Everyone/everything about my vehicle repair experience was exceptional. I can't thank everyone at Dave's Auto Body / B Street Collision Repair enough. The office staff was friendly and great with communications. The repairs were done perfectly, (The truck is black and, I am very picky). Lyle was professional, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with! The vehicle was done on time and for the agreed upon price. The vehicle was even cleaned inside and out. I contacted Brian S. through the website and was able to address a simple fender flare repair on my 2019 Ford F-150 truck. Brian gave me an estimate via email but prefaced it by saying he would still need to see it physically because sometimes pics can be deceiving. I stopped by for that look and set up the appointment for the following week. I dropped off the truck and as promised it was done by the end of the day. He replaced the front fender flare and painted it (perfect match/ruby red metallic). I picked it up last night and it had been washed, vacuumed and they left a package of EXTRA gum and a thank you card in the cup holder. While I was picking up the keys, the paper work was ready and one of the employees asked me if I wanted a free T-shirt. Although I declined, he said if I ever change my mind to come on by for that shirt. Very professional, smooth and customer focused treatment. Brian was detailed and efficient. We were most impressed with the service and professionalism of the men and women at Dave s Auto Body! COVID has disrupted many businesses and customer service has been lacking due to a variety of issues but not at Dave s. We got regular phone updates and we even asked for an earlier completion time than normal that was cheerfully accommodated! We could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on our repair. I m sure we will be back, we have four kids!

SO IMPRESSED! I needed to have a repair done on my 99' SUV and I needed it to be cost effective. Brian at Dave's Auto gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and he said he could fix it, but it would not look perfect. I had fairly low expectations for how the repair would end up looking, which was fine due to the age of the car. I just needed it to be safe to drive. The car was repaired the same day I dropped it off and looked so much better than I expected it to! You could hardly tell there had been any damage at all. On top of that, they washed the outside of my car, detailed the interior, and left a packet of gum in the cupholder. The employees were all incredibly nice and helpful, and they were able to help a poor college student have a nice looking car without breaking the bank! If I could give them 10/5 stars I would!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone is amazing at B street collision center!!! They took ALL the stress out of getting me back in my car after I was side swiped. They had my rental car set up they dealt with the insurance I got my car back 10 days early they did an amazing job they even cleaned the inside of my car . Thank you so much!!! Will be back if I need anything!

These guys are a bit on the pricey side but that's because they don't cut corners. OEM parts. Fantastic paint. Perfect recalibration. They talk to you about every detail and communicate throughout the process. Definitely worth an estimate.

I can't imagine a better experience! Brought it in on a Monday and it was ready the next Wednesday!!They worked with my Insurance company to get the process done!!!Quality work, and quality customer service. Thank you, I would recommend you to anyone.

Courteous and professional. That is how I would describe B Street / Dave's. Once they got in the needed parts, they gave me a projected completion date and stuck to it. And when a low-flying flock of birds scored direct hits on a number of cars, including mine, they gave me a second car cleaning. Not that I hope to need more body work, but if I do, I'll be back.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and great with communication. They got us in right away and kept us updated every step of the way. They were very thorough and found damage that had initially been missed, and the work was top notch. They did an excellent job repairing my car from a run in with a deer over Thanksgiving. They were professional, courteous, and best of all finished the car ahead of schedule. The car is in better condition than before my accident, and they even took the time to clean the interior. Hopefully I will not need any body work done in the future, but if I do I know I'll use Dave's again.

There's not enough room here to explain everything I'd like to say about this company. Do NOT take your vehicle here if you get in an accident and expect it back in a decent time. 2 months they had my vehicle. 15K is what they quoted my insurance. Milking it out for every penny and it still took two months. It's not an old car restoration. I understand it taking time and having other customers. If they didn't have the time then I should've been told that. This is how most body shops make their money is off car accidents and milking your insurance. Absolutely the worst customer service. Tom called me maybe twice in two months. My wife got tired of calling because he'd give her a response of we'll know more at the end of the week on Thursday. Or getting upset because she's calling to check. I really hate when mechanics or body shops talk to women rudely and that's what he did. She refused to call so I did. Part of Tom's job is dealing with customers calling even when he has a bad day, he should be professional and not snappy. Even after dealing with having our vehicle for two months and the worst customer service, we were still charged full price. Do NOT take your vehicle here. 15K worth of damages from a fender bender. 2 months to repair. Worst customer service. I would've been better off having my dad come get the car on his trailer and taken it to my family's Body shop 300 miles away. At least there I know my family wouldn't have taken 2 months to repair my vehicle and would've actually given us updates. They did an absolutely horrible job detailing it.My wife had a smoothie in the car and it went everywhere. Baking in the sun for two months. I'll have to end up getting my detailing equipment out and finishing their horrible job. Thank goodness they own a body shop and not a detailing business.Not letting us know until 3pm that or vehicle was ready and we have until 5-5:30 to pick up on a Friday is BS especially when they're closed on the weekend. Then Being rude to my mother in law when she went to pick it up because both my wife and I were at work.This is exactly the reason I hate taking my vehicle in to mechanics. Taking advantage of people. I'd rather just do it myself. I know there's a Best of Omaha. Is there a Worst of Omaha?

Dave's Auto body is the best! From the front office, billing, estimator, body tech and detail. They were very easy to deal with. Very professional! I hope I never hit another deer or get in a accident again. But if I do I will definitely use Dave's again. Thanks!

This is the best auto body shop to work with in town, hands down. I had my truck in for hail damage and some other minor cosmetic fixes, and the team at Dave's was second to none. The finished product was perfect, but the level of service they provided every step of the way is unmatched. Their consistent communcation through the whole process, was only out down by their commitment to going above and beyond in all the little details. There were several minor things that were never brought up in any of the consults, but they noticed and fixed these things with no questions asked and no additional charges. Simply put, they do things the right way with their customers best interest in mind. Highly recommend them, and I will be taking any and all of my future work to Dave's Auto Body.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle had damage due to it being stolen. they did not hesitate to get my vehicle in an get looked at. Once I got an estimate they made it a priority to make sure it was fixed on time. Once I got the car back it looked better than expected. They went OVER AND BEYOND and I won't be going anywhere else for repairs! Everyone there is super helpful and more than ready to help. Dave's Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my Chevy Colorado following a freak accident. Good as new! They kept me informed, performed as promised in the timeframe discussed with me, and even detailed the interior of the truck before returning it to me. I highly recommend Dave's. Dave's did a great job on my Honda CRV....the repairs made the vehicle look like brand new again! Lyle was very professional throughout the entire process and communicated the progress promptly at each stage. The car was ready a day early and a small dent was found on one newly painted panel. They promptly scheduled another appointment to have that fixed the following week, while I waited....it only took 1/2 hour. Iam very happy with their work & customer service. I had gotten into a collision back in September and then a theft situation back in October, literally back to back issues that no one wants to have. Especially while pregnant at the same time. My experience with Dave s was nothing short but amazing. I saw my car yesterday after all that and about cried. It looked like nothing even happened to my car. They even detailed it and gave it a good ol cleaning. Not only was my car beautiful again, but my experience with the staff was amazing. Pj set everything up and got everything done for my car. Thank you guys again so much. The fact they let me keep my car at their shop too to keep it safe from any more theft is another reason why I ll always recommend them. They made the whole process so easy. I didnt have to do a thing after I left it with them. Now it looks better then ever! They even cleaned inside the car. The nightmare of the deer hitting my car was so well taken care of I wont even think of going anywhere else if anything were to happen in the future!

They did a fantastic job, and buffed out a scratch that wasn t due to the accident (so wasn t covered) as a courtesy. Communication was excellent and on time & friendly but to the point staff, which I appreciated. Efficient but caring and paid attention/ answered any and all questions I had regarding handling insurance car rental etc as this was the first time having to deal with all of that. I have personally and professionally been using Dave's for 24 years. They have repaired 60 to 70 + vehicles for me. Doug and Mark and his staff are first class. Wont use any other body shop. Best around

A few months back, I brought my F150 in for some auto body work on my front passenger bumper. My experience with everybody at Dave's was top notch, not only were they a preferred vendor through my insurance company, they also we're my first thought when the incident happened...would highly recommend this place to anybody, they did a great job!Service: Body & Trim

I was in the collision repair business for 10 years and handled high end auto insurance claims for another 15 years. Dave's is the only place I take my vehicles, and who I recommend to all my family and friends. I had an accident a few weeks ago and Dave's worked their magic again. My 2017 F150 was repaired quickly and looks and drives fantastic.
