Enfield Int 650, a 2019 Himalayan, and just yesterday I purchased a 2020 Speed Triple. It s such a pleasure doing business with Vincent. He even worked on my 2009 Buell Ulysses replacing the fork seals. Best dealer in Omaha!!

I had been away from riding for years and decided it was time to get back on two wheels. I found the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and thought it would be an excellent bike for me. Vincent and the team at Baxter Cycle took time to show me all the features of the Hunter and I was sold! It is a great motorcycle to get back into riding and the team is awesome to work with! Thanks for a great experience!

Pick up my Trident 660 and love working with these guys. No pressure and they answer every question I had even though some of my questions are stupid lol. Will definitely be working with them for all my services checks and when it's time to go back for a Bonneville to pair with my Trident in a year or so. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Both Baxter locations are excellent shops with helpful and friendly staff. So far, I have bought 2 different bikes from the Omaha shop. Vince is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and has always dealt fairly with me. This is best motorcycle dealership I have ever dealt with.

I have so many great things I to say about Baxter Cycle! If you are looking for honest, kind, hardworking people to deal with, you have found them. The dealership is super cool as well! Vincent, the manager, totally down to earth guy. Needless to say they sell cool products and they have the attitude to match. Look forward to shopping for apparel and using them for service in the future.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I had to travel to purchase so staff was very responsive to all of my questions before making the trip there. Once there, everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and easy going. I will absolutely purchase my next bike from here.

Just got my trident from Vincent! Super nice guy and laid back. There s something very comforting knowing the owner is the person you re working with and he also rides the same brand he s selling. Brand loyalty goes a long way.

Aiden at Baxter was informative and helpful.They have a very wide selection of bikes.I was impressed with the selection of Royal Enfield bikes. These are smaller in town motorcycles.On the other side of the showroom, they had many Triumphs.

They have a Ms Pacman machine. Amazing experience. Made my friends wait for me while I pretended I knew what I was doing. I lost on the 4th level even though I had 4 lives. Kinda salty about that. Good service department too (I think?) I never used it just was there for Pacman

Vincent the "owner" is not a very good business man. Hung up on me multiple times. Had every excuse in the book on why he didn't want to work on my bike. They only work on triumphs so don't take a Japanese bike there. I am very upset I was looking for a different shop then the main big ones in town but obviously this is not it.

Exceeds my expectations every time I reach out. I ve bought two bikes now and Vincent has answered every question I ve ever had, pointed me in directions that work best for my budget and my skill as a rider. Also, not as high pressure as some of the other guys here in town so when I do walk away with something, I never leave asking myself if it s what I wanted, just excited to have it.

Ten stars! As a skeptical first time motorcycle buyer, I was naturally hesitant to find comfort in a dealer. These guys provided an experience and environment that went way beyond my expectations. Vincent was patient with every rookie question I had and was exceptionally detailed and honest throughout the entire process. When I wanted a different seat and mirrors, it was done on the spot and took no time at all at an unbeatable price. These are good people that feel more like walking into a friend's shop than a dealership. I fully recommend this place and highly encourage you to check it out!

What else can I say other then wow & amazing. I had a great experience with being a new rider and a first time buyer, Vincent helped me the entire way through the process. I was able to be pre approved on financing before I drove 2 hours to the dealership and they even got the exact bike I wanted from their Marne Iowa shop! They were even nice enough to load the bike into the back of my truck. I felt right at home and the dealership was clean and had a great vibe to it. I will definitely be buying from Vincent and his Crew at Baxters again down the road.

Great motorcycle dealership! Vincent and crew are very knowledgeable and will take every measure to make your experience with them enjoyable. I have experience buying and having my bikes serviced at a few other places in the area and Baxter is by far the best as well as the store in Marne IA.

Doesn t feel like you re coming here to buy a motorcycle, it feels like you re coming to hang out at a buddie s place. Vincent is always down to help out, no matter the situation. He held on to a luggage rack for me, I showed up 5 minutes to close, and not only was Baxter open, Vincent stayed and helped me install it in the parking lot! Baxter has a lifelong customer here.

I'm now a regular customer and can hands down recommend Baxter Cycle of Omaha. Vincent the General Manager and all the support staff are wonderful.From bikes, gear, to service give them a visit today! Not only are they an area Triumph dealer, but Royal Enfield as well.I have been 100% satisfied with my purchases and service needs. I can't say that about every dealer I've used.

Adam is a great mechanic and an all around good guy. He completely took care of the installation of my automatic turn signal canceling system and, when the component itself was faulty, he was great with setting my bike back up. I would come to Baxter for anything I need for my bike. Great experience and more than fair pricing.

These guys are awesome! They go the extra mile (in my case 100 miles) to take care of people. I purchased my RE Int650 last fall in Tucson Arizona. I brought it back to Sioux City and was having problems with starting and running. I called RE and although they tried to be helpful it just wasn't working out. I called Baxter Cycle in Omaha and explained the situation to Vincent. He was concerned about my problem and took over the warrantee communication with RE. He handed off the deal to Paul. Paul called and set a a time to come to SC to look at the bike and either repair it onsite or haul it back to Omaha for repair. He took it back to Omaha and in a couple of days called back to say the repair was done and the bike was running fine again. He loaded up the bike and I met him in Onawa to ride it back to SC. The bike ran like a top and I had a great ride home. I can't believe how they treated me (even though I didn't even purchase the bike there). They also installed some parts that I had purchased elsewhere. The RE is and an awesome bike and and I would recommend it anyone and to buy it from Baxter's. Great shop and great people. Not only is the shop clean and welcoming but so are Vince and Adam. They make you feel comfortable and really know their bikes. If you are on the hunt for an awesome deal or just service of any kind on your bike go see them without hesitation! Thanks for all you guys do.

Great place and friendly people. Brought in some wheels to have tire change on some old wheels that were freshly powder coated. Not a scratch and a quick turn around with reasonable price. Will definitely continue to use them.

Purchased new tire and had it installed on the bike. Initially I felt that I was overcharged on labor. The general manager, Vincent, contacted me and said it was an internal mistake and made it right for me with no issues. Thankful that Baxter Cycle cares about customer service.

This is a genuine Hometown motorcycle shop. They will match pretty much any Internet price you can find and have an excellent service department. Their staff knows and enjoys motorcycles. I would highly recommend visiting this shop.

Vincent & Adam are the kind of people you want to deal with when it comes to motorcycle needs. They are extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and do not take advantage of you. I have sent multiple friends, and family members to them. Great prices, outstanding work, and they get it done fast. Check 'em out!

How many places can you buy motorcycle parts/accessories and your beard oil, all in one place? Great people, tons of technical knowledge and just a great place to kick back and talk motorcycles. If you need parts, there is an abundance of experience and knowledge to get you the right part. From a price perspective, the prices you find here rival prices you will find online. Plus, you can get a cool and brand new bike for under 5k.........

Dope shop, real as it gets. I came from Chicago to meet Vincent and buy a Tiger 1200, the experience was perfect. I think a guy was flying in from the East coast to buy a bike, it s that kind of place. Go buy a Triumph from Baxter, you ll be glad you did.

Baxter Cycles saved my day, my ride, and my trip! On my way back to Boston, my Triumph seized up in the area. Baxter was the only service center that would look at my bike and I am so happy they did. They know their stuff! They got me up and going immediately. Wow and thank you!! Thank you, Paul!!
