I am absolutely speechless, not even 48 hours have gone by since the lip was broken. The owner of B Street Collision Center had reached out to me and said that if the dealership could get the parts for my lower valence then he would get the job done quick. The morning of he had gave me a call told me he wanted it at his shop he s always at so it was done quick and efficient, After hours of them searching they had called me and told me they found the exact piece and that it would be here either yesterday or today come to find out it showed up today around 10:30am and WOW is all I can say not only did they replace the lip but they also replaced the side fins by the wheel wells, it looks like the car wasn t even touched. Tony Wiese I cant thank you enough for getting my car in instantly and getting it done before our event this weekend and world of wheels, 10/10 will recommend B street to everyone! Solid. I would Also like to add to this and say Cameron Bender did a phenomenal job on detailing my car for me and getting it to the right standards!

B Street did an amazing job on getting my vehicle taken care off. This was my third vehicle I ve taken to them and they have done a fantastic job. From keeping me informed throughout the process to getting any issues resolved. The staff is great, their work is top tier and communication was even better. Will be taking future business to them as always, I would highly recommend their business to others.

The team at B Street Collision West were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how the repairs to my vehicle would be handled and the process involved. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and the team kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks great/brand new. If you need any car bodywork done, I would recommend B Street.

They were prompt from the moment I first went into the facility. They were thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The communication was awesome throughout the time my car was with them. They were honest in letting me know something wasn't needed so that brought my price down. They finished my job early. My car was beautiful and I am totally please with the professionalism of B St. Collision. I would highly recommend them to anyone/everyone. Thanks guys for a great job!! Kudos to you all!! :-)))

I dropped off my car Monday and got it back the following Monday, looking brand new like that driver didn t back into my 2022 Lexus. I m so happy, they got down to the pen stripes correct! They even tinted my window back to how it was. The staff is so nice and friendly! They are very welcoming and helpful! It felt like such an easy process. I m glad I went to them. I love how they kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. And worked great with my insurance company. Definitely recommend this body shop!

B Street was fantastic to work with, as always. We had work done there recently (Feb 2024) and we have had occasion to use them at other times in the last 10 years. Their service is consistently thorough, as is their communication. I always knew what was happening with the vehicle and when. Our vehicle repairs were even completed 5 days ahead of schedule. Their work is of highest quality and they have a great guarantee attached to it. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service, this is the second time that I brought in my mini van and they did amazing work like if nothing ever happened. I would recommend this to anyone. Also thank you guys for excellent customer service and who ever took the extra time to clean out my car. I m a very busy mom so this made my day. Happy customer!

My vehicle was damaged and B Street got me right in that next day. They communicated with me throughout the process and had me back in my vehicle within two weeks. I was planning on a month. I am impressed with the way my vehicle turned out. You cannot even tell that there were any damages. Thank you for saving my vehicle again B Street!

The staff all have great customer service skills. The 2 ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable and friendly.This is the second time I've had BStreet repair my car. Both times they did beautiful work and my car looked like new. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you.

B Street Collision has hands down been the best place I have taken a vehicle for repairs. My car looked better than when I took it off the lot when they were finished. The entire staffs communication skills were excellent. I got a play by play of everything that was going on. They also took the stress off setting me up with a shuttle to pick up a rental as well getting it returned to enterprise. I will definitely be going to them from here on out.

One of the worst experiences of my life, my car was hit in a car wash and then stolen! I was having an absolute awful time of it working with the dealership and my insurance and after a month of it being there, I had to have it towed somewhere else.Thankfully, I was referred to B Street Collision Center. Their communication was on point the whole time, they were very thorough and thoughtful of the whole process and they made working with two insurance companies a breeze. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was and how quickly I was taken care of. It was faster than the whole time it sat at my dealership.I will always go to B Street Collision Center from now on and will recommend it to everyone I know. Trey Otis referred me to this place as he works there and I have never been more grateful. All around, they turned a horrible experience into a much nicer one. Customer Service goes a long way! After my accident, it took quite a while for my vehicle to be repaired but came back looking nearly as good as new. During that time everyone I interacted with at B Street was very professional and great to work with. Unfortunately when I picked up my vehicle one of the subs used for the repair went over budget on just diagnostics and I had to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic services so insurance would not deem my vehicle a total loss. That stung but what stung even more was when I left within the block on F street the check engine light came on. I pulled over and contacted one of the service representatives I worked with and asked what was this check engine light. They said they didn t know but I could bring it back and they could have it checked and submitted to insurance but they would deem the vehicle totaled so I might as well take it to what shop I want for evaluation since I would need to pay out of pocket again. It takes a month to get the vehicle into a service and repair shop (another month I am without my vehicle). The service shop calls me to let me know when the timing belt was replaced with the water pump repair, the timing belt was not put on correctly and that is the cause of the check engine light. I call B Street to inform them and ask about the warranty. They said I need to get the car reassembled and drive it to them. I say I will not drive it with the car out of timing and ask will they pay for the tow to the service center. B Street says no unless after they inspect the vehicle they determine it is a faulty repair. I then say well its a mechanical issue so aren t you going to have to send it out for evaluation and repair anyway. They said yes they would look at it and then if they thought it was an issue related to the repair they would send it to them for further evaluation, but then I would have to work with sub on the warranty repair. Which brings me to why I am leaving a 2 star review. I wanted to use my regular shop for the mechanical repair but B Street will only sub that work to the dealership I was told. Which is fine, but when you end up having an issue like this you are left to work it out with the sub(dealership) on your own. I had the B street invoice when I picked up the car. But now I needed to request from B Street the invoices from the sub(dealership) which were very lacking in information. Long story short, initially dealership would not take responsibility after over a month calls they agreed to cover cost of retiming my car. Looking back on this it is surprising that B street didn t tell me to bring my car back in right away when I reached out right after picking up the vehicle.I would recommend B Street for body damage repair and customer service throughout the repair process, but if you are needing to have engine work done to choose a different prime to lead the insurance repair.

If you need auto repair I can t say enough good things about B Street Collision. From the customer service to the regular updates to the finished job I give them an A+. The body work matched perfectly and there was a lot of damage They they even detailed car. I highly recommend them. This was our second time and they do amazing work!

I was very pleased with the entire experience. They told me 7-10 days and had it done in 4 and sent me emails daily on the progress. My car looked great when it was done. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend B St Collision to anybody.

I had a scratch on my hood a crack in a headlight due to a falling object. It took B Street about 4 business days to get the hood fixed and painted and the light replaced. I was able to choose how often I wanted updates. I loved the customer service and speed of repairs. Hopefully I won t need to be back soon, but I would definitely use B Street again.

I had gotten into an accident which wasn't my fault. My bank gave me some recommendations for places to get my truck fixed. I did some digging and research on all the places and went with B street collision as the reviews were great and someone actually reached out to the people posting reviews.After deciding I dropped my truck off on a Monday to get it looked at and a quote. They kept me up to date with text messages. They called and originally told me it would be done on 18 Oct. I got a call yesterday saying my truck was done and ready for pickup. Less than a week. Got it picked up this morning and can't even tell it was damaged.It appears they cleaned it as well which made it loom great but the rain ruined it of course. I would recommend B street collision to everyone for vehicle repairs.The pictures are from before and after.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

B Street did a great job of giving me an estimate and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. My car was done early and it looks great! B Street works in conjunction with Enterprise Rentals and made it extremely easy to get a rental car. I would highly recommend B Street Collision to anyone who needs body work done.I also would like to add their office staff is very knowledgeable!!!

B Street is a very reliable place to bring your car if it has been in an accident. They work with all insurance companies and bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend them for any auto body damage repairs. Their customer service is outstanding.

B Street fixed body damage on my 2018 Honda Odyssey. I called them and was able to drop my vehicle off that same day. They gave me multiple updates per week and told me of potential delays. The car was completed by their original estimate date... even with the snow storm and delayed parts! They worked with my insurance and made that process simple and easy. And, at the end... the tailgate looks like new! Highly recommend, thank you!
