I was very happy with the service I received at B Street Collsion. They kept me up to date every step of the way and finished my car a day earlier than anticipated. My car looked like new when I picked it up. Helped make a stressful situation easier.

B Street Collision has been nothing but the best! From the moment I was in contact with them they were there to help. They towed my vehicle a 1 1/2 hour back to their shop. Once there they kept in constant contact with me and my insurance team. They estimated a completion time and it was done before that date! I would recommend them to anyone and hopefully I don t need their services again lol. But if I do I will call them!

The team at B street collision center was fantastic! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed of the progress they were making with my vehicle s repairs. I love how easy they made it to rent or return a car through Enterprise. I would definitely recommend this business.

I was recently in an accident in Omaha and had no idea where to take my van. I was concerned about all the sensors and cameras my van had and if the shop I chose would fix them correctly and how long I would be without a vehicle. I was referred by a coworker to B Street and I m so glad I went there! They communicated with me and my insurance throughout the whole process and made my van look and drive as good as new in a short amount of time! They even detailed the inside! I highly recommend B Street and would use them again although I hope I don t have to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow!!! That is all I can say. From the moment I dropped off my car to get fixed, to picking it up the whole process ran smoothly and fast. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on with my car. When I called to ask a question no matter how ridiculous it may have sounded the.professionalism I received on the other end was outstanding. If you need a place to get your car fixed I highly recommend them. I can say it enough. Hands down the best in town.

B Street is excellent with custom service! They call and keep you informed on the progress of the repairs. They also work with car rental so easy to drop off and pick up my car when ready. They walked me around the car when complete to make sure up to my standards and also washed inside and out when I picked it up.

Contacted B Street and asked them to pick up the vehicle at a local dealership. Within an hour they had contacted insurance, had the vehicle picked up and on its way for repair. Great updates via text and phone calls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for any future needs in the occasion arises.

B Street was amazing and easy to work with. I received text messages every step of the way and they helped coordinate the rental car. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and they even washed and cleaned it out for me. Customer for life and would recommend them to anyone!!

Being a female and never doing anything like this before, (my late husband took care of our vehicles), I was a bit scared. The service gentleman was so kind in showing me what would have to be done to fix the door on my Outback. He also printed out the estimate sheet, and took care of getting the rental car for me to use while mine was being worked on. I was called with progress reports while repairs were being done. When it was finished I took the rental car to B Street Collision and was able to leave it there to be picked up by Enterprise Rental. (How convient was that?) We did a walk around. I was shown what they did. I was very pleased to have my beautiful Outback restored to it's original condition. I would highly recommend B Street Collision to my friends and relatives. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is not the first experience we've had with B Street. You don't ever want to take your car into the shop after a stupid accident, but if you do, these folks are pros. They make the process extremely simple, and they keep you in the loop on literally every step of the process. There is a genuine focus on the customer and delivering top-notch work, and every employee we dealt with earnestly reminded us of their lifetime guarantee. You'd be hard pressed to find a more well-managed and run business. 10/10. Hope we don't come back! :-)

B Street Collision was so great to work with. They were easy to communicate with and they did a fantastic job fixing my little car after being rear-ended. The team at B street got my car in and out within a week and updated me throughout the way. They also cleaned my floor mats to look better than they have in years! We used B Street Collision Center for our daughter's recent accident, and they did a fantastic job. We have used other collision repair facilities in the past, but B Street was by far the best We have ever used. They were fast, courteous, did a professional job, and kept us informed the entire time.We would definitely use B Street Collision Center on the future and recommend them to our family and friends.

Ridiculously fast, informative, cooperative, helpful, professional, easy to work with, they gave us updates every step of process and on top of it all they did an AMAZING job fixing my son s truck! It looks literally as good as new, which is wonderful because it is!!! Cannot recommend the B Street Collision crew enough!!!!!!! 10/10 they knocked this job, from the customer service side to the actual collision repair side, out of the park!!

Had them repair my wife's car TWICE...very nice staff. They listened, and they got everything lined up to factory tolerances. They also finished earlier than expected. Many other little things, I requested if they had any leftover paint, If I may get it for touch-ups...and they had a lil' left over and put it in a little bottle for me. Great work.

Over the many years of driving, I have used B Street 3 times. They have always been so nice and polite and takes time to explain everything. They keep you informed as to what is going on from start to finish. I have sent them several customers over the years who was also pleased with their work. I highly recommend this business.

I have always used Dave's Auto Body. When I needed a repair I contacted them and they told me they were being acquired by B Street. Bonus is that they have a shop very close to me. So very satisfied with the service and communication.

We used B Street twice this month on two separate cars for two different incidents that were not our fault. One of them resulted in a different party at fault so we didn t have to pay anything. B street took care of dealing with the other persons insurance and fixed our car ahead of schedule. The second incident happened while our car was parked and there were no witnesses so we had to pay for repairs. Again, they delete with insurance and took care of everything so I didn t have to do anything. Repairs were also finished ahead of schedule.
